After looking for inexpensive furniture at AFW & F-ROW went to this Big Lots in Brighton. Found some really nice nightstands and a dresser to match what we already have. The nice young man, Guillermo M & His Manager Carol P, called several other stores in the metro area that had stock they didn’t have in stock. After calling four stores they secured two nightstands to match the dresser they did have… they both went above and beyond to see we got what we were looking for! Thank you both for your superb service! We’ll be back soon!

Employees were so helpful & the girl with the keys, wavy gorgeous personality & amazingly good looking was so professional while still very kind. Not sure if shes married but wow someone is gonna luck out. Oh & eyeglasses with those eyes... Definitely perfection 😍 i regret not stopping to chat with her... Guess if she reads this please reach out. To everyone else in our upside down the good club mangled world, wake up folks before things go unimaginably bad!We the people must unite & worldwide we all must overcome these grandiose evil events that are being forced upon us. Are you aware of what they intend to do? Prepare, educate, inform & above all folks there has never been a better time than now to organize no matter religion, race, culture, etc!!! Never settle & unless we rise up all together... Our families & humanity depends upon our united strength!!!

Employees were really rude. Prices on the shelves are wrong a lot of the time. Went to purchase a few items & told the cashier the prices on the shelves were different & her & the other cashier got real defensive & said thats the price & they refused to fix it. I told them a lot of items are priced wrong & customers were going to complain but the cashier said bye right away & blew me off. Needless to say, I wont be back. Take your money elsewhere where youll be treated with respect.

Brandon (I think that was his name) was extremely helpful and the place was well kept and neat. The cashiers were very fast and efficient and were nice as well!!

Walked in Four Asked Jenn where the Aloe Vera was at as I got a bad sun burn. She knew exactly where it was . I didnt have to walk around the store to get it as it was on a shelf close to the Cash Registers

Stopped in broomfield looking for patio furniture and a pergola and they said brighton can help you out with it. He put my name on the set I wanted and it was an hour before close so I asked brighton if we could get it tomorrow since we where far. They said no you have to come today. We come the guy didn’t know anything about the prices, and took forever to finally pay then they said we would have to come back to get it we said no you said I had to come today. Then from there they put the stuff outside and said you got it from here as o hurt my back loading it. Really disappointed and they even over charged us for our set. I really hope corporate reaches out to me to solve this.

Ordered online, but decided to shop inside too, to look around. Went to area to do pickup, very fast response. Even offered to help load items, their team took care of it themselves though. Great associates working there.

If you were concerned about Covid and your health I would not visit the store. I was just there and there were four girls walking around the store on every aisle together without masks. I asked the gentleman at the counter who checked them out why they didn’t need masks and he replied that “Management does not allow them to say anything two customers without masks”. What? It is a state mandate… How is this ok? I will be shopping elsewhere where the management cares enough about their employees and their customers to follow the rules keeping everyone safe.

Employees are great 👍.....check out system us lame and cumbersome.........very cumbersome......u feel bad 👎 for the employees.....no reason for long lines.......People have 2 and 3 items.........checkout system is slow 🐌....I dont need to answer a survey or donate money or give you my phone number......can I jis buy the stuff i have and move on with my day.......15 min in line over a 5hour energy and jar of coconut oil cmon man......I go other places to skip your lines......

Super nice staff and I was grateful for the help I received in selecting a gift. I was super disappointed that a cashier wore his mask below his nose and mouth :-( We are in a pandemic and I expect people to wear masks.

Honestly I now think they should change their name to Big Lots spend lots because they cost more than the major chains and the furniture stores and everything else I mean seriously I can go to American Furniture Warehouse and get a bed frame and a mattress for quite a bit less than Big Lots. We found a bed in a box and cheap table there which is all we needed. It is cheap stuff and my only issue is getting 3 emails a day which is what happened after sharing my info with them. Otherwise a friendly staff was nice to deal with.

My husband and I had a great experience here over the weekend. Purchased some nice furniture for a good price. Erin was awesome! She made the process stress free, was accommodating and was fun to work with!

