Will not prescribe ivermectin that is lawfully prescribed. They are forcing us to buy it off the black-market. I will be right there, when this shakes out, supporting class-action lawsuits.

Shelves are always empty. They never have what I want. I also have a apt in Denver and can always get it at the Belcaro stores they always have an excuse and the manager cant take criticism. They know it all and dont listen.

Friendly staff, very clean. Curbside has been quick, easy and most items are in stock. If items are not in stock, usually next day they are for curbside. Simple process for curbside as it has saved me so much time.

Good customer service. I would have rated them higher but the water refill station is always broken.

The store manager Dee Vos is very rude in person and over the phone. She doesn’t give any answers and hangs up in the middle of a conversation. I’ve heard her yell at her employees and make them cry. Apparently if they do anything out of line....they get fired on the spot. So done with this king Soopers I’m moving stores. I wish I didn’t even have to give them a star they don’t deserve it Dee especially.

I waited over an hour for a prescription. I was told 30 mins. I came back in 30 mins and they said have a seat I will call you. Its almost done. 30 mins later I get a text from my wife. She received a text Saying my prescription is ready. I walk up and ask of its done. The lady said yes. I asked why did nobody tell me. She said the lady went on break. I explained she told me to have a seat and they would call me. Nobody called and if my wife didnt text.me I would still be sitting there. The lady said I just hack from break I dont know what to tell you. I am extremely mad. This place doesnt care about the customers time. Not even an apology for the mistake. This is not the first bad experience I have had in this store. Maybe they should review all their bad reviews and find a way to fix some of the concerns.

If you want Covid this is your place. Evidently Kroger values money more than they’re responsible customers health. No less than 10 people without masks in the store today.

Going inside and shopping is nice and staff is always friendly. But I usually order curbside pickup because I spend less that way. And I have to say their curbside shopping system is really bad. Every time I go they are replacing half the stuff I order even tho I’ve seen it in store the day prior, or just not replacing my stuff with anything similar at all and just taking it out of the order completely. If they dont have the corn tortilla chips I want instead of replacing it with a different type of corn tortilla chips I’ll get quinoa chips. At first I figured it was a one time bad mix up. But it’s seriously every time I go.So either shop inside at this location or order curbside elsewhere, because I’m not ordering curbside from them again until it improves. I would give the store a 5 star but their curbside a 2.

Pleasant got what I needed.

Five stars for the floral department for making a bad experience into a good one! Needed flowers for a funeral, and I arrived over an hour before the floral dept was supposed to close, and nobody was there to help. Took over 40 minutes to get someone to help place an order, but they made it up by adding atleast a dozen roses extra to my order for free. The bouquet looked great, and was exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately, I forgot the florist name.

They have two unisex batherooms.....RESPECT. Thank you 💚

80% of the clientele was not wearing masks store was extremely crowded as it was a holiday weekend... and I felt very contaminated throughout the store Even though I was wearing a mask and had gloves.. The manager was nice when I called a few days later and explained my concern and he stated it was the counties ruling. If youre concerned about the pandemic I would not go in the store.

NEEEEVER! I REPEAT, NEEEVER EEEVER USE THE PHARMACY AT THIS LOCATION! The technicians are incompetent humans. Had an eye drop prescription called in 2 hours ahead of time. Then when I arrived they couldnt find it. Then oh wait!! There you are! Sat there for 50 min while they got me eye drops. Who knows how long they had them ready and watched me sit there while they ate food and let the phone ring off the hook. They must have the pharmacist fooled. 🤯

I finished all of my shopping, and went to check out, and my card wouldnt read. I had to go home, and get another card. Christian the clerk, hels onto my grocerys, as well stored my pershibles in the fridge, so they would stay cold. Good guy in my book, he turned a sour situation sweet, i was very happy with my visit here!

Must lower my rating at the moment. It will quickly go back to 5 stars. Today we were completely ignored by two different gentleman in the near dept. If they had just said to hang on a second it would have been fine. They looked at us and looked back down. Not a great customer experience.

I am giving this store five stars because it has always been full of amazing employees who go above and beyond their responsibilities. Today, March 14, 2020, my husband and I went shopping in the hopes that they had some of what we would need in the midst of this mass hysteria. The men and women running the meat and dairy department are the real heroes during this ridiculous time in our history and they deserve so much thanks and praise. All the employees that work there are angels and deserve much more respect than I saw them receive today. Thank you!!

This place has a large selection of goods other than groceries. They try to steer you towards buying Kroger Brand products, which, in my opinion, does not taste as good.

As much as I love this store, I won’t be shopping there there until they enforce the new law as it pertains to wearing a mask. My husband has cancer and my mom is 86 years old. Even Safeway is enforcing the mask law.

State mask mandate is not enforced in this store at all. If you would like to get Covid go shop here! Not feeling safe shopping in this store and will take my business else where.

