It is super easy to Social distance yourself from other shoppers here.It was a snap to find all the things we need to make our new house more perfect for our family.We got new Toilet leads, pendant light, and chandeliers. We purchased ceiling fans as well. I thought that picking out these things would take forever but We were in-and-out.The lady that check this out was super kind. I noticed that when she was checking us out a picture would come up of the item she scanned. I think this is a really cool New way of checking people out.There is lots of parking here too so finding a space will not be hard. Definitely becoming here again some time soon.
I really want to give NO STARS because this place has the worse customer service possible.I came in today because I needed a stove ASAP and had a truck with me to load it to take home. Richard in appliances helped me. He confirmed there were only 3 in stock if I wanted to take it home today. I selected the one I wanted paid and waited nearly 20mins before they met me at the loading area. After getting it home and unloaded we realize itβs not even the stove I selected. I called the store manager who said she would have mine ready upon return. Misha I believe her name was fulfilled a empty promise because they were still looking for it as we arrived. Department manager Chad states they donβt actually have the one that was purchased an offered NO SOLUTION to correcting their mistake. Not only did their employee Richard LIE to make a sell but then we wasted time and gas trying to purchase and return the wrong item given. A loaner could had easily been provided but nope CHAD cared nothing about the inconvenience to our family.
Good location and prices. Convenient parking. I found 2 items I was looking for, but I had hoped for a better selection of small, regular shower heads, as opposed to large or elaborate hand held styles. Very glad that this store is so close to home.
So, I ended up taking my money and time to Home Depot after Loweβs absolutely screwed me over, Iβve never used nor do I know anyone who uses Home Depot but Iβm thankful I did. Exactly 1 week after ordering this combo it was delivered and wasnβt broken like Loweβs lol (aka shattered) the only downfall was, I gave the installers this extension cord because did I check it would fit or did I check it was the right plugs? Nope Iβm a natural blonde thatβs why π but they told me it wouldnβt work, I havenβt washed clothes in 2 weeks and knew I wasnβt going to take that for an answer so as soon as they left I shimmed things around and boom I did it π thanks Home Depot for this great experience!! β€οΈβ€οΈβ€οΈ
Bought wrong sized blinds and had to exchange them for the right size (which they had). No problems! Easy transaction, in and out in less than 10 minutes!
This place is like a candy store. Anything & everything home & garden. I get why people get lost. So much to see. Trying to go with a game plan doesnt work either, too many other things you suddenly need... oh well. Great store, great people working, great prices too, like I said, gotta love it
I want to express my heartfelt thanks to Dominic Dejesus for his kindness and great help! It was a late evening a few days ago. After shopping at Home Depot, I went to my car and found it wouldnβt start. It was very dark in the parking lot, I panicked and asked Dominic Dejesus to help me. He came immediately and tried several different ways to start the car. Finally, he got the car working. I drove home with deep gratitude toward this fine, kind and skillful young man and appreciation toward Home Depot Managemnt.
I gave this two stars because they dont have enough lumber carts. Im recovering from a broken leg and was wandering around the store for 10 minutes to find a lumber cart, then I loaded it up with lumber took 5 minutes went to the bathroom hobbled back to my cart to find out that someone had unloaded all my lumber and someone had taken my cart. Thankfully Karin in the lumber department was kind enough to spend 10 or 15 minutes searching for another cart for me I really appreciate her effort. You better buy more of those damn carts!!!
I spent over $400 despite the fact they would not take a $27 return without a receipt oh, I have never returned an item at that store in fact I just got to town few days ago, further I do not think Ive ever returned anything at Home Depot as I usually shop Menards where I came from

I used to love going here They always had knowledgeable people in each dept. Now you would be lucky if you can one person who know anything. I was in there the other day and I asked about something and I wasnt quite sure which department it was in. I asked one of the associates for help. The gentleman pointed over to an aisle, it should be over there he said. It wasnt so I went back over and asked again and he huffed because he had to walk 10 steps to help me find what I was looking for.I guess I will drive an extra couple of miles to go to another one.
I walked into Home Depot upset due to the poor condition of my new riding mower upon delivery. I provided pictures of the damage. This was $4,449.00 purchase. Unimpressed by the managers options of $100 only credit because the damage was βcosmeticβ (even though it had obvious dents) or exchange the mower. I decided to exchange the mower. This is a great inconvenience but Jessica at the customer service desk did a great job of apologizing and explaining everything to me. She was very understanding even though I was completely unimpressed by the delivery of my last mower, I hopeful that this next one will be better.
Went there for some plants. The plants are often placed too close together causing damage to them. Ive been discounted before for a damaged plant I really wanted that was the only one left over, but they need ppl in the plant department that know how to take care of plants. Ive often come home with plants that were root bound and in the wrong kind of dirt and have had to separate and replant them for them to survive. So dont feel bad if you get a plant from here and it starts dying on you. Its probably not your fault. Just do your research on the plant you bought and fix it to where it will grow abundantly. I will say that the prices for the plants overall have gotten better. And people need to stop ripping the price and information paper off the side of the plant in an effort to come back to save them for themselves. Ive encountered that a few times when HD happens to get in a plant or two that arent very common.
It was good. We had to wait a bit for someone to get an item off the top shelf but they did have what we were looking for
Home Depot was another good visit, paint Dept got the paint mixed it in a few minutes.I love Home Depot there great π

