This is a horrible cvs.THE BATHROOMS ARE FILTHY BEYOND BELIEF.I am really disgusted at their wait times and unresponsive unprofessional attitudes. Horrible. Avoid by all costs. (Pharmacy)Front staff is pretty cool.
If you can avoid this CVS, do. Better give them a day to get your prescription filled. Theyre never ready when they say theyre going to be. Its happened to me several times. Like today, they said itd be ready in an hour. I show up an and a half later and it wasnt ready. They said ten more minutes. Fifteen minutes later, I get the text saying its ready. Then, theyre doing COVID testing through the drive through line. There were four cars in front of me. Took me over 40 minutes to get to the window.
Never in my life have I seen a bathroom as filthy as this one and I have pictures to prove it. And across from the pharmacy no less! Although the rest of the store looked relatively clean, if this is what the management allows the restroom to look like, I question the hygiene and remind you that looks could be deceiving. Honestly speaking, if you didnt have Covid-19 before you went in to that bathroom guaranteed youd leave with it! Needless to say, I walked back out!! Smile Direct Club personnel and their area were immaculate and store personnel I came in contact with were cordial, no complaints there!
Went in to pickup some photos I ordered via online to pick them up in store. Cashier Ambar was extremely friendly, helpful and professional. Thank you Ambar!!!!
If I could I would gave them 0 stars. They have this thing with the coupons they prefer you to not use any. I dont get why they have a coupons program if they not allow you to use them, and the manager just said and quote unfortunately that is how it works even when what she was saying did not make any sense.
Terrible my experience since yesterday I was injured at work, after finished un the clínica left my prescriptions in the CVS they told me we Will call as soon are ready, they called for only one late in the evening, was a protocol without interruptions since yesterday but those medications were provided to me at the clínic,IT was ok untill today. One of the medication is twice a day then I went around 9 am to the CVS, at 11 a.m still not available, they sent me to another cvs in Brandon supouse they coordinated the transfer, when arrive at that CVS I eas told we dont have any information returned to the first cvs the pharmacist said we dont have the medicationfinal history I ended in walgreens they provide me at least doses for 3 days untill eveything is cleared with the insurance, Im not talking about a maintenance medication or anything can be delay this was Real situation of start asap, is the system fault? Then why walgreens provided me with at least a temporal solution and CVS was not ?
Just don’t bother lol
The intern in the Pharmacy is going to end up killing someone. He doesnt have a clue how to fill prescriptions. He gave me the completely wrong prescription and luckily I noticed before I walked out of the store. Not to mention I have to pay TWICE because the refund wont go back on my card for up to 3 days. How this kid still has a job or hasnt severely hurt someone with the wrong medicine is beyond me.
This store grosses me out, even before the pandemic hit.
I feel like I am being harassed when I go into this location. I will NEVER go in here again. Everytime I go down the makeup isle, a recording comes on that says, A crew member has been alerted to your presence, if you have a questions push the red button at the end of the isle. At first I thought it was just triggered by a censor or something, but it kept playing over and over in each make-up/beauty isle I went down (multiple times in each isle). That was a few days ago. I went back today and went down a totally different isle. I was looking for awhile. As soon as I pick up an item TO PURCHASE IT, that same freakin recording came on. I spend a lot of money at CVS and I generally like the chain, but I will never set foot in this location again. They harass their shoppers.
This CVS has a very evil and sinister agreement with a local towing company. I was going to an Applebees next door, which had a full parking lot. I decided to park in the CVS lot since there was ample parking and thought it was part of the larger shopping complex. I left the Applebees about 30 minutes after the CVS closed and my car had been towed away simply because the store had closed. I find this morally wrong, considering the fact my car wasn’t parked blocking an entrance or causing any problems with the CVS.
My son spent two hours on hold, just to refill his medications. This is every month. If its not him its me, I think this is unacceptable, for a pharmaceutical company.
3 stars for well stocked store, convenient location and helpful pharmacist .....0 stars for front office employee.... she wasn’t very comfortable with kids and guess what it’s a pharmacy and it’ll get lots of kids .....maybe they need to make a shift change
One of the better CVSs in our area!
