I called about a truck I saw online. It was in the process of being traded to another dealership. I talked to Zach Smith and the manager and I told them if they could get the truck back I would drive down from Kansas City and buy it. They were able to get it back. I came down bought it and world class treatment from the staff. Also in Kansas you add the sales tax to your loan when you buy from a dealership. It’s not something they do in Oklahoma. The finance member Stephan when above and beyond to make it work for me and get that added in the loan! Definitely be back to buy from them!

We went to look at a specific car, not expecting the numbers to work in our favor. Zach was such a respectful, friendly salesman. We told him what we were looking for and what we felt was a good number for trade. He made it happen. He met our needs without pushing us to do anything we were uncomfortable with. Last name is Bottoms.I have been here twice for a vehicle.The first experience was decent. The salesman was nice, but acted towards the end like I was a waste of time and wanted to tell me what cars I could and couldn’t look at. I ended up with car I wanted, and the purchasing part of the process was smooth sailing. The closing finance guy was the best!! He is no longer there though.Second time, we were interested in a truck we seen, but then decided a car would be best as it would be more fuel sufficient for commuting to work. The sales person said “ I need to set you down and talk about this because your going from wanting a truck to wanting a car”. Nope, didn’t fly with us. We are adults and can change our minds on the type of vehicle we want. She did apologize when called out on it.Then she was talking very loudly around other customers when communicating our personal information. Very unprofessional!!!We ended up making a deal on a car we liked. The closing finance guy was nice but seemed to disregard what I would say.32 days later never received the title info to tag the car, and the lender hadn’t had any record of a deal being made! Called the dealer and was told the tag paperwork hasn’t came back from the state and it could take up to 30 days. We was told they would mail out another temp tag. After a few days of not receiving it we then make the 2 hour drive and get a temp tag and find out that we have to reapply for the loan because something was lost or messed up on the dealership end during the process. (So I’m assuming the state wasn’t the hold up like originally told)...We were told we would get a phone call to redo everything. No phone call the following business day so we called them. They said we would get a call within 24 to 48 hours letting us know if the bank would need our check stubs again. No call within the 48 hours like they said. We’ve called and left messages for them to call us back.To this date. 40 days after thinking we purchased a car we still have no contract, or any answers to what the heck is going on.

I attempted a Tuscon purchase 9/20/2021. I asked they only run my credit with ONE lender that said they offer 1.84%. I got the car and left even though the lender did not respond while I was in the dealership. I got a call from MY bank 9/22/2021 asking why Regional submitted a credit request since I used the dealership financing 2 days prior. Credit Karma sent me a summary showing Regional ran my credit a couple of times without calling me to tell me the initial lender fell through. I had to call them to ask why they were looking for funding. I live outside of the zip codes serviced by the initial lender. Cool. Someone should have called to tell me before messing up my credit to look for other cars. I returned the car (after tinting it). They offered to repay me for tinting. It is over one month later and after 4 weeks of texting my salesperson, I still am out $280 they offered to pay me for the tinting. I am disappointed in the dishonesty and dodging my texts. I have been super kind and still am being disregarded. No one has been available for my calls to the dealership.

We have now bought four Hyundais from Regional in that past 11 years and have had nothing but great service from everyone. Our salesmen are never pushy and we have had a different person help us each time. Our most recent salesman was Jake and he was especially fun and very knowledgeable of the car and all of the technology. We always have our regular maintenance completed at Regional Hyundai and the service managers are great and very helpful. We have had warranty work done on our oldest car and never an issue with them covering the work.

