I love Sephora 💘 but.... the store located at Brandon Mall, in Tampa, FL is the main reason people do not shop at Sephora. The sale rep on their phones, talking to their friends and just acting like they do not you. Lets not mention their so Uneducated about about makeup. Their famous response Im not sure.Sephora display prices that are no longer valid, you do not find out until you at the cash register. If am so disappointed 😞 with Sephora. The product selection is another story. Just sad.I might try Westshore plaza but if it is anything like this visit, Im done. Ulta here I come.I can order online straight from the brand and get better service. BTW Im a VIB soon to be Rouge customer.

Visited this location Sunday afternoon. Melvin was soooo helpful & nice although it was pretty busy and he was the ONLY person working!!!! he was juggling customers and helping every single person. although i told him i didnt need his help since i knew what i came in for, he came to check if i was doing okay several times. He is AMAZING & SO SWEET.i hope he is acknowledged for how much of a hard worker he is.

Super disappointing. I drove 30 minutes out of my way to pick up a couple of products. When I got to this location it was five minutes before closing at 6 PM despite it saying they closed at seven online. They also did not have the products I came for despite it saying They had them add this location online. I didn’t even get to buy anything after driving all the way here after work.

Bianca at Sephora inside JCP was so helpful today on my visit (2/23/2019). I went in for a new foundation and she helped me find the right product for me. She also helped me find products that would work well for me individually after expressing my frustration with some of my skin quirks. She was very attentive and genuine!

Wandered around looking for foundation. Salespeople uninterested in helping me. This is the second time this has happened at this sephora. I wont be going back. Ulta is further away but at least they care about customers!
