Horrible customer service! I order online to pick-up, before i ordered i double check if they have the items i needed at that location. When i got there at the time they said, i have to wait 30 min. More, but thank God i checked my order before i leave. They didnt say anything about missing items or having a refund. The lady working there, didnt offer another solution to resolve the problem.

This Target is clean and employees are friendly. We got stopped by the AT&T guys telling us about their wireless service. I was against it but hubby was interested in switching. Julian was very friendly and personable and showed me the service difference with his AT&T phone and my Verizon phone with 5G service. Once I saw that I was agreeable to change. Javier was also helpful with our questions and both of them did not push us into signing up. We are pleased with our new AT&T service and happy that Julian will continue to assist us if needed.

This is probably the best Target Ive ever been to overall. Employees were super friendly and I was greeted multiple times. The store was organized, well stocked, and clean. Not one of the biggest selections compared to some Targets that have been fully renovated but I found what I needed with no issue!

Always has shopped at this target. They are going through a remodel so things will be a mess.. but the employees here are all so kind and helpful. It was still easy to find things I needed. Traffic on getting out of this target and back on the road can be a little challenging, with mall and work traffic.

Finding a parking spot close enough is always a hassle. Outside was clean of most debris, inside was organized and clean. I have gone during the weekends between afternoon and evenings, usually crowded. Employees arent the friendliest but theyre okay. I normally have gone for diapers and pull ups, the diapers seem to be mixed in the wrong spot with the wrong price half the time and the big box of pull ups we get are usually out of stock when we go which is frustrating. We dont stay and look around too much since its typically crowded when we go, definitely is a prime location being so close to the mall. Overall good Target but not my favorite and might have to be with how busy they always are.

Usually love shopping here but just watched an employee named Katie speak very nasty to her co workers. She spoke VERY LOUDLY (nearly yelling) to 2 different employees when they asked her for help. Maybe Katie needs a break and chill pill. Made all us customers very uncomfortable.

Huge superstore where you can buy most of the things you would expect. Groceries from Ice Cream to veg, frozen and fresh meat and veg, wind cycles, garden goods, health products including body lotion, shower gel, shampoo, clothes, shoes, luggage, motor vehicle stuff.

I love target always has what I need

This is not a review on Target stores. I like Target. It is a review on there website. It is horrible trying to find items. If you want to go backwards, forget it. It doesnt load. This has happened whether I am on my phone, tablet or laptop. A terrible online shopping experience.

Love the products and sales. The staff is nice. They have a much better toy selection than Walmart. Much cleaner and more organized than most other retailers. My only complaint is the bathroom. Its not nasty, exactly, but its never clean. Paper everywhere. There are always broken locks on a couple of doors.

I just love the merchandise and quality of the products for the price.

Great deals and a lot of options

Beware of a scammer(s) roaming the aisles begging for baby formula, supplies and medicine. This is an old scam thats coming back around.This particular scammer shows you a pre-written laminated statement on an index card stating their predicament with their babies, no money, hungry, sick, etc.. . . If you agree to help and purchase formula, diapers, medicine, etc. for them they demand to keep the receipt, then they return the items to get the cash. For the more generous and kind-hearted this could easily add up to $$$$$. Target staff and management allow this to occur and seem to not have a problem with it. Beware.

The cashier was great. The store was clean and organized. It was hard to find certain stuff but overall they had in stock almost everything I needed.

TARGET IS MAKING IT EASIER FOR SCALPERS. I have been trying to get Pokémon cards for my little cousin for weeks. Due to the Pokémon card craze, the shelves have always been empty as scalpers try and time the deliveries. When I walked into the store today to check on the cards, there was a sign that said they are now only selling Pokémon cards Friday’s at 8AM. The everyday working person is not going to be able to line up at Target during a weekday morning. Do you know who can? Scalpers. Very disappointed Target is taking this path.

There’s a manager by the name of Lauren who is very rude. Tall blonde lady. I overheard her and another person laughing and talking bad about an employee. They were too busy chatting away to worry about my needs. Unprofessional and disrespectful. Will not be returning.

The last time I was there the customer service in the electronics department was amazing. I had been there twice for the purchase of a camera and each time they were out of the film which was part of the special and he knew that I kept coming by the store to but the camera..he let me buy the camera and come back for the film once it was in stock. The woman at the check out helped me download the app on my phone and make it easier for me to track what I have purchased and make my experience shopping easier.

