This Target was awesome! Particularly one employee by the name of Steve, he helped me find some chips and the controllers and was incredibly friendly

Really good products when you i’m going for one item you go out with half the store it’s a really great place to get supplies and also to have fun with products they have two Nintendo switch lite a Nintendo switch doesn’t want to play on and they like to show off their products Legos are really fun they’re pretty cheap there and then also I know also there’s a lot of kids toys there there’s also pretty good clothes another thing I love about target is there is a lot of people most of the time but that doesn’t really matter because there is a very big stock so that’s why you should go to target some stores are not actually that good some stores are pretty bad some stores are people are really mean but most of them they’re pretty nice so totally recommend going the second time and as always go check out my YouTube channel same account is thisAnd like and follow

Pif fee added to products. A sales tax from the owner, not disclosed anywhere. I will not be coming back. I dont shop at a Target to get taxed from a private entity. Shameful business practice. I will go out of my way to shop at a less disgraceful location. Lady at Starbucks said it was to clean the parking lot which is so ridiculous its insulting for two reasons, no where else has a sales tax for basic maintenance and the parking lot is filthy and covered with trash everywhere

This is by far the worst target I’ve ever been to and this is coming from someone who worked there in a completely different state. I have lived here for a year and a half and in that time have tried to desperately give this Target chance after chance but every single time I go in or online order I leave very frustrated. Usually if I’m ordering online I just give up and use Whole Foods Amazon delivery. I have contacted the store manager who quite literally told me there are other targets in the area when I expressed how everything is consistently out of stock. There is 1 target in Brighton, driving 23 minutes to Thornton is not plausible in my lifestyle. Just now, I go to order Halloween candy and salad supplies to which the first thing I look for “tomatoes” are all out of stock, so 5 different tomatoes are all out of stock at 10am on a Tuesday? Not to mention the organic section is basically nonexistent. The employees have always been great and I think it’s truly just horribly managed. It seems whoever is in charge of placing orders have not taken into consideration the amount of people who have moved here and they don’t have the stock to cater to this growing community nor does it seem the changes are being made to cater to this growing community. I advise anyone to avoid this Target and use Amazon Whole Food delivery or King Soopers on 50th.

I love the store in general but I did my first drive up order today and Ryan is the one who ran my groceries out and he was SO kind and so helpful. It makes me really sad that they cant accept tips. Hold on to Ryan tightly! ❤️

I like shopping at target good deals, i can use my red card and save, friendly staff, not run like Walmart.

*Electronics department* ...... waited over 30 minutes to have a rep. Help out with assisting me behind glass for earphones...Wanted to purchase beats wireless, but the wait was to long for a window shopper???? Not cool!!! Guess Ill go elsewhere....... ✌

I love target and I LOVE the friendly staff at Brighton Target! They’re wonderful!

Not enforcing mask policies. Lack of social distancing. Youre going to use the loudspeaker to tell customers to wear masks, but then not confront them when they arent?Apparently its corporate policy that the stores cannot deny service to any guests not wearing a mask, and wont tell them to leave. Looks like Target cares more about public image and bad PR than the publics health.

Very rude employees. One of the cashiers ignored me when I greeted her. Then when I went to talk to her about my transaction she looked at me like how dare I talk to her. The employees on the floor don’t want to help their customers. They are confused and don’t know what they’re doing or even what they have. Shelves are empty (not during the quarantine). If you go to target, don’t go to this one

Saw 5 couples shopping without masks during the height of the pandemic within 10 minutes. No enforcement of masks. Sad, because otherwise a great store.Reporting to tri-county health Monday.

This Target is really nice and updated. So glad they opened up both entrances makes parking a lot better. Not sure what blocking one entrance was supposed to accomplish. They do need more lanes open because there always busy and self checkout takes forever. Don’t buy there meat we got steaks once and they were the worst steaks I have ever had. Only thing I hate is how they take all my money. Go in for a couple things come out with the whole store.

Nice store but I just watched a grown man and his two 8-10ish year old kids walking around in the store without masks and nobody telling them to mask up or leave.

We placed an order this morning for the new Xbox, we were charged and got a confirmation that our order was ready to be picked up. By the time we got to the store (10mins later) our order was canceled and they said it was never processed. Not sure what they ended up doing with our Xbox but now we are out $550 and now need to put in a dispute on our card. If the item wasn’t in stock we should have never been charged which is what the girl said at pick up. But the order was completely processed and confirmed ready to go, which just seems weird so not sure who ended up getting our item instead. I really hope an employee didn’t decide to buy it and cancel our order since these Xbox’s are not easy to find.

