This was my first time at this location and I received great service and makeup tips from Phoenix. She was on point with suggestions and cleaned the makeup before use.

I always have a great experience going to Mac stores.

Stephanie was super helpful and took the time to help me find foundation, concealer, AND an eyebrow shade that worked for me. i’ve struggled for years with finding colors that work for my entire face, but she managed to find them in just a few tries. she was super understanding and friendly. i will 100% shop there again.

#MACCosmetics Brandon FL store is denied to exchange a product purchased on Maccosmetics.com .. this store dont follow company policy ... i want to exchange the shade of an item purchased online as shade was not as expected and as per maccosmetics policy, went to exchange the product on store and manager simply denied saying that they dont follow company policy..

I called, booked, and was very pleased. Jordan is a perfectionist....who doesn’t want their makeup artist to want you to look AWESOME!!!! She was perfect very personable gave me exactly what I wanted. If you haven’t been to this MAC u gotta come you’ll b welcomed with open arms.

Love their makeup. Is so much easier to shop here than Sephora. Less chaos and people that actually know enough about the products. I dont like taking actual makeup application advice because most of the sales associate look like clowns with the amount of makeup they wear but otherwise always amusing

This store really need to hire more workers. I recently visit this Brandon location to purchase makeup. There was no one at the register for assistance and the two consultants were doing makeup. Poor customer service! I didn’t expect to be waited on the minute I walked up however, making myself and other customers wait until the make up session were done is unacceptable. I feel management needs to do a better job of scheduling. I hope all the Mac stores are not like this location.

I requested 5 specific products to purchase from my makeup session. The lady wrote down pointers for application of each of the 5 products. Then she rang up and I left the store with 4. I happened to notice one not included, or I would have walked out with only 3. I rarely go to the mall. Now I am without my makeup I requested so specifically. I called the store and the management was breezy and chuckling about it. She is hoping the salesperson remembers what shade I ordered in the eyebrow pencil, but it didn’t seem too important to her if not. Not even an apology was offered.

I will be the first to give a review. I went to purchase some eyeliner that I used all the time from this store. Never had a bad experience until today. I overlook things around me sometime because I am overly friendly. After leaving the store I was followed into another store and approach by security who asked for my id, I asked why because I didnt want any problem so I gave it to him. They tell me they got a call that I may have been using someone elses card. I was like I just got here and have only been in one store. Long story short MAC called security on me I guess because I mentioned to the lady that I need to transfer money from account to account she took as I was I guess commenting fraud or something. Instead of asking to verify id and card. On top of that I entered my pin number for the transaction. I guess it was the two gold teeth in the bottom my mouth that made them think I was a thief. I didnt realize until after all this happened that I noticed the girl pointing at me why she was helping me put on eye makeup and the security lady that was in the store telling me how nice it looked as I was leaving. It really made me feel low afterwards to the point that I dont even want to go back to the mall again. Ive worked in corporate America all my life and have a college degree. Never stolen anything in my life, dont drink or smoke. This incident really shut me down. I just wanted to put this out there that people still label you because of your looks. Now I know you cant be pleasant to everyone. I will NOT ever enter this store again.

Tons of makeup and the ladies are willing to help you if you need it

Went into this store to purchase a lipstick, and their security guard followed me around the entire time. Literally a foot behind me. Breathing down my neck. So I finally couldnt take it anymore and I left. He proceeded to stare me down when I sat down on a bench outside the store. He probably prevents more sales than he does theft. Wont be back to this store ever again.

Love this store staff are super nice and professional they always answer any questions and give the best make overs!

Aja waited on me. She was very knowledgeable and friendly.