Prior to going to the dealership to look at a Cadillac they had at the lot, I contacted them via chat and got a hold of Tandy. Even after telling him roughly when we will be there, he had the vehicle ready and by the front for us to look at. He was friendly, great, explained and answered any questions we had honestly, and did not pressure us to purchase it. We did purchase the vehicle and during the paperwork process he did an excellent job explaining each document and got us out of there quickly. Highly recommended dealership after working with Tandy!
I purchased a 2019 Audi A6 from the above dealership on October 12, 2021.I had been searching for the above vehicle for a period of time and discovered this vehicle on numerous Internet sites, and all of these sites showed a clean CARFAX Report, with the exception of a Kelly Blue Book website that stated CARCHECK reported an accident.I visited the Hyundai dealership to look at the car, which they had just sent to auction, but pulled it back because I was interested in it. After inspecting the car and test driving it, I thought it was a good car. There was no indication that there was anything wrong with the vehicle.During our negotiation, I questioned a possible accident that I found on another website, but did not have time to research because the car was on its way to auction. I was assured that this was a misprint, and that it is Hyundai’s policy not to purchase auctioned vehicles that were involved in accidents or had structural damage. Knowing that the CARFAX was clean, we took them at their word and proceeded to purchase the vehicle.The following day I was waxing the vehicle and noticed some paint overspray on the driver’s side front quarter panel and lower driver door. This immediately alerted me that the vehicle had been repainted at some point.I did some research and having never heard of CARCHECK, I decided to purchase a report. This report outlined that the vehicle had been in an accident in Utah. Further research, and a discussion with the Audi dealership in Utah, revealed that the vehicle had been involved in a front-end collision.I forwarded this information to the Hyundai dealership, and they claimed that they “only use” CARFAX and had never heard of a CARCHECK report. I forwarded the report to them and they acknowledged, based on the report that the vehicle was in an accident, but refused to discuss the depreciation value of the vehicle.I took the liberty of conducting my own depreciation research and determined (using the 17c depreciation formula) that the car was worth $6K less than what I paid. I attempted to engage Hyundai on this matter, but they kept to their claim of their CARFAX policy and would not offer to address the issue. I then contact Hyundai Corporate Offices in California and explained the situation to them. They agreed that what the dealership did was not correct and that they would contact the regional manager. Fast forward a week later, I was informed that there was nothing that they could do because of their CARFAX policy.
Was traveling on Vacation and got a flat tire on my rental Hyundai and they were so amazing to accommodate me with a tire repair. They had me on the road in no time. I wish I lived closer, I would recommend them to everyone. SERVICE WAS TOP NOTCH!!!
My husband was looking to replace our oldest car with something newer and more reliable for our long commutes to and from work. Unfortunately, he ran into William as the used car salesperson and I honestly wish I could give ZERO STARS for how completely awful the experience was two weeks ago!!!! William was absolutely awful and it took almost 6 full days to even get the car to us…SIX FULL DAYS!! And when we DID get the car, it had been detailed about 25%!!! The car was absolutely filthy!!! My husband took possession of a nasty, dirty car after 6 days of the run around from William. When he left the lot, they didn’t have the paper tag put on it and my husband had to go back AGAIN to try to deal with their dealership that is just so completely incompetent!!! Wouldn’t you think they would’ve given us a loaner to get the newly purchased car 100% detailed and cleaned up??! I so completely regret this experience and regret this purchase!! There are just tooooo many places where you can go and be treated right and not be jerked around for 6 days and then handed the keys to a car that is an absolutely pig style!! Again, I wish I could give ZERO STATS!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!!!
Went into Regional Hyundai today for an oil change and left very happy. Chris Rodgers helped me immediately in the service drive, he let me know it would be about 40 minutes until my car was done, maybe 20 minutes passed and he let me know that I was all set to go. I was very impressed with the quick service and caring staff.
I was honestly not looking forward to the car buying process, but Joey was great! He was very friendly and knowledgeable. We enjoyed talking to him and he was great about answering all my questions. Ray in the service department had amazing customer service. He explained the process and accommodated my last minute changes in service. Ray was patient with me, when I got stressed with the problems and price of fixing the issues because my warranty didn’t cover it which was disappointing. The turn around I felt was fast for not having an appointment and needing significant work done on my vehicles transmission. Thank you Ray and your team for fixing my car and for the friendly environment. And thank you to your administrative assistant (operator) for taking my million calls with a welcoming voice on the other end of the phone.
My husband bought a truck from this place. It ran for one week and one day, then the transmission went out. No one will return his phone call. Don’t waste your money or time at this place.

I was sure the car I wanted wouldnt work in my budget and when I told him this without being pushy he asked if he could try and he made it work with a very smooth process in a short amount of time. We purchased a car from Max at the beginning of July. The sales process was smooth, and we got a great vehicle that Im really enjoying. However, he sold us a set of all weather mats on the same day that were supposed to arrive within a week. A week passed, and I reached out to Max and I was told they should come within the next two weeks. Again, they didnt arrive, and weve reached out to him multiple times and still no mats. Weve paid for products that weve never received, and we keep being told theyre coming and then hearing nothing. Its been more than two months now. Its very disappointing, because our experience up to this was great.

I have never left an online review in my life but felt this was necessary. Brought my Sonata here because my taillights were malfunctioning and I wanted an electronic diagnostic. They found some issues covered under warranty but also found a header that needed to be replaced so after said and done cost me $500. The day after picking my car up my engine failed on the highway. Complete failure. So I had it towed back, and they said they were replacing the engine “under warranty”. They also managed to find another $600 worth of repairs to charge me for. They had my car for a little over 2 weeks. After picking it up the second time there was a large gash in my rear bumper (like trailer hitch gash). I reported it to the tech and he said “nothing we can do about it until Monday when the manager is back.” This was a Saturday. Monday morning I lost power to my engine again but was able to drive it to the shop. They told me the turbo pump was not mounted correctly. Also they said they were still investigating the damage to my bumper. Here we are a month later with no word from regional Hyundai and they send me a letter saying “thank you for choosing regional Hyundai”…. Worst car experience of my entire life. Oh and my taillights still randomly don’t work as well as they didn’t reset my millage after installing the new engine.