Went to target last night 6-6-2020 at 8 pm, they where closed. prior to going there I had went to walmart and they where closed, so I looked on google to see what time this targets location had closed, and it said 9 PM. not only was it pouring down rain, but everything was completely closed. I called this morning asking if they where opened. the last told me yes and I proceeded to let her know it really made me mad that they didn’t even have the audacity to update their times in their website. not to mention when you call the store and listen to the times, it clearly states 9 PM. I have spent over a thousand dollars during this pandemic and you just lost my business for good target.

I really needed help yesterday shopping for notebooks for a mental health initiative at my job - I found a few but the magic number was 22. I saw Cindy, on the floor putting away boxes. Cindy was stressed out and looked busy. Selfishly, I asked if she could help and she didnt think twice. She stopped what she was doing, scanned the code on the back of the notebook and found a box in the back. This is an example of making a customer the priority. I was a ETL manager at target in the past and I would have loved to have Cindy on my team! THANKS CINDY!

Harmful Chemicals through Entire StoreI went to target today to pick up something simple. I was only in the store for 10 minutes but by the time I got to the register my eyes were burning, my skin was on fire and I couldn’t stop coughing.I talked to the associate about it and she said that many people have complained about this cleaning chemical. She said even one of the employees can’t touch it without it burning.Now the cure for this virus is worse than the virus itself. I’m a perfectly healthy person and now I’m being attacked in my lungs and skin by this cleaner they use.

I went there a few weeks back in the first hour and was denied entry without even being asked if I have anything wrong (I’m asthmatic) so according to them, that’s not a serious enough underlying issue. Not the first issue I’ve had there. I will go to other Targets, BUT I have lost tremendous respect for this particular Target. I actually waste more Gas going to the Riverview location because they actually make me feel welcomed.

I do like Target. Its always clean. Never have boxes in the isles for re stocking. And I like that they have a small amount of chooks items you can pick up.The reason of the 3 stars only is first, the employees are just that, empolyee. Not Customer Service Rep. They dont go out of their way to help. Sometimes its hard to find one of you have a question. Second, there is never a big choice for boys clothes. From ages infant to young teen. Ive never had luck with this. And third, the prices could be a little better. BUT.. I always make out great in the toys section. I find a lot of items that I have never seen before. So I will keep coming back.

This store is horrendous to deal w any employee. Poorly trained on procedures, they seem to have a high turnover rate as I rarely ever see an employee consistently for a matter of time. I can recognize familiar faces often at Brandon South (Bloomingdale). Save yourself the headache and drive the extra distance if necessary to the South location. The staff here is extremely incompetent and will argue w you on any policy they haven’t been able to figure out, or can’t simply read(cartwheel fine print, for example). Bloomingdale appears to perform miracles w the knowledge their employees have in comparison to this laughable staff.

This is the 2nd time in a month I have been double charged for a product. I didnt notice on my receipt until a few days later each time. I bought quality sunscreen thats already expensive and they double charged me. I have no idea how to go about telling them with ut now being days later and its hard to believe when I went home with one and was charged for two. Not sure why this has happened more than once but seems fishy to me....id just go online from now on.

The store didnt sell anything like it but a team member named Curtis spoke to his co-workers on the radio and helped find me a piece of styrofoam that would work for my project. The location not so great especially when its during the day better going off near closing time when the store isnt as crazy and the traffic is brutal during rush hour getting in and out of this place. As for the store the selection is limited couldnt find everything better going off to the Super Target on Bloomingdale. This Target isnt always clean like for example the bathrooms can be a mess and dirty and this location isnt remodeled like most locations.

Is a bigger and better store than the one where i live

Conveniently located next to the mall. This target has all the essential food items and goods if shopping for other things. Recently added a full blown Starbucks as well. The bathroom facilities I think need a little more improvement, but other than that if you like one stop shop and also mall proximity this is the right place.

This is a very high traffic Target that is frustratingly difficult to get in and out of because of the one way in/one way out set-up of the mall. The store facade, carts, and interior layout are in massive need of updating. We live 6 minutes away from this Target, but prefer to drive an extra 15 minutes to the one on Dale Mabry because we can actually get in and out of that one in less time, including drive time, plus its a nice store. Service at this Target (the Brandon one) is fine, though. The checkers are speedy and friendly for the most part, and it has everything a normal Target would have (but not a Super Target).
