Brought our 2008 Enclave in when it wouldn’t start after multiple minutes and tries with jumper. Diagnosis confirmed bad battery, fixed and back to us within a few hours. Not difficult, but good service and communication from manager Scott.

Great experience! Bobby Andrews was quick to get me checked in, thorough and provided an accurate timeline for when the work would be completed. Although no loaner cars were available, dealership provided a quick shuttle service to the office; and for the short whileI waited on shuttle, I found the accommodations both a clean and comfortable environment to work in.

The 2021 Buick Encore was purchased with a jack to lift the vehicle in the event of a flat tire. I understand theres a recall on the plastic jack that came with the vehicle. We live 60 mile east of the dealership, while roadside service may occur in a timely manner in the city, out here Ive changed a flat much quicker than roadside service ever thought of getting to us(not on the buick).So why dont we have a jack for this vehicle? And I already know its been recalled! G

The Ferguson Deal - I didnt love it.I was shopping for a used 2017 GMC Sierra and had looked far and wide. I came across Ferguson Superstore in Tulsa, Oklahoma, on car gurus, and they had a Denali edition. Perfect. I called and texted Erik Wells, the salesman. I was initially put off when I was told the price was non-negotiable, as everything is negotiable in sales. After looking at other cars with more and fewer miles, the price was right where it needed to be. So no negotiation was required, so I proceeded to the dealership.It was after six, and Erik was off but had stayed late to show me the truck, which was much appreciated. After a test drive, the car was clean, had the certified guarantee, and immaculate. I decided to buy it.Chuck ran me thru the paperwork, and I was out the door. The truck ran great, and I was happy.The next day, I backed out of my parking spot. A 6 point turn, I pulled into the mall. Another 8 points turn to get in. The truck was so big; it was a truck, after all. The more I thought about it. It just wasnt for me. I didnt love it.I remembered that Erik had mentioned the Ferguson Deal. A three-day / 150-mile guarantee that I was happy. I lowered my head and called Erik and chuck and sadly told them I had made a mistake and wasnt in love with the Truck.To my surprise, they said, “come in, lets make it right. “ I mentioned two other cars I was interested in, and when I arrived at the Ferguson Superstore, Erik had both cars ready for me upfront and ready to go.I drove the first one I had wanted and fell in love. I took it across the street, did some parallel parking, a few ins, and outs, and decided this was the one.Upon returning to the dealership, I gave it the walk around, confirmed it was the one, and told Erik.Chuck quickly ran me thru all the paperwork once again. And I was in and out on a busy Saturday, within an hour.Im not a fan of dealerships and prefer not to deal with them, but honestly, after this experience, I will be back and most likely only buy the Ferguson Deal. I can not express how worried I was that I had purchased the wrong track, and thankfully, because of the Ferguson Deal, Im now a 100% happy customer.

The truck was priced well below other like trucks. Then Brandon Hunt, the finance manager, was every bit as efficient and effective as was Daniel. I live about 2 hours from the dealership. That travel time is well worth the time.

I cant say enough about the wonderful experience I had at Ferguson Superstore last night! The store was immaculate and it had a very comfortable atmosphere to it. Chuck was great easy going, as well as Darrel and Seth. Do have issues with the service department purchased a used titan through them had an issue had to get repaired before I could pick it up. I would wait for an update or get told I was gonna get a call but no one would call me or answer. Was not chucks fault and didn’t wanna bother him since he became sick immediately after my purchase. I finally reached out to chuck after a few days of getting no information on my truck, and he got it resolved in minutes and got me with Seth to picking up my vehicle in the next few hours. Great sales team terrible service won’t ever take any of my vehicles there for service highly recommend they revamp that department. But 5 stars for chuck darrel in the Subaru finance and Seth for all doing a great job.
