Definitely the best place to shop and great prices but what i truly liked was the incredible staff who are friendly and down to earth and help you out with all your needs.

Today was my first time going into Rent King. The friendly staff and going above and beyond to find me exactly what I wanted will definitely keep me coming back and tell everyone about them. Kari was so helpful in locating the perfect sets I was looking for. I was there for over an hour as she called other locations and had them send pictures of different things to see if that is what I wanted . Kari also scrolled through the different manufacturers to see about delivery dates and even put together a fireplace tv stand to see if it was the one I was looking for. The whole store was very accommodating and bent over backwards to make sure I was satisfied. Thanks again for putting up with me and really making it a pleasurable experience.

My refrigerator went out so I ordered a new one from Rent King (Brandon). I was originally advised 4-6 pm for delivery but, they came early (awesome!!). These gentlemen by the name of Luis and Samuel, came into the house and had me advise them what was going on with the fridge. The next thing I knew, they pulled the fridge out and got behind it and I heard the motor turn on. They advised me to give it an hour and see if it continues to get cold and if not, they would come back with the new fridge. I dont normally write reviews or really give compliments but, today was an exception. They did not have to do this.... they didnt see me as commission or money they saw me as a customer and provided me with an excellent service. This is the type of customer experience that will guarantee a repeat customer. They now have a loyal customer.

I recently made a purchase from the Brandon Rent King and was helped by Kari. She was extremely helpful and went out of her way to find what I needed. I have used other lease to own companies and none have given me the level of service that was provided by Kari. If you need something stop by and see her. She will definitely help you out!

I been a customer at Rent king for over 3 years now, there always a pleasure to work with. They are flexible with payments and always have good customer service. If you dont want to use your credit or your credit is low, this is the place to go too.

I went into rent king to get a laptop for my girlfriend because she was starting college . She wanted a specific laptop and with the amazing help of Keri we were able to get the Apple MacBook Pro M1 . The payments were perfect for us. Keri answered all of our questions and concerns . Beware! Their system are not secure! Each time I make a payment a few hours later it’s being used at other places. I call get a new card, make a payment and same thing happens. Now I have to physically go in with cash instead of card because the have no security. I tell them not to store my card that it’s for one time use and it still gets stored! This has been extremely frustrating!

Horrible customer service one of the worse employee interactions I have ever had . Very unprofessional. Would never recommend this to anyone . My card started getting charged at places I have never shopped and this is the only place I ever used this particular card...

I got my furniture delivered today.I was very satisfied with Cameron and Wayne who came to deliver to set everything up, very friendly professional Knowledgeable on how to set everything up in a timely manner .I would Highly recommend rent king . From the minute I walked in the store everybody was so nice to me and showed me around to all the different furniture I wasn’t really ready to make a purchase the sales people were not pushy at all like most places .I got all my stuff delivered the next day all the furniture is great quality great prices and I’m very satisfied.

The guys at the Brandon store are GREAT. Especially the twins. They are always willing to help you out if you have any problems.

Very friendly and they have a little bit of everything. If they dont have what you are looking for, they will order it for you or can even get it from one of their other stores. For my first experience with Rent King the were trash. All nice and dandy signing up and taking my money for my furniture. Promised it in 2 weeks, got it maybe 6 to 7 weeks later. Never called me or followed up to tell me my furniture was delayed. If I didnt call, I would never get answers and when I did almost always got the run around. When I asked to speak to the Manager got the asst who was nice enough. Still never got a follow up or a call from anyone. If I didnt call Temple Terrace for help I would probably still be waiting with no info. Very unprofessional in my opinion. Would never recommend this Rent King branch.

I just wanna say I really appreciate Ms.Joanne she goes above and beyond to help the customers I called everywhere to find furniture she really took time to help me search and call different stores and keep me informed until we found the right one.. you need more people like this great customer service and prompt delivery earlier then what I expected.

I highly recommend Ada. She is great..when I needed a washing machine Asap she helped me pick the perfect one over the phone. I had it within an hour. Till this day its my favorite appliance in my home. Customer service is top notch.

Tl;dr: very professional, easy process, great customer service.I’m having surgery at the beginning of July and was in need of a power lift recliner but, I didn’t want to spend $400-600 for something I will only use for 1 month....I went in and was greeted by Pete who asked what my needs were. They did not have what I needed in store as it was sold a few days ago, however both Pete and Danny got on the phone, reached out to a plethora of other stores and within about 10 minutes had pictures of 6 different chairs to choose from. From walking in, to finding the right chair, to filling out the paperwork, they were both very professional and made the whole process easy and stress free. Cannot recommend the store or these gentleman enough.