It was my first time buying a used car. I decided to travel 5 hours to purchase a truck that caught my eye. I called to speak to a sales man and talked numbers over the phone. I was sold and went to Regional Hyundai to complete the purchase. I came back home and realized the emergency breaks were out. I considered the problem a safety issue something that has to be inspected before any vehicle is sold. I left numerous messages to the receptionist and never heard from managers. Not even to discuss the problem. Max sent me a message informing me that since I did not buy the warranty for the vehicle they could not do anything. Again, I consider this to be a safety issue. It had only been two days of purchase.

I had the BEST experience purchasing my vehicle here! Mark Back was our salesperson (I highly recommend him, ask for him!!!) and I showed up knowing what year, make, model, color and extra packages I wanted. With the current vehicle shortage, I wasn’t able to find what I was looking for anywhere! Mark used his resources and was able to find it. I was worried with the current shortage I would be paying above MSRP but Regional Hyundai’s pricing was right at what my research said I should be paying. Financing was a breeze and they actually got me financed for 1.5% lower than my credit union was going to do. All around, best car buying experience I have ever had.

Over a month has gone by and my financing is still not done. I havent gotten my title. Nor does the place I was financed with have any kind of accounting information for me! I dont understand why I was told yes your financed. Heres your car! But yet I still have nothing! And I cant get in touch with anyone to find out why. I can say I will not be going to regional for a car ever again. And I also wont be recommending them anymore.

I recently bought a new Hyundai with 3 years complementary maintenance. Took the car in for my first appointment Saturday, (oil change and tire rotation). Two hours later they said they were done. I went home and checked the oil color and the oil filter which I drew an X on because of bad experiences elsewhere. Regional Hyundai service tech didnt change the oil filter! So I called and they said to bring it back. So I had to drive back up there and all the service tech said was, hmm I normally change those. Sorry. So my complementary maintenance took me over 3 hours and two trips. If you go here to get service I recommend marking your filters before dropping the vehicle off, checking the oil right away after to ensure it was done and that the filter actually was replaced.

Google makes me give you 1 star. Your car will be ready between Mon-Wed next week heard it once, heard it twice, now 3 times from the new guy in the back. I would have loved to have just waited FOREVER on my car, but no. 1st you try to refuse to pay for the rental that YOU rented for me under my warranty, then you tell me that I have to call Hyundai to figure it out myself, all while having my car for a month and coming at me with another Monday next week you say you fired someone...how is that my problem?? And seems you could use a little more housekeeping...

I highly recommend John Britton as a sales agent. He communicated well, was not pushy, and understood our needs. I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. We came to an agreement in about 15 minutes without hassle! They were busy so it took over an hour to gas up and wash the vehicle. The price was very good and the purchase was easy. I will recommend my friends without hesitation.

The only reason Im giving 3 stars is for salesman, Ryan was great. After buying my new suv I was promised they would tint my windows. First I had to argue with the service guy then it took 2 days and they didnt tint it the darkness I wanted. So I would suggest to avoid the service area.
I bought a car yesterday from Regional Hyundai. My sales associate was Kevin Adanck. What a great time it was dealing with him! Kevin let me customize my buying experience for the way I wanted it to be. He was knowledgeable and gave advice and then let me choose what was best for me. The deal was very fair and my wife and I were treated very well. If you are considering buying a new car, I recommend you give him an opportunity to wow you too.
Great people to work with. Very straightforward and not the normal type of BS you get from a lot of dealers. There were quite a few others while I was there with varying budgets and they treated all of em equally. Was nice to see.

Bought a 2018 Toyota Tacoma off of them that had bald wheels they just replaced the front ones different tread the back were all terrain tires and the front was the cheapest set of street tires they could find. I than drove it a couple days no running tail lights or tag lights great for getting pulled over in your new truckSensors don’t work nor does the cruise control the truck was not detailed when I left the lot I paid extra for the blind spot monitors you know safety feature but one is missing and does not work so I’m all I bought a POS AND WOULD ADVISE YOU STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACEThis truck should have never left the lot let alone pass any kind of “safety” inspection they claim to do