The prices are pretty good but customer service needs some attention. I used to go into Home Depot and get a good answer even if it was not the one I wanted. Now you are lucky to get someone to answer your questions!
Nothing horribly wrong with this store. We found what we needed...eventually. Employees are few and far between, thats a negative. When needing help we shouldnt have to search for an employee then realize we are at the other end of the store before we find one. There was a tool vendor present when we were there. He watched us talk to the employee we found and after he left to get a ladder (our item was on the top shelf) he asked us if we needed anything...like he worked there. Okay to do I guess but weve been this route before and they end up getting an employee to help us in the end so its really just a waste of time. But he did something else that totally put us off. He walked down another aisle then came back to inform us that the guy helping us wasnt back yet (we had been waiting about 5 or so minutes) because he was talking to another customer a few aisles down. Gave us both the feeling he was trying to get him in trouble or something. We didnt like that at all. I believe he was a vendor for ryobi. Home Depot mgmt needs to have a talk with their vendors. Other than that and the absence of employees in each department, this is a good store. Would recommend.

This store is always well stocked and clean. The greater are always friendly. I love that this is my local Home Depot. Thereβs always someone there to help with my questions or concerns. All the of the employees wear there masks properly. The garden center is clean and well maintained. However they could use 2 cashiers at all time on the weekends, sometimes the lines can get long.
This and about every Home Depot is a 5 with me....not sure what they do to ensure the employees are so good and friendy but its working.

Blond cashier phoenix at the pro-desk sides, cash registers appeared to be burdened to hand me a paper receipt (I needed it, in order to be reimbursed) she made a gruff noise, snatched it from the printer and wrinkled it, so now my employer is going to think Im a slob, thanks for all of your hard work. Sorry to interrupt your flirtations with the dude that wears headbands to work.
Garden cashier was extremely helpful loading 12 large bags of garden and potting soil onto flat cart for me and then loading them into truck. Could not have done it without him. Very nice.

Its a Home Depot. The reason I gave it 3 stars is the parking. The only way to get on 60 east is to drive through the parking lot. Terrible design. Come on Brandon, add another light by Sonic. Its not like one more stoplight is going to make a difference on 60.
They need to block the parking lot access from Walmart at this home depot.The parking lot is always a train wreck because people leave walmart through home d err pots parking lot causing a traffic jam in home depots parking lot.I would rather go across the street to allowed than deal with it.

I purchased a mower, weed eater, some fuel cans for a new homeowner in the Valrico area, no service, staff goes the other way when they see a customer. I had some questions about some lawn equipment, people working in the mower department, disengaged head down. I dont think they know who pays there paycheck? Lowes directly across the street? I like Home Depot, this is not my location I shop at, I was in disbelief from the lack of customer service.
I had a very good experience picking up a special order. I was notified by email, went to the store location and the product was ready to be loaded into the truck in a matter of minutes.
Put in closet organizer and covered up scuttle hole to attic. What rocket scientist designed this mess. They dont return any calls to fix it either. If you ever need anything installed in your house, get a real contractor and not these clowns.

Looked different from over a year that I was not out of the house. I like the Self Check out Registers. Way better than the ones from Wal-Mart.
Very helpful finding everything I needed for my recent gardening project
It was difficult to find help to reach things with on the high shelves. One employee on a high ladder wouldnβt help. Other customers in the plumbing isle were more helpful. Finally an employee from electrical came to help me find a 1 1/4β flexible hose for my RV water tank. He called the employee down off her ladder to come help find it only to learn HD didnβt carry the size I was shopping for. Next time Iβll go to Loweβs.
Decent food, gas prices were good untill the started charging more for gas purchases using credit or debit.
Overall ok, their selection has gone downhill, and their prices up dramatically. The staff however is AMAZING and very helpful!

