The best thing about the pandemic if there was something, is pick up orders from the stores.Fast and easy. The guys who bring out the orders are always so sweet and respectful. I appreciate their hard work.

This store is fine. My only problem is that some of the staff is rude and inconsiderate. I feel like I am always in workers ways and they will happily run me over. The last time I was there a girl working in the kids clothes section was too busy flirting and running around with her boyfriend to actually do her job. There were no managers around to report this to

Tried to return something 10 mins after I was in the first time. Waited in line for 15 minutes only to be told Customer service was closed.?? It wasnt even 8 pm. Then the cashier tried to make me wait in her line again to buy the product I had in my hand when I went through the first time.Rude and incredibly unhelpful.Do better.

Found what we were looking for. Store needs some updating. Pretty well stocked.

Very busy, but even with the pharmacy being as busy as they were. The pharmacists was very pleasant.

We stood at the Diabetic Testing Supplies area for 30 minutes pushing the button that plays a message telling you to wait and an associate would be right with you. Then the actual Pharmacy tech/Pharmacist comes out and walks to the front to get someone and SHE COULDNT EVEN GET ANYONE TO COME HELP US. We left without what we needed because it was locked up and every single associate we seen on the way out were just standing around talking with each other. Management here needs to reign in these employees and have them ACTUALLY HELP AND DO THEIR JOBS MORE OFTEN THAN NOT PLEASE AND THANK YOU.

I had some little old man following me and my wife around harassing us. Other than that it was fine!

I loved this walmart because they had the candies I needed to make my pinata complete, and some different tasting hot chocolate!!!

It was fun and everyone was very nice Two customers teased the checker and I was one of them. We were pretty sure it was his first day. We were all tired but the teasing got all of us laughing 😆 including the new checker. We will a be back to find our injoyable checker

Another Walnart with everything that you would expect from the retail chain. It would be nice to say that the staff resonates with a helpful friendly attitude. But that seems like too much to ask. Well I guess you get what you pay for.

This is a pretty large walmart. Has more product choices than many others. I was looking for a very specific item i did not find but did purchased a similar item.

Most helpful Walmart I have ever been to. I have could find an associate to help find things around every corner. Helpful pharmacy staff also.

Cant complain too much, I mean stuff is cheap and if you use self checkout its pretty quick in and out. Many times I get the last of whatever like house blend Starbucks or the synthetic 0w-20 motor oil but sometimes theyre out of things. The store is usually clean too.

This Walmart location has been probably one of the best I’ve been to as far as cleanliness building location and customer service. Everything is always completely stocked and all of the employees are always really nice and welcoming :-). greeting you with a smile. This Place is exceptionally clean and it’s very much small-town feeling in this location. Employees have always been extremely helpful to me and respectful and I appreciate that and have gone above and beyond at times to help me with situations or something that I needed to accomplish. It’s a pretty busy location but never had any problems getting through the store in a timely manner. I appreciate places like this because they are the ones that stand out in the community especially when such a big company where most of the time the left hand doesn’t know what the right hands doing .....this one does. Its walmart folks. You shop and check yourself out. If you see an employee and walk towards them to ask a question they scurry away. After covid it seems big stores like this just care less because you will go either way. Cant even deal with humans here. Need to pay management less and have more employees. There is always pallets in the isles for stocking. And most items are damaged now. A whole 10% off for damage is all they offer.

Its an alright Walmart but definitely not a good one. The way the store is laid out makes inside feel very claustrophobic and dark. Prices here for groceries are significantly more than the target thats not far from here. They have a decent sized camping section but basically no RV section, didnt even have water filters or a place for them to hang. If you are just passing through like we are go to another location.

Great selection at great prices with everything usually available.

Been in quite a few Wal-Marts. This one is one of the nicer ones. Employees are cool, management is cool and understanding. All in all this is one of the better stores weve shopped at.

I usually dont write bad reviews but I cant help it this time. Sorry Walmart but you are going downhill. Lately Ive been going to Walmart on different days of the week and does it matter lot of the shelves are empty I go expecially for my dog who loves Goodn Fun treats, not sure why but the shelves are always empty theres a lot of others that are empty I can go and look down Rose in the food aisles and 2/3 of different shelves are completely empty. I finally put a lot of articles in my car get up to the checkout there is three or four checkout lane with people standing in long lines down the main aisle and this included the self-checkout. I hope shortly this will all change the aisles will be stocked people be ready to check you out and it will be good again.