The cashier i had was very helpful and understanding. When the e gift card i got wasnt working correctly. She didnt rush me and helped me figure it out.

I like target. This target I would goto more often but they charge an extra fee per item for buying in that area. An extra taxed service fee. Ill just goto to the other two targets in the orchard or Thornton.

I wandered around electronics looking for product that the app said was in stock while employees avoided eye contact as much as possible.

Had to wait for about 5 minutes because nobody was behind the counter!

It as super easy to do, the app is easy and my order was ready quickly.

This is a great Target! Its always clean and the employees are very friendly and helpful. The grocery side is well stocked and I never have a problem finding what I need.

Like the target seems well kept, not sure about all the taxes added on.

New to the area, Out of all the targets that I have shopped out in Arizona this one is the best. Did not know I had to come all the way to Colorado for excellent customer service. Keep up the good work through the holiday season, I know it can be challenging working with customers. Five stars to you guys

I went in for some AirPods. Asked the tech clerk at the desk to see if I could “peep” them to make sure it’s the one I want. The guy rolled his eyes and through his head up, as if I asked him to buy them for me. So I took my business down the road. Good work target.

Love this target!The staff is always a delight. The site is clean and the shelves are neat. Ive had associates walk me across the store to find an item. If its not in its place, they check in back. Ive had them bring it out fresh just for me. I absolutely line what they are doing. This place is on point.

So toy story 4 just came out. Big hype great movie. Go to the kids section to see all the toy story toys. Only see a few. Why are they on a big cart right inbetween the mens and womens clothes. FYI people look for toys in the toy section ...

I enjoy shopping at Target but this last experience left me a bit disappointed. I went to return a game and the lady at guest services made no eye contact with me didnt greet me, made no effort. All she said was want this back on your card. I did some shopping and my experience was the same at the register. Cashier didnt greet or say much.. fine. Not to mention one of the cashiers was sitting waiting for someone to enter her lane. Next time I will use self-checkout since I know there I will be greeted and thanked for shopping at Target.

My store is Brighton, Colorado lt is the best store in Colorado. The employee are the best and store is so clean. The employee are so helpful.

Target has fair prices, is good to the community and supports human rights causes. Plus, they sell almost everything I could possibly want except an elephant. The staff at this Target is always friendly and helpful and I rarely find anything I need to be out of stock.

I only go here when I have one or two things to buy. Store is always clean. Per any retail store the staff will simply read the box or ask a coworker if they dont know about a specific product. Its not a specialty store so thats about all you can expect from them. They do put the effort in to make sure they get the correct into to you.

Everything was good the staff, the service everything except when I got my receipt I found out they are charging everyone with something call public improvement fee and there is no notice in the doors or next to the cashier or anywhere at all.

I love this target. They did offer guest service a lot and I come from a Target where we are required to ask every guest if they need anything. Other than that it was super zoned and super clean!

The store has a great selection of mens clothing, regular and big sizes.

The store was clean, staff were friendly enough, and selection was decent. Not necessarily an outstanding experience but it wasnt bad by any means. Nothing actually stood out enough to define it from any other store that much.

Customer Service going above and beyond to help me find item I needed.. This happened at Westminster Orchard Target, at Denver Northfield Target and at Brighton Prairie View Target. I always shop at Target--now I have proof as to why!!! Thank you!

If I could give a lower rating I would. I went to this store today, when it opened to purchase a funko pop. First the toy manager told me they didnt get that shipment. My app said it was in stock, so I asked a manager. The store manager told me the funko pop shipment had come in, should be out, but instead of putting them on the shelves the employees had hidden them throughout the store in an attempt to purchase them for themselves. I asked if she could find them, ask someone to find them, so I could purchase them... The store manager said no, I dont know who hid them or where. Needless to say their corporate office has been made aware that the employees are trying to reserve merchandise for themselves and prevent paying customers from making a purchase. You have lost my business indefinitely.

BEST TARGET! Nice employees, good store lay out, and easy to find departments. The food section is very clean, with beautiful produce. They also have a little diner, and Starbucks.

HUGE. Perhaps the largest target Ive ever been in. Clean, work organized, and the staff is helpful and knowledgeable. You can do all of your shipping in one place (and it has a Starbucks inside).I was not too happy with their black Friday sales but thats a problem with target in general not just this once store.

For my daughters 4th birthday, I thought Id give the Target bakery a try. I spoke to the head baker/decorator and told her what I wanted. They only needed 48 hrs notice, and when I went to pick it up, it was way better than I even imagined it would be!! The cake itself was absolutely adorable. The buttercream frosting was delicious, and the cake was moist but not crumbly. The price was also so extremely affordable. I know where Ill be getting all of my kids cakes from here on out! SUCH an amazing experience!!!!!