When it comes to making things right they will most definitely not. From forgotten orders, to broken vanities and tubs, to a 15% restocking fee on a supposed in-stock item. They cannot be more greedy, wait but they can. π

Due to the pandemic and lack of training, the employees avoid customer questions. When they notice you searching they actively avoid. Research online, isle number and availability is easier than trying to bother someone with a question to help you.
Customers are always first very helpful staff and clean store and have bunch of things in stock if its not on shelves

Your employees are lazy and rude. I went in to buy mulch yesterday and when i asked for help no one would help me. I cant remember the ladies name but she was so rude and asked me if I voted for biden and I said yes and then told me that she only helps trump supporters. On top of that i saw many employees helping other people but refused to help me Let me tell you I will never step foot in another home depot cause right across the street there is a lowes that actually helped me and helped me to my car without any complaints or asked for my political views. I dont understand why you hire rude people this is the second time that an employee has had an attitude with me and im very frustrated.

They really need to have a few registers with actual human beings to ring people out. Self checkout had a very long line and too many people who needed help to use self checkout.
Walked in and asked the gentleman standing by the door for patio seat cushions and he directed me to the exact place. π

Horrible customer service skills not enough cashiers The people on the floor the new people I should say because any of the old timers that are there are still excellent but the new people they dont want to help you at all. Management is awful.
Horrible customer service. We had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with Aida as a cashier and honestly her attitude left a lot to be desired. Very nasty and treated us like we were lucky to be there.Will be going to the Bloomingdale location from now on which is 30 minutes out of our way but worth it just for the service.

Went to rent a truck for $19 for $75 minutes customer service is excellent in the tool rental everyone very polite professional store was clean restrooms were clean all the employees as you were walking by and needed to know if you needed anything or know where anything was at thank you very much good customer service

The selection is very good, the service while is hard to find employees the ones that are there are really good.
Curbside pickup is a joke. Waiting 30 minutes for them to bring out the order is unacceptable! Eventually, had to go inside and get the order myself. There were several employees standing there and my order was right there.
Not enough textured spray paint in stock, 1 can was broken, 1 clogged, and the last 1 was the only 1 that worked, I hope they get more soon, we will need it π

Not the best home Depot location that Ive been to with Lowes being across the street Id prefer shopping there only for the customer service aspect as the people in the store do not seem happy or willing to assist.

Lumber is low quality for huge prices. They should weed out the bent and twisted lumber for what they are charging.

Customer service made a mistake and canceled my order after telling me they cant deliver in the rain. So I go to pick it up and they said they refunded my $300 but it never got back to my account. I never received an email telling me the order was canceled! They said it takes several days. Yet I returned another item in front of them showing them that it always post immediately to my account. They were baffled and told me Im on my own. So Im missing almost $300, cant get my job done by end of today and nobody offered any explanation besides, I have to wait! They saw other refunds post immediately in person, but cant tell me where my money went! Great job guys(he says sarcastically)Lost my daily business and my company daily business due to this issue!
Dear home depot Brandon FL management, please fix your chain cutter so customers can purchase the length of chain we want. I find it hilarious that you sell bolt cutters, rebar cutters and an assortment of grinders with cut off wheels, not to mention abrasive chop saws and yet your associates dont have access to these to give the customers what they want. Try and think outside the box until the machine is repaired would you? If anyone is interested, Lowes across the street can cut lengths of chain for you, thats where I ended up going.

My husband bought a riding mower. He wanted the bag attachment for all the leaves. Well odd course they show one in stock. But can they find it in the store? Nope. He asked about other HD stores around the area. So the salesman checked other stores and Lakeland showed 3. Hubby asked if they can ship it to Brandon store. HD said Oh we dont do that. But Ill get one shipped to you by 3/18.What company these days cant ship between stores. Or at least Lakeland should have been able to ship to our home by the next day.Well, he paid for everything on his HD credit card. Fast forward to 3/18 (which was 9 (NINE) days later and no bag.Calling HD... Oh that bag was canceled. By who? my hubby asks. Duh.. Dont know.I want to speak to a supervisor says hubby. And they play the waiting on hold game. After MANY min waiting, they get the Ef off... Thanks you to the great (Hahahaha) cust service phone rep. Amazon is shipping one by Sunday $100. Cheaper. It seems HD trains all of their employees the same way...stall.
The worst store ever I have listen to the phone ring after a recording for 10 minutes twice now not one person answers. I will never shop there again. They answer at Loweβs. Your store is a disgrace to retail. I would have spent 500 dollars on a portable ac unit not now. Good bye.