I love walmart but they have done nothing but make everything expensive. I mean they are selling shirts and pants for way to much. I mean how are they going to make their clothing $30. How are they going to go from never having any clothing to having it all because they are way to much now. The cheapest thing i was able to get there was a $8 pants. Oh yea and yall got rid of the sandwiches and replaced them with salads. I used to love going there but now i dont even buy new things because yall think we make like $30 and hour when there is barley people who make $15 and hour. Yall expect us to buy expensive things but dont realize we have bills to pay and sometimes its either the bills or food. Yall need to stop over pricing things and get it together!!

I went to this Wal Mart on Friday the 28th of May 2021 to get a fishing license. I walked all the way back to sporting good department check out desk, and stood there for about 20 min. without being helped. Another customer walked by me and said, Good luck getting any help back here. So I decided to call the store from my cell phone as I stood right there. I had told the lady on the phone that I was a customer standing in the sporting good department and I needed some help. She said she would get someone back there right away.. 15 minutes went by and no one showed up. I called back to the store and told the same lady that nobody had showed up. She apologized and said she was going to call her manager. 15 minutes later an employee showed up to help me. I had explained to him what Ive been through and he told me he was sorry, and that he was the only one there. I let him know that I just needed a fishing license. He then had taken care of me. Very poor service !!!

Surprisingly they had everything we wanted. And customer service has improved. Self check out needs to have cash machines.

Its Wal-Mart. Not much else to say beyond the lines were long with hardly any registers open and they were sold out of a lot of what I was looking for. Pretty standard for them at this point.

I never leave Wal-Mart completely satisfied. They always have what I need but not the size I want. If they have the size I want its not the style I want. Poorly organized isles. Always in shambles. Hard to find anything.

Fast service from the online pock up personal. They are friendly and double check everything for you. The inside is super fast as well.

Went to get sale items that were posted at Walmart website and the employees and customer service stated talking to take them off the shelf!If Walmart messed on pricing why are the employees doing wrong by hiding it and putting it in the back. When it doesnt cost them anything!!Thats pretty much false advertising

I went to Walmart looking for a walker for my husband, who recently had major back surgery. When I researched the item online, it was listed as in stock at the Brighton location. I went to the pharmacy area where the walker should have been. I asked for assistance, waited 20 minutes and no one ever showed up. I went to the customer service counter only to be asked if I believed everything I read online... Along with just because it is listed in stock online doesnt mean that they have it. So disappointed with the customer service and attitude I received.

I go to this Walmart frequently which would be about once a week and stock up on things I use regularly at terrific prices. I love the wide variety from gardening choices, pet food, cleaning products, meat selections, deli items, clothing, art supplies, and home accessories. Im very value focused so its hard to beat the overall prices that Walmart offers.

Had great assistance in tracking down a grill in the store.

I hate coming here they never have anyone at the jewlery counter. And when u ask for help they take almost an hour to come so you can purchase jewlery. Ive been followed multiple times around the store while shopping. I always spend $50 plus in this store nd its worse when my fiance is shopping with me. They def judge a person by thier looks not knowing that im a paying customer nd only because i live right by this location i only come here for convenience because if I have time i ALWAYS DRIVE TO 128TH because the employees there arent rude also never get followed or reciepts checked.

Very rude employees when you enter the store. I was informed by a female employee that I would have to retrieve my own shopping cart if I wanted one and yet there were 2 cart handlers at the end of the cart bay standing talking and laughing instead of doing their job. The customer service at this walmart is degrading rapidly.

Its a Walmart. Nothing in particular sets this store above or below others. The establishment itself is on the older side of store designs which makes it familiar but a little run down. They do not have a separate money counter so its all conveniently at customer service. This location is VERY busy during peak hours but well staffed to maintain healthy circulations of customers from helping shoppers to checking out ir watching self checkout i have no complaints with this store.

Wasnt crazy and had everything I was looking for. The guy at the electronics counter was very helpful and actually came and asked if I needed help. I didnt have to hunt anyone down

I understand COVID is happening and whatnot, but this store never has anything in stock. Even simple stuff. Queso. Yogurt. Mozzarella cheese. Heavy whipping cream? I use the delivery option, and I feel like every single time I do half of my order is out of stock or unavailable. What is the point of having my groceries delivered if I have to go to another store to grab what they didnt have in stock? Its super annoying.
