Great store with very knowledgeable staff. When I need anything for my vehicles its my first place to go.

The clerk asked me for the part(a spark plugs for a lawn mower) told him I didnt have it-, couldnt get it out. He looked up the mower and found the plug. Very friendly and understanding of my situation. Got me the part I needed & the tools I needed to get it out. Very helpful!! The be clerks name is Christian.

They helped me immediately and all the people working were helpful. I came in seeing if I needed to replace a tire pressure calculator(dont know the term) and they didnt try to replace it before figuring out if it would still work. It did and they were so sweet about it. Im gonna go back again.

I have been in their shopping. It was a pleasant experience. The workers are nice people. I enjoy going to the outside Taco tinto trailer and eating their super burrito. Healthy and very good. Two thumbs up.

Would like to give it more stars but these auto parts stores really take advantage of customers that need to purchase items at location. Buying anything online is almost half the price and they will not match that price in store. I only shop in store when there is absolutely no choice

Guy was very helpful. Showed me where my freon valve was on my new truck and helped me find everything okay. Top notch customer service.

Took in a Battery for testing. The quick test showed it needed a charge. So i left it there and took care of other buisness. When i came back they had charged and tested twice and it was bad. I had expected the outcome. Good help getting a fresh new one. Good people.

Got my battery checked promptly. Very knowledgeable.

Product I went to go purchase had empty box on shelf. I had to take to counter to get them to put into the box. They did it away from me and brought the box back up and checked me out. When I got into car, I noticed it was missing parts. I went back in and the associate acted surprised it wasnt all there. I was literally just in there 2 minutes before. He went to back again and brought me the parts (not packaged or wrapped, or tied). Makes me wonder what they have going on. I will say I ended up getting what I wanted.

Came in for battery change. Fast, friendly, knowledgeable service. The technician even kept the power going so we wouldnt have to reset the clocks. $200 less than dealership price. We always bring our cars here!

Won’t let you go to the bathroom even when your 4 year old can’t hold it any longer. Blamed it on COVID, give me a break what’s the difference between using a bathroom and touching everything in the store. Went down to Oreillys and they let us used theirs. I will never use this Advanced again.

They say they cant go outside and help you but then less then a minute later they are outside helping a different customer with their car

Looked up an item online. Went into store to purchase, but wasn’t lucky. I asked staff and he didn’t know either. With the knowledge of a manager, he directed us on the right path.

I came in to the Broken Arrow Oklahoma location to purchase a steering wheel cover. I didnt know the exact size of my steering wheel, so I asked one of the employees, Mike for help. Mike kindly went to the back of the store, grabbed a measuring tape, and handed it to me.Because of his kindness and customer service skills, I was able to choose the right steering wheel cover.Ive been to this location many times throughout the years. Auto zone is closer to my house, but I dont ever get the same level of professionalism and care at the lowest prices as I do at Advance Auto Parts of Broken Arrow.Thank you so much, Mike!

I went in this morning for a wiper blade replacement. Mike was polite and found it right away. While he went to get the blade from the back, I looked around the store. I later noticed he had gone out to my car and was replacing it for me. The customer service was fantastic. Thanks Mike.

Excellent customer service experience with Todd! He not only helped me locate engine coolant, but also to pick the best one for my vehicle, and he even took the coolant outside the store and refilled my cars coolant container for me. Thanks again Todd!

I stopped by just to make a simple purchase. The guys working at the time asked me what the issue was with my car, asked to see my car to see the problem. They tried a few different things until they fixed my front end under carriage. They installed the screws for me. Meaning they got under my car on the hot pavement and bolted in the screws. They were so polite and happy to help. I didnt even have to ask them to do anything. Seriously wonderful guys. Wonderful shop. Thanks for not making me feel dumb!!! Thank you!

Great customer service. I got there right when the store opened and they were eager to help. The lady at the desk helped me find the right battery and Jason changed my battery for me in the parking lot.

Friendly staff. I had called for a part and they didnt have it in stock. Gave me options to go to another to get it, or wait till the next day and it will be delivered from that store to theirs. So I waited and got the part as promised. For a big box store they eere very down to earth and helped me with questions i had about the install. Will be getting my parts here from now on.

Im the senior technician at a very busy shop. We purchase thousands of dollars in parts from Advance Auto every week. I am amazed at how poorly I was treated by the manager, Jason. Apparently their computer system doesnt share info with other stores and only goes back two years. Because of errors by a previous employee, I was treated like I forged a receipt for an alternator with a lifetime warranty. I spent three hours dealing with advance Auto and twenty minutes removing and installing the alternator.

Got me what I needed fast. Was able to use online coupon and buy it there and save 25% doing it

Most auto parts stores have a few wrenches and screwdrivers you can use if you need it, I needed to swap a battery and I was told I would need to purchase a set of wrenches and that they didnt have anything. Great marketing right there...

I have always had great experiences at Advance Auto Parts it seems like their people are more knowledgeable about products and theyre always trying to save you money rather than make you spend more even though Im a young female who doesnt really know much about cars they seem to try to help me and explain things a lot better and they show me how to do things rather than you know just kind of pushing me out of the way and doing it for me which is a benefit to me because in the future Ill know how to do it so I kind of like them for that

I tried giving it zero but it wouldnt let me...I love every advanced auto in Tulsa but HATE this one rude rude rude the fat manager throws things hard on the ground when hes looking for a place to put it lol weird then I had to kinda squat to see the bottom shelf and he actually asked me why I had to squat,I didnt want that perv to see my butt crack threw the top of my pants he was rude embarrassing oh and also while I was sitting in my husbands car putting together my radio harness to make sure my wires were correct and I didnt need to get new wire harness it is an auto place that youre allowed to work on your vehicle while youre outside of it but I was in the car next to my vehicle still watching it one lady came out and when she was walking by she just looked at my vehicle and went right in multiple people didnt come out and see my vehicle anyways when I was telling him what vehicle to plug into the computer I owned he mentioned that they called to have my vehicle towed because nobody was in the store and they didnt see me in the car next to my vehicle so I dont recommend anybody going here unless you want trouble and problems he did call to get it towed and they showed up it was so embarrassing when I was just sitting in the car next to it working on my radio because if the radio didnt work I was going to need to take my harness back it only took a couple about 10 minutes to put the wires together so if youre outside of your vehicle for more than 10 minutes they will have your vehicle towed away I called corporate on this manager hopefully he will be fired soon for throwing stuff on the ground very hard stuff that works it was actually a fan that I wanted to come back for after I went out to my truck after he threw it down on the ground as hard as he did I said nevermind I dont want it anymore so we actually loses out on money by throwing stuff down on the ground like an idiot even startles his own employeesother people have also said theyve seen him throw stuff behind the counter before also mentioning that hes just finding a place to put it at the moment unbelievable hes in his late 40s early 50s hes too old to be acting that way he needs to find a new job that hes happier at and I think he makes his employees miserable so thats why theyre rude they just take after him so either go to the Advanced Autos in tulsa or just go to Autozone or OReillys because this place in Broken Arrow is awful
