The score is extremely clean. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. If theres ever a time when you cant find something they are more than happy to help you in a timely fashion. If you are disabled or elderly they will also help you enjoy a thorough job not just what theyre paid to do I really appreciate coming to this store because they take the time out to help every customer individually instead of being in a rush and trying to get to sell more products. I also enjoy that you can ask the employees what they would recommend for certain situations like today I was looking for a certain shampoo which they were out of however they offered me a great alternative that was actually cheaper. The only way that they can all just be improve is to make sure that they have more ride on carts.

Easy to find items nice workers and clean store

Expired food. Be vigilant when purchasing items from this store--check the expiration dates. Weve had this issue with this store 3 times now in the last few months; twice being provided expired items through our Click List order and the other time through purchasing off the shelf directly in store. Each time has always involved dairy based items. I recommend visiting the other King Soopers in Brighton to avoid this issue.

First of all, the manager & its associates (named Mae & Damian) here in this store definitely has an attitude. My sister and I were already did the weekly digital coupons on both on our accounts; yet when we tried to purchase the item twice; Mae Damian came over said to us “You cannot buy the item twice”; we looked at the fine print on the coupon and it clearly states it’s eligible for each King Sooper Customer; and yet she doesn’t explain anything and this King Sooper doesn’t honor their OWN WEEKLY coupons. Will never come back to this location; the staff just seems like they wanted to pick a fight instead of helping us. Some “great” customer service.

Went specifically there to the floral department around 11 am to special order a bouquet for a friends new baby boy. Libby was very helpful and creative! I would leave less stars but I like this store as a whole.Side note. One of your pharmacists, Priscilla (maybe her name was printed on the receipt but I’m wondering if that wasn’t who it actually was so I apologize if it wasn’t her) needs to learn some manners, especially while she’s handing out people’s meds. You don’t know how someone’s day has been or why they need their meds. I’m sorry I I got there at 6:30 and apparently that was to late for you? We all have jobs. Learn some compassion really isn’t that hard to not be rude. I’ll be switching pharmacies so it’s not that big of deal but I’m tired of people getting away with treating others poorly.

The store is always great with products.But...the amount of people I saw without masks that were not confronted was not okay with me. Then, when leaving the store the security person had their mask down.Their was no shield between us and check out and the check out guy sneezed while we were there.Never felt more uncomfortable, like the store does not think this is serious.

The Grocery Delivery Team here at this location is a ridiculous Joke and I find out of date items way too often when shopping in person OR using rhe Grocery Delivery service. I would definitely shop somewhere else. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I do not have an issue with the store itself, the place is clean and well maintained. However, the customers are being more diligent about our current mask policy than the employees. Every department I went through had at least one mask on the chin instead of covering their nose and mouth. These people are restocking the shelves and touching the product whilst defying a state mandate during a pandemic, one they can refuse service to customers for doing exactly what they are practicing. This is a training and leadership opportunity for the store, I hope they take it

This store is always out of the items that I want. Came to pick up my online order and it took over 20 minutes to bring out my 5 items. I called the number on the sign 3 times and they rang and went to voice-mail. I can see the teenagers inside but it doesnt look like theyre getting any of the orders for pick up ready to bring out. They is one guy running out orders. What are the other people doing?

What their website says they have available and what they have available are not the same. If I were you I would go shop at Safeway. Atleast their website doesnt lie to you and then disappoint you after youve ordered your items.

This location is fine. I have felt welcome and not unsafe or harassed (as i have been in some places in this town for no real reason).At this time as long as they treat customers like me well, I highly recommend them.

This is, without a doubt, the BEST King Soopers, within walking distance of their parking lot. I wouldnt want to walk to any other grocery chain, while inside this store. OK, all jokes aside. I do like Kings better than the other chains.

Tried to buy a gift card at kings through the self check out and the cashier on duty told me I couldn’t buy it because the machine won’t let me. I told her I did it a couple weeks prior to tonight and she kept repeating the same situation. She even wouldn’t help me out to get the situation rectified Looks like she caused me to go to Walmart because of this. Good luck on getting that $50 back into your store.

Be careful to check expiration dates at this location. Found items today that expired back in September front and center. Wish I could say today was the only time I have seen this but sadly this is a recurring issue.

The store and products are ok, but the staff are not very good. Most of them are high-schoolers, and I get it as a nice high school job. But most of the workers I have come in contact with just don’t care about going the extra mile for their customers. Today I had to bag all my groceries as I was checking out, and even after I paid he was just kinda looking at me as I bagged my last 3 bags. Again, I get it as a high school job, and maybe it’s just kids these days that don’t care about good customer service. This isn’t the first time I’ve come across a lazy, just not caring cashier at this store.

Alejandro in your Grocery Delivery Dept really needs some Extra Training in his Customer Service and Attitude. Because of an interaction with him I will not be shopping at this location anymore.

The lack of mask enforcement in terrible at this store. It doesn’t matter what time of day I go there’s always a handful of customers and employees not wearing masks.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Always ready to lend a hand finding something. And if out of something, they are always ready to give a raincheck. They have even substituted for a like product. They maintain the store well. This is my busy familys go to King Soopers for very good reasons.

Went in there to put $1375 on a prepaid card. This location was texted to me by the card service. I was refused the customer service said they can only do $500 a day?? I told her No its $500 for each $4.95 fee. She continued to argue with me. I went to 7/11 they put on $500 twice and $375 after, all in same day same hour. There were no customers before me or behind me. The service desk are just lazy put them on bagging for awhile then they will gladly do their job!!!!

