This is a great shop in Brandon. Theres a ton of flavor selection and all the ones Ive tried have been really well made and very tasty. They liquids made in house are really good and they have an extensive selection and the liquids from other brands are held to really high quality standards as well. The staff is also really knowledgeable about the products they provide. Its also a fun atmosphere to hang out in, Ive played a few games of pool up here. Really clean and nice shop.

If I could leave a 0 I would. I asked if it was the oil I needed he said yes I walked out walked back in after I looked it up. He said I couldn’t exchange it although I just walked out. Terrible customer service. Don’t come here there are so many more better smoke shops.

Went in to get a new mod. The owner is super friendly and very knowledgeable about the products he sells. He also exhibits passion which is hard to find anymore. The shop is clean, comfortable, and not just a shop but a place to sit back, relax, and unwind for a bit.

I was a smoker for 15 years. I learned about vaping a couple years ago.I went to 8 different shops in the Lakeland, Brandon and Sarasota areas looking for people who not only wanted to sell me their newest products, BUT were also passionate about helping us, who are sick of smoking and desperate to free ourselves from big tobacco.The shops I happened upon were staffed by various types of employees selling numerous different brands and types of devices and juices, but no one was qualified or willing to help me out figuring out what was right for me.Chris, the owner of Elysium vapor not only took time to help me. He offered his own experiences, and told me that he only carries devices that he uses and believes in.The shop is clean but comfortable, with a kratom bar, couches, awesome music and screens to watch videos on. Its a great place to visit on the regular.I Love this place. Ive become a regular and now consider Chris a good friend, because he was not only there to sell me his products, he believes in helping people understand the journey, and spent his time on me, instead of only expecting me to spend my money.If more people invested themselves in what they truly believe in, there would be more awesome places like this one.~E~

3 stars because I tried calling multiple times before I came to the shop to ask a couple questions and no answer. Once I got to the shop, I noticed the person there was taking a personal call instead. Wouldve appreciated better service when trying to call in and ask about something rather than having to show up.

A shop that supports our state association, Florida smoke free association will get my business as opposed to the ones that dont. The longevity of this industry relies on shops that support advocacy. Shannon and Chris have put in selfless hours doing what is right in the community and its always a pleasure to see the niche they carved in the area with surrounding shops. So today I used my last piece of kanthal wire. I called the shop looking for some. They didnt have any. Bryan whom was working stated they had some Mad Rabbit low resistant wire. He assured me that it would be better then kanthal and I would not be disappointed. Boy was he right. He was super friendly very knowledgeable and didnt push stuff on me I didnt need. He even offered me pre made coils to try and make it a little easier for me. I think i jus found my favorite vape store. Thank you so much my RBA build came out amazing ! This wire is super stable no ohm bouncing like kanthal. Thanks again.

First time stopping here and was greeted immediately upon entering. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Fantastic experience.

I was having a problem with flavor from the tank that came with my mod. Ive spent countless hours educating myself about VG/PG, Tanks, Mods etc. Came across Elysiums website and decided to stop in and ask some questions and perhaps upgrade my tank or whole set up. I spent over an hour talking with Chris asking questions an learned more from him than any place I researched. I was willing to replace everything and instead of taking an opportunity to sell me something I didnt need Chris helped me decide on vape temp for my coil. I ended up updating my tank, got myself a spare battery and charger and some other goodies. Great shop, great customer service, no pressure selling and a extremely knowledgeable and down to earth sales person. I will definitely recommend this shop highly! Thanks Chris and oh yeah the new tank and temp setting are full of the flavor Ive been chasing !