I purchase Ashley Lane’s sofa the Kasan collection from Big Lots . I also purchased a warranty from Big Lots on the furniture. One year later the furniture has fallen apart and Big Lots has exclusions to claim resulting in denial. Long story short . I am a normal Joe . I have owned furniture in my lifetime the quality of the furniture is horrible. The customer service is non personable and wreaks of corporate Mumbai jumbo . I will be avoiding future purchases at Big Lots when it comes to furniture. It’s JUNK . The warranty is also a waste of money .

My little brother and I went to go get a pool here at Big Lots, and a very very nice employee by the names of Guillermo helped us get it out of the store and into our car. Very very nice service! 10/10 Guillermo made shopping very simple and fun to do at Big Lots ☺️

Not a bad place to shop wait time to check out was long someone had a return no backup was called to take care of customers waiting in line. There was an apology given for time waiting to check out. I used to shop at this Big Lots before and nothing has changed same place. Person running the register was very nice though.

I used to enjoy getting novel beverages here, but their selection isnt what it used to be.

This Big Lots has been remodeled and it shows. So clean and fresh with the product layout. Found a few things I wanted and saved due to great discounts! Will definitely be going back.

My time at big lots was quick and enjoyable. They had exactly what I was looking for amongst loads of other items that are very different than what you will find at Walmart. Though the store was not spotless it was rather clean. The staff member who checked us out, Sara was her name I believe, was neither fast nor slow, friendly or rude. She was just sorta there.I would certainly recommend this store for anyone looking for outdoor figurines, odd items, and low prices.I would not recommend this for anyone looking for a very clean, very well organized, traditional store.

Since the remodel, the layout is much easier to find things and seeing the whole store. The staff is very, very, very helpful and always friendly. If you havent been to a Big Lots before you should definitely visit this one.

Experience was not good. Got ready to check out & two out of three cash registers were inoperable. The line was backing up. We didnt time for the problem to be fixed, so we left the store without purchasing what we had selected.

Typical Big Lots. If youre going to buy anything at a bowl, I would suggest checking the expiration dates first. They have a lot of off brands, but when it comes to things like cleaning supplies and such, sometimes that doesnt really matter. Sometimes you get lucky and find brand names for good prices, but other times you can find the same product cheaper at the local grocery store. Its kind of hit-or-miss. Dont get me wrong I Like Big Lots, its just nothing special, in my opinion.

Went to big lots for some soap and shampoo as I did not want to walk across busy hwy 85. They had what I needed and then some. Their frozen food section was very pricey. They had a lot more furniture than any other big lots I’ve been to.

Is it just me imagination or did Big Lots raise their prices in a BIG way? Decent inventory but Big Lots used to be about wallet friendly shopping... Not so much anymore.

Picked up nice small recliner for a good price. Employee was real knowledgeable and helpful. Also bought sofa, loveseat and recliner covers and some curtains. Will go back for sure.

I would appreciate this store more if this older woman does something bad to my son or myself .that big isnt like the other stores .and has people come and erace the video they have. I hated stores line this for a long time because of incorrect, preconceived notions. The people in nor lots are helpful and friendly. Sometimes they are the good 3rd option between standing in line late at night in the Wal-Mart while fighting weird crowds, or just going without what I need.The people and staff here have changed my opinion of these mini Wal-Mart stores.

You can find basic things that you need here plus its nice customer service.

Good prices, just know your product and check date on foods.

When I was going to write this review it was going to be barely three stars but I had to return a purchase and that has allowed me to improve my experience to that of a 4 Star.A quick summary of why I initially felt that this place deserved a 2 Star was that when i purchased a couch here it was stored in the freight containers outside the building. This in and of itself was not the issue but the fact that the folks moving the couches out of the containment were not trained to do this whatsoever. A guy named Johnathan did a decent job but the teen girl helping him was completely useless as was the older lady. I ended up moving about half the stuff between myself and my partner here to pick up the couch. It took almost 30 minutes to complete and led me to find the experience frustrating.However, one of the couches actually had some prior damage I did not notice until after the fact and when I called they made no fuss and agreed to get a replacemnt. I explained what had happened previously and asked if they could have it ready when i got there as it was a very busy weekend and they agreed. When i arrived at the agreed upon time I found that they were prepared and helpful and rather friendly (much different than last time with the irritated staff from the previous trip).So, I ended up having a break even so ill give it 4 Stars so I will hesitantly recommend this to others but I wish they would do a better job of ensuring that all the employes are well trained.