I wanted to share my experience about car shopping here. I cannot remember the young mans name but he was awesome to me. I had went to another large dealership and was treated horrible. They still judge you based off the color of your skin. I left that dealership in tears. I almost gave up on all places thinking that is how I would be treated. But when I came here, this young man treated me with kindness and respect. I have told everyone and anyone that would listen about how great he treated me. I left Regional Hyundai feeling happy. So thank you to the young man who helped me and thank you to your dealership for treating me the way all people should be treated! You guys rock!!
Dealership does have some beautiful vehicles. I purchased a 50 Thousand dollar 2016 Ford F-250 from them and I’ve put in 4 Thousand dollars for new tires suspension work because truck is bouncing every time I hit any kind of bump and on top of that going to have to get the truck sandblasted underneath and inside doors from all the rust knocking down the paint. So at the end I’m going to at least put another 10,000 on top of that to get all that stuff done. I recommend if you buy a used vehicle from this place make sure you take it to a Collision repair shop To get the vehicle inspected before purchase. You will save money and he headache in the long run. Good luck
This is the most crooked scamming dealership I’ve ever had to deal with. Don’t ever purchase from here unless you want to overpay for a vehicle and be told a certain price and have to pay thousands of dollars after you left the lot and be given a “brand new” (but really a car with thousands of miles on it with a messed up steering wheel) car bc they are incompetent workers who don’t know how to do paperwork properly and use a damn calculator.
Overall a really good experience. Sales person Jake was great and very helpful. Everyone seemed polite and helpful with everything. I would rate the sales experience, Jake, and the dealership as top notch.
Hoping the rest of our sales process goes as easy as reserving an inbound vehicle.Other dealerships are trying to pad the MSRP by thousands of dollars. Sales rep at Regional doesn’t bump the sticker price or pad extras.Sales manager, Jason, was great to work with so far!
My husband and I purchased a 2020 Santa Fe Limited from Denny on June 5, 2021. We live in the DFW area and drove 4 hours to buy the vehicle. We put a deposit down on the vehicle on the 3rd and mentioned our plan to drive up that Saturday. We arrived, waited a bit for them to pull it around, only for it to be very dirty on the inside when I went for a test drive. We were also disappointed to find that while the vehicle was new as advertised online, it was actually a demo that had more miles on it than expected (listed at 15 miles vs 3800 actually on the car). While these things werent ideal, we were getting a good deal so we overlooked them since Denny said the vehicle would be cleaned while we completed paperwork.The vehicle was cleaned, but they did not do a thorough job as they missed places like the rear cup holders, which we unfortunately did not think to check prior to leaving. However, my real issue comes with after we finalized the deal. When getting in the car to leave I asked Denny for the second key to the vehicle. He stated they couldnt find it and the key person was not in, so they would mail me a second key. I agreed since we were eager to get back on the road and they had to mail my the title for the out of state purchase anyway.I did not receive my second key in the mail until July 20th, which was six and a half weeks after we purchased the car. This was despite several phone calls (10+) to Denny, and various sales managers (Mario, Daniel, and Austin) who were not able to resolve a seemingly simple problem. Mario was ultimately the one who got the key out to me, but I also had to call him repeatedly to get the key sent out. Someone actually rear ended me three weeks after we purchased the vehicle and I was able to get my car repaired faster than they were able to get a key in my possession.I will say they claimed to have mailed out a key about two and a half weeks before I received mine that they believe it got lost in the mail as they did not send it with tracking and it never arrived. I dont hold the key getting lost against them, but still feel this process took much longer than it needed to. It is frustrating to buy a new vehicle and have to jump through so many hoops to get something that was supposed to come with the car.If you choose to purchase a vehicle from them I would ensure you have everything you need before you drive off the lot, as you are not a priority once they already have your money.
I bought a car here in November 2020. It was a 2014 Hyundai Sonata. I was excited to have a nice car for once as I had to replace my car and use my 401K to do it. Im a single mom on a reduced income. I paid for a Gold package warranty with all extras they would allow such as Wear and Tear, Electronic, and a few other things. I took the car to Tate Boys close to my house for an oil change and they said the CV boot was showing wear so I took it to the dealership for them to look at it since they have my warranty info and the car was making another noise or 2. I was annoyed that it was having issues this soon after purchase, but thought if anything the warranty would cover that. They came back with a list of items needing tending to and none were under warranty and all was over $2000 ( I had just spent $10,000 buying the car). All were considered wear and tear but yet, my wear and tear on my warranty they sold me was not including this. Nothing should have been in need of that much replacement costs less than 5 months and less than 2300 miles after I bought it. No one would help me make this right. It was all on me. I took it out of the service center and took it to my trusted mechanic to have him look at it and some of the items did not need repaired. Some were definitely worn and should never have been sold before they fixed it, if they were that close to wearing out. We were both frustrated that they pulled one over on me, given the magnitude of me being able to pay cash for a car that I would not have to worry about. I will never refer someone here nor will I take my car for service here ever again. Someone dropped a ball somewhere and the warranty they sell is a joke. Dont sell the bells and whistles if they dont actually cover those costs. Dont sell cars that you know are going to need that much repair that soon. Its an awful thing to do to someone. If I could have given no stars I would have.