I understand the pharmacy closes at 9 but if I am in line before 9 and the last car, I should have been helped. Prescription was already called in and they told me to come back after I was there earlier. Back to Publix and Walgreens I go!
Amazing pharmacy staff! Thank you!
This CVS pharmacy is just pitiful. What kind of pharmacy leaves its patrons on hold for 43 minutes? After 20mins someone picked up to tell me to continue holding so me being hopeful held a little longer and finally just had to hang up.smfh Yall need to do waaaaaaaaaaay better!
I love this cvs..the pharmacy is fantasic. I love in Palm river and drive all the way over just to fill the prescriptions for my children. Even at times the special meds my kids need can run out they always are helpful connecting me to the next step. Seems the other reviews are of sensitive people with high expectations and clearly have personal attitude problems and way too much time on their hands
Extremely rude on the phone. Unwilling to answer basic questions. Referred by another CVS.
Eric the store manager and jessica the cashier always greet you with a smile and hello. They remember the regulars which is great customer service but treat everyone the same.
Convenient location, friendly staff, awesome prices!!!
Heres a copy of my complaint letter to CVS corp about this store. To Whom It May Concern:I recently visited your CVS Pharmacy Store #5148 only to find that for the second time in a row I’ve not only received poor customer service but an uncaring manager when I voiced my concern. This has been my pharmacy since moving to Brandon, FL two years ago.Earlier this week when was in your store I approached the Pharmacist inquiring about hydrocortisone cream for my one year old daughter whom had seemingly broken out in chicken pox that morning. I asked if the particular brand in my hand was okay to use for her age he said no that I needed the .5%, but was unwilling to help point me in the right direction as to where it could be located. I then asked him where I could find Aveeno oatmeal bath. He had no regard for my question and brushed it off that he’s never heard of it and that CVS didn’t carry it. He definitely didn’t go out of his way to assist me or make my visit feel like I was doing business with people that actually cared.Today (03/21/13) I arrived back at the same store to utilize the drive though Pharmacy pick-up. The technician working the window told me that my responsibility to my drug cost would be $59. I repeated back to her, “$59?” She replied “Yes.” I handed her $35 and told her I would need to put the rest on my debit card, when my receipt came back I found that the total cost was $159. I explained to her that she had told me wrong and had I known the Rx was going to cost so much I wouldn’t have purchased it as it is just pain medication for when I have occasional back pain. I told her I wanted to refund my money; she needed to get another pharmacist to complete the refund and then disappeared. I told the new girl (who was nice and understanding) I wanted to speak to her manager since this is the second problem I’ve had this week and now had to wait for $124 to be placed back onto my debit card. Inconvenience!!!The manager came to the window and I again explained the situations thinking I was speaking to someone who cared and could empathize with my concerns. I was wrong. The interaction with your manager left me feeling embarrassed and unappreciated. After explaining what happened and that the technician gave me the wrong price and that I didn’t want the drug at that cost she apologized that I couldn’t afford the medication. Excuse me? Do you put your managers through any type of training? This made me feel so small I couldn’t believe my ears, though that isn’t the case it isn’t her place to know what people can afford and what they can’t. After hearing that I told her that I’ll be taking my business to the Wal-Greens across the street, her response was “I’m sorry you feel that way, have a nice day.” So not only do you have at least one manager that has no empathy training but also could care less about retaining customers?I’m enclosing my receipt with the hopes that you fix this store for the customers that wish to continue being mistreated. I myself will still be taking my business elsewhere
Outstanding customer service
Worst CVS I have ever been in. I travel all over the country for work and I try to use CVS, never again after the 2 times I tried this store. The worst customer service I have ever been around.
Gave me open medication already mixed and said to me You should have checked before You leftShame on You!!!
The hold time for the phone is entirely too long. This is not good customer service. They are never that busy that it should take long to get a hold of someone.
I don’t know why did the pharmacist go to school because he knows nothing. Don’t know either who makes the jobs interviews cause the cashier doesn’t know where stuff are! 🤬😡
Great customer service
Closed at 10pm ? Yeah right! They closed like 5pm
Service attitude is very bad
Slowest pharmacy ever.
They do not have bilingual staff. I can never ask questions about medications that they send me because there are no bilingual staff.