King Soopers is a great store! They have everything you need at a grocery store. You can even earn points to save on fuel purchases. The store is clean and well kept. Their shelves are usually full, and if you need more, the staff are always willing to help!

I love this store. Clean and nice employees. I only wish they had more vegan options; but I am grateful for all the almond milk substitutes

We shop here regularly, and prefer it to the new one, which is closer and easier to get to. They are always well stocked and the local produce always being labeled as well as the origin of the fresh food, is awesome. Avoiding gmo, is much easier that way. The meat department always had great deals and friendly service too. Thanks to the wonderful staff!

So there was a lettuce on the floor. My dog was eating it and the day after he died the and I had to pay so much money to figure out what was wrong. I always hatedthat dog(he was to fat to live in the fish tank with my beta fish named Otis) Keep up the great business!

Even though theres a newer, fancier KS in town, I prefer this one. The folks are just friendlier and the service is awesome.I do wish they still baked the bread in store. The baker lady who used to do the baking here was a Master.

I just moved here . My daughter and I keep getting harassed by a cashier that works the self-check out. The cashiers name is Beatrice. When I buy alcohol and I have my daughter with me. Beatrice keeps asking her if shes drinking? My daughter is only 15 years old. I have told her 4 times now!! That she is my daughter and she doesnt drink. This lady needs some customer training. She is the worst.

Thank you so much for supporting Thimmig Elementary in the chocolate bar fundraiser. We had four boxes to sell, but this year two neighbors kids were also selling them right by our home.King Soopers allowed us to sell them in front of the store and we sold out in our two hour time slot! The people at this store are great. Weve been shopping there for over 8 years.

For supermarket sushi, the staff does *fantastic* work! Its continually and constantly fresh, and the options are perfect for every day. I ask for a little more wasabi for my personal taste..Rest of the store is well done. Clean, stocked, and checkout options allow for easy purchases.

My neighborhood store for 15 years is not what it use to be. Parking lot difficult as people are consistently going the wrong way in a one way aisle. Late morning still stocking boxes in the aisle, long lines already developing at 9am on a Saturday as only 2 checkouts open in addition to self check out. Store has rearranged all shelving difficult to find regularly purchased items, Im convinced products are discontinued as selection is getting smaller. If I have to learn a new store I may as well go to the larger one with a wider selection of products. Staff is friendly, which is the reason I have continued to shop here, unfortunately its not enough when the products are discontinued, and a quick stop is not possible with super long lines.

Friendly employees and fast service. Always organized and clean. My only complaint is that the last time I shopped there were quite a bit of items out for sale way past their expiration date. The employees fixed the problem as soon as I pointed it out so that was good. Will continue to shop here but will make sure to check dates on things I buy.

Self serve check outs constantly broken or turned off. Store is constantly under staffed. Management is a joke. Really beginning to hate kings

I dont know if Amanda (from HR) just forgot or was it the fact that she deleted my profile so fast after I quit that she wasnt able to call me about my checks that i didnt receive. I worked a month for almost nothing. For those that are applying please be wary of this kingsoopers. If they dont pay you the first check they probably wont pay you at all. Its been over three mouths, Ive been waiting for the call about my paychecks i didnt receive.I will be calling the labor board about my paychecks and for the many others that dont receive paychecks.

Just bought my 6 year old little sister a birthday balloon and flower bouquet over the phone to be delivered at her school. They were incredibly accomodating and helpful! I live in NYC and they were super great and easy to work with. Thank you so much for making her day so special.

While this used to be my fav store, I will be going to good ole Wal-Mart or Safeway in the future. Maranda, a head clerk and Aimee at the has station today were the rudest women ever. If theres a new policy it needs to be explained to the customer instead of being rudely denied. Because of them I will tell everyone I know to shop elsewhere.

I got bad fuel from there and messed up my vehicle!!!! I have seen post on social media stating from alot people have received bad fuel from this king soopers in Brighton CO!

The clerk at self check out was rude and snobby didnt help with what I needed! Becky the manager was also very in helpful she just said she would talk to him with a snotty attitude I shop here every day but after this I dont think Ill be back

Ok King Soopers, average country store.

I was helped by Lory at the front end cashier. I work for Instacart as a personal shopper so I went to this store over five times just today, and doing this constantly I find that the people at checkout are typically very thankful when you tell them how many of an item you have (ex: five cases of water, seven coke cases, ect.). Not Lory. She looked at me and jousted nodded while sarcastically and rudely saying Oh, okay!Im sorry, but if you are going to be rude to a customer, you shouldnt be working in a job where you provided FRIENDLY customer service! I specifically tried to avoid her lane after her bad attitude.Overall, the store was clean and the rest of the staff were friendly!

My family and I have been using this store for years. Recently it has became annoying. We never used to hav to bag our own groceries but we do now most of the time. I spend the money here to get just a little better experience but may be considering other options soon.

These managers are rude and incompetent. Simply trying to add $21 dollars to a debit card from king soopers and lady keeps trying to ring it as cash back after 30 min of being here. Prices are a little higher than Walmart, but their sales can be quite good onthe KS card sales, or the 5 for 5, and multiple other sales. Their produce I have found is usually the best quality of any store in town.

The kings on Bromley is a good kings, it is an older one but the people are friendly and easy to find what you need

Chicken combo meals are good and the price is very affordable. 2 pieces of chicken 2 sides and a biscuit for just 4 bucks.

Worse deli ever had to wait 47mins for chicken. This has happened multiple times around 530pm. I even called in ahead of time and had to wait thinking logically:(.. its dinner time they should have food prepped and ready. Service was awful!!!! U want to eat at dinner and not late at night DONT go here!