This store has a lot to offer. I wish they had better kids clothes to offer. Customer service has always been exceptional when I go.

Great local market, I have a large selection, I need to work on getting better meat department as we have to go to kings for better choices of meat. But it is the store that is more convenient for my family, always good staff, could use a couple more people in the food isles, as I always have difficulty trying to find items.

Every time I visit this location the self check out clerks never acknowledge me though they see me they dont say anything to me and pretend like Im not there. Horrible customer service!

My daughter had a vision for her 4th birthday cake. She wanted a Princess Tiana doll cake. I brought the doll to the Target bakery and explained what she wanted. This cake turned out to be literally what dreams are made of. The cake maker at the Brighton Target is a true artist. She made a little girls birthday wish come true and it even tastes delicious too.

Glad to have this Target in Brighton. It is nice to not have to go into Walmart for odds and ends. This is a newer store and it also has an optical store inside.

Target it self is great their Starbucks however has gone under some major changes... I have been going to this same one for 7 years and here and there ran out but now it has been since before Thanksgiving they have been out of soy here it is Dec 5th and still nothing. Very sad

After my credit was used fraudulently at their location, the managers reaction was to tell me to cancel my card. Duh! I was more interested in their being proactive and not in a semi-lecture with a side of pass the buck.

Anita was super rude when I asked for help, seemed very annoyed that I even asked her for assistance. The staff at Starbucks are super friendly.

Was on a quick shopping trip while I had jury duty, found everything I wanted but ended up leaving without it because they didnt have enough checkers. I asked the manager for help and she said that was all the help she currently had. They really need self checkout. I hate leaving empty handed but I didnt have a lot of options, had to get back to the courthouse.

I have always liked going to this target. They have a good variety and I can always find what I need. There is just one problem. The people who work their are cluless about the store. I even had a young lady who worked there following me around like I was going to steal something the whole time I was trying to shop. I was not happy.

Awesome prices! Got everything cheaper than I though it would be and the employees are SO helpful. The produce isnt too bad, either. Totally beats Walmart.

Pretty disappointed in the cake decorating at this Target location. Ordered a Unicorn Stscked Creation. Colors are all run together making a gross brown instead of bright vibrant colors. The stacked cakes are tiny and I now will not have enough cake for all of my guests. And the frosting is very sloppy. The Unicorn kit pieces are ontop of the rainbow frosting instead of where they should have been placed on the white frosting. Mediocre at best, but not with the $60 price tag.

I placed an order online for in store pick up and when I picked up my item I discovered they forfilled my order with the wrong product just before I left the store. So then when I called it to quest services attention it was a huge problem because the item I ordered for pick up was no longer in stock. Also the sale price was no longer valid. So the customer service rep tried to brush me off by saying I didnt have my receipt. Since it was an in store pick up I didnt receive a printed receipt I showed my ID to pick up my order. Then she proceeded to tell me go to another Target and pick up my item from there, which was impossible because the store slated for pick up was their store. It was a huge mess because someone obviously didnt bother to look at the box or item they picked to forfill my order and luckily I opened the box before leaving the store or it would have been even worse and more inconvenient for me! Nevertheless it took about 20mins for them to tell me go to another store and give me a store gift card in a reasonable amount for the new purchase of the right item at another store about 15 miles from me instead of my local store that was my original pick up location.

I always like the atmosphere at Target stores. However I cant stand how the person at the checkout always pushes the credit card or warranty options. They dont take no for an answer either.

This Target has a household/clothing/electronics, etc. side and a grocery side. Cosmetics/Beauty section 😍. Bakery has wonderful cake and baked goods selection. Deli has a variety of on-the-go lunch items. And YES there is a Starbucks! Woot woot!

A new store feel that is huge! And they always have a good selection of clearance items!

I was given a furniture set for our baby, when we went to open the crib and put it together they had sent us the wrong color “black” was supposed to be a light grey, even said grey on the box... I talked to an agent to get it sent back and they couldn’t even have someone come get the package to return it and send back the right color. Me being pregnant I had to some how find a way to get the big crib to send it back. It took them a month to receive it. I called yesterday and they refused to give me any information about the status on the crib because I wasn’t the person to purchase it... when the first time I talked to an agent it wasn’t a problem. I had the person that bought the crib give them a call and they said they would send out the right crib and this morning they received an email saying they’re now out of stock 🙄 first of all, the label was made to the USPS when it should have been the UPS. The customer service on the other end of the phone are complete jokes and are rude! I’m about to have my baby and I’m still left with no crib....