Clicklist is a joke... today marked the second time they’ve given our entire order of groceries away to another person. Not to mention... the order was still wrong when we finally got it (30mims later). No surprise though, Clicklist has never (no exaggeration) EVER gotten our order 100% correct.Replacing items with items alike when your out of stock is understandable. However, charging someone for two items when they only gave you one is not. We have called every week after pick up and the answer to our concerns are “we’ll credit your account” every single time.We’re going to cut our losses this time and you can keep your credit. It will only transfer to next time anyway. We will be shopping the old fashioned way from now on. Sorry we tried something new and we should have known better. Maybe hire adults instead of teenagers to work that area of the store.

Horrible. I go hear many times and the staff and management doesn’t care about people not wearing masks at all. I’ve seen so many people allowed in and not stopped by employees for not wearing a mask it’s sad. Guess this store doesn’t care about its customers.

Not the best store to shop at. Ive been to this store so many times and each time I go in I cant find half of my grocery list. Most of the shelfs are not stocked up. Dont even waste your time trying to ask a worker for help. They dont even know where the stuff is located and most of the time they are not around.

Started out good was happy with the store and its close to the house now that they started click list we have to bag our own groceries. Also started to notice the sale items not coming up the correct amounts or the free Friday items. Other then that a good store.

The staff here are so friendly and helpful. It is rare to walk past someone working that doesnt say hi and ask how your day is going. They all seem very genuine. As for the store its a grocery store. Not much else to say there. Always well stocked and good sales. Very clean. Definitely or goto for groceries!

I am consistently pleased when I go here - it seems like they always have what I need and Im continually impressed with the customer service, staffing, and cleanliness of the store.I dont know what the 1 star reviews are talking about because the store is clean and well stocked. If you visit early in the morning, the shelves are being stocked and the aisles are a little more full, but guess what? Thats honest people doing their job and that happens at every grocery store.

We really like this Kings they are still adding things to and surrounding this locationThey have a fuel island, inside is a sushi bar, as well as a Starbucks. The meat guys are always willing to help you find something or answer simple questions.The only downside we have found is the cashiers. It almost seems like some of them dread their job, but some are a pleasure to interact with.

Employees are so friendly. We love that it has dry goods, too (picture a Super Target) We talked about making the drive from Denver just for the experience and selection. We will be stopping every time we visit nearby Barr Lake State Park (a fantastic nature escape 20 minutes from North Denver - especially for birders and the wheelchair-bound [the latter when the crushed rock paths are not wet])

Need to train staff doing the shopping to move their carts out of the way for shoppers. They park in the middle of the isle and shoppers have to move the cart to get by

This is the WORST store ever! The store is visually appealing and the employees are nice, BUT.... they do not stock their merchandise. They are always out of something I am looking for. Plus, 90% of the time we have to bag our own groceries. I understand occasionally running out of something, but they are always out of something. Im not going to shop there anymore.

Love this store. It has most of what you need and close by my house. Saves me trips to Walmart. With the card and coupons they send I come out pretty good.

This is one of the best supermarkets in the area. Like others have said they really do pretty much have it all! I would say one of the best things about it is the fresh made sushi bar. The staff is also really helpful and friendly.

We shopped another King Soopers for many years. 2015 one was built in Brighton, which is much closer than the other. New one is much bigger & they offer a much larger variety of foods, everyday shopping. Their deli, bakery, meat dept, food court, Jewelry store, clothing dept, specialty items section, just the whole store has everything you need in 1 place. Its a great place to shop & the workers are amazing!Oh & their rapid rewards for gas are a big deal here. They add up quickly! We had . 72 °

Very large place with lots of selection. The people are always nice here and helpful when you ask. I was disappointed that there was nobody who could sell bus passes at 6am, and the Starbucks inside isnt open that early either. However, Im glad this is the store closest to my house, because its a great place to shop.

This store is very similar to every other King Soopers Marketplace Ive been to and I like them all. They have nearly identical layouts, which is a good idea and worked for the Roman Empire as well. This particular store was so similar to all the others that I felt like I could have walked in to the one in Brighton and walked out of the one in Fort Collins.The reason I bring this up is because if you liked one of the other ones, youll like this one too. It was clean, well lit, had everything I came for (and in plentiful stock), I like the interior decor, the produce looked fresh, the meat was of appropriate color (nothing that I saw was turning gray), and they had plenty of cashiers instead of forcing people to choose between checking themselves out with self-checkout or wait for 15 minutes in line.The one weird thing is that they had a section with kitchen dishes and utensils but I didnt find any silverware. Also, I dont think they should have a clothing section, it seems out of place.

Go here often. The associates always seem to have a good attitude for me. I am usually able to find what I want, but when needed, I ask and they are more than willing to help me out.

Deceitful- the app in which I purchased from, uses another company and DOES NOT tell you its a third party. My order was not completed, my points were not used, my valued customer card was not asked for. The amount I paid for on the king soopers app was not the amount that was on the receipt. DO NOT USE THEIR APP. Shame on Kingsoopers for allowing this to happen and not notify the customer this is a third party. Im so sickened how they would allow this at this time.....

The main thing that drives me crazy about this store is they are ALWAYS rearranging the place. And this makes it hard to find, and they never fix the directory. They have an over stock of Kavitas that I dont buy, but always run out of the ones I do. They dont see to evaluate supply and demand well. Staff is helpful and very friendly.

I do love this store. The large selection of deli meat and cheese is awesome different types of cheeses there little kiosk in the middle that you can get Italian olives and marinated mushrooms the store is just great

Huge Kingsoopers. has a health Department really yummy sushi. The parking lot is big didn’t have Issues parking. They also Have a clothing department the only thing I disliked is the unisex Bathrooms.

Everyone went out of there way to help me. If they didnt know where something was, they called someone to find out. The isles are very roomy and the store is clean and colorful.

This place has it all! Home goods, a jewelry store, clothing, homeopathic section a Starbucks and fresh made sushi. Plan on spending an hour to walk around this massive store. Everyone is friendly and helpful here.

I go to this store at least 4x a week. I almost always get salads there, or something from the deli, and theyre typically very high quality. Id give five stars, but today I bought a salad and it was all soggy, as if their refrigeration was failing, or a stocker left them out of refrigeration for too long. In light of the recent salad recall, it was slightly upsetting.Beyond that though, I almost never have issues here.EDIT: I filled out the survey, explaining my issue, within 48 hours a manager emailed me, offering a gift card to make up for the incident. It was worth far more than the salad was. They made it right quite excellently. Changed my review from 4 to five stars because of it.

I like this place and love the people who work here. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because they seem to run out of common items more than any store Ive ever been in. Including the other king soopers on brighton. Also I have bad asthma cant wear a mask. I would love to order online as to not have to be around others or force them to be around me without the mask. But half of what I want from the store is not on the app. Seems to me if your gonna push for online pick up for saftey then every item in the store should be available on the app.

For me the place is pricey, but the staff is very helpful whether your looking for a specific item or looking to get something over the counter. They will make sure your taken care of. The store stays pretty busy throughout the day.

Disappointed that the store feels that they need to set their own rules when it comes to accepting them. Cashier and head clerk told me they have a 5 coupon limit per day. Other kings allow you 5 of the same like item. Asked for a manger and waited 15 minutes before leaving.

Everyone is always super friendly and helpful. My only complaint is sometimes baggers are extremely careless with what they bag together. However, my overall experience is fantastic.

The only complaint I have is whoever runs the bakery doesnt ice the donuts very well. There is only a thin layer and often the donut isnt even fully covered. Fix that and Im a very satisfied customer!

Ill just name 3 instances to keep it short. 1st, Sauerkraut guy from meat dept, looked up front in 4 places and 10 minutes in back. Didnt just chill back there and post about how some idiot wanted an item they were out of. Instead, he grabbed something similar and gave me a rain check on the one I wanted. Super awesome guy.2nd, produce. The whole department. Ive met 3 managers in that section and loved them all. They talk like people who love their work. The employees there always take time on presentation that is astounding. The produce section alone earns this place 5 stars. Ive worked at 3 grocery chains, and shopped at 30 times more. I love the produce department here.3rd, the cashiers. I lost my wallet, had one of them walk the aisles, the cart guy did a sweep of the lot where I parked. I started a new job the next day and needed my IDs. It was past closing time on a Sunday night. They didnt grumble, they were super nice and calm. Because I was losing my mind. It turned up.This place is outstanding. The shoppers... can be eh. But overall the staff is amazing. I hate going anywhere else now.

I was so excited when this store opened because it is close to my house. It was awesome at first, always someone at the front making sure checkout. lines weren’t long and employees throughout the store to help find items . Well, was that just to get people coming here to shop? Now every time I go there I have to bag my own groceries, SO irritating !? If I am going to pay more for my groceries I expect a bagger! I’ll go to Walmart where I get my groceries bagged! Management: Take note. Pay your Employees & treat them right so they don’t quit and you have enough scheduled for checking AND bagging!

I really like kingsoopers. Always clean and always organized. Only a couple of times did I find them out of stock on a product I by or an item is temporarily unavailable. I am really disappointed that they NEVER have enough baggers. My hands hurt so it is rough to bag my own groceries but I always seem to get the checker that does not have a bagger to help her so I bag my own. On busy holiday weekends they should have more baggers.

This store is clean and neat, however the stocking of the store is poor and it doesnt seem to matter what day of the week it is the store is always out of things...The deli is always behind and out of food or you have to wait for more to get cooked...When checkout time I would say 4 out 5 times I have to bag my own groceries or wait till the checker gets around to it....Sorry but this store needs some serious management help..