Leaves giant door knocker advertising material on every door in an apartment community with a giant no soliciting sign at the entrance.On Labor Day weekend.I don’t appreciate this company advertising when I’m not home. After being broken into while inside my home, I have no tolerance for people who can’t bother to read or exercise basic common sense.Get it together.

I have several items through this place and I love it! The items weve purchased from here are great quality and durable. The staff is always upbeat and courteous. My husband and I have interacted with Kevin (bald taller gentleman) on multiple occasions and hes awesome he always ensures we get what we want for a great price! Today my husband and I had a bed delivered and set up by Brandon and Kevin (the one with hair) they were professional, comical and knew what they were doing! Id definitely recommend this place to anyone! So much better then Aarons or Buddies!

I was unsure at first simply because the rent to own place where I was from was shady. I walked in and was greeted by a sales person, he was full of helpful information. One thing i enjoyed was that he wasnt overly pushy, allowed me to take my time and had my interest and need in mind. Overall everything was great!

This place is absolutely amazing. I had never been in Rent King before and came in one Saturday with the need to furnish my entire house. The manager came over and helped me pick out everything I needed and kept it in my price range. I love that the first thing she asked me was what was I wanting to spend. My furniture was placed on hold THAT day and delivered to us on the date that we needed it. We got a great deal on everything we needed for our home and we love our furniture. I will definitely be coming back for all of my future household needs and be sending people their way. This place exceeds all customer service expectations and I am so glad we made the choice to buy here.

Kevin k at Rent King in Brandon FL was so kind and helpful!!!!!! Him and his partner delivered my beautiful cherrywoodreser. Kevin was very professional by asking to see where the dresser was being placed before he carried it up the stairs. He then repeatedly asked the older gentleman if he was ok and if he needed a break. Once they were finished I asked for the name of hisSupervisor or where I could give him a review and he stated that I didn’t have to call but just leave a review on GOOGLE. Kevin is the absolute BEST!!!!!

They do not care for their customers, falsely advertise and will treat you as a lower class individual for being in a situation that you would have to use a rent to own store. Employees that we dealt with at this location are lazy and do not care whatsoever for the business they represent that was very clear. Situations happen in life to everyone but you deserve respect and a business should not treat their customers any diferent because of it. If you absolutley have to do a rent to own at least go to a business that appreciates their customers and wont make you feel like a criminal.

I am at a complete loss of words! We were scheduled for a delivery on Monday between 2-4, 4 o’clock came and went, we called the store, the woman who took the call was extremely rude and disrespectful! It is unacceptable to schedule a delivery from 2 to 4 and be a complete no-show. That is beyond unprofessional. When we called to see where our merchandise was that had already been paid for the woman proceeded to tell us that the delivery drivers were on lunch break at 4:30 in the afternoon. When they did show up at 6 PM the two delivery guys Not only messed up my front door but my sofa has a tear in the reclining part and scuff marks all on the back of my sofa I got a large framed print and the side of the picture frame is damaged and gouged, the washing machine that I ordered didn’t work and had to be brought back. I do understand that life happens and the delivery drivers could be caught up at another place delivering furniture whatever they should’ve called and then professional about it instead I got a rude woman with an attitude problem on the phone being disrespectful and arguing with me the customer. If I Rent King values their customers satisfaction then they need to Not only stick to their delivery time frame, but also terminate the employment of anyone who chooses to be rude and disrespectful to customers, and when the merchandise gets delivered to the clients house and the delivery drivers and movers damage pieces of your merchandise they should either replace the entire thing for free of charge or knock money off of the total cost. I immediately took photos of all of the damage to my merchandise.My advice is to do your research and shop around before committing to a contract with Rent King... I really wish we had.

Totally disgusted by this place. Starting with the rude delivery guys.They told us this mattress was new. Upon cleaning our sheets I remove the mattress cover to see the most disgusting mastress! Im appalled that they do business like this. There are stains I dont even know or want to know what it is. I almost got sick thinking of what the stains were or whos house this was in before mine. It doesnt even look like they sterilized it or even attempted to clean it any more than putting a white cover sheet over it. Which upon receiving it I didnt notice was on it or I would have looked. The whole experience with this place has been a disaster.My warning to you DO NOT RENT HERE! Their stuff is nasty junk! Better off looking beside a dumpster, because thats what you will get with this place. Shady people and nasty used products! If I could post a picture of this filth I would.

They claim 15 minute approvals but took days to process application and called the day merchandise was suppost to arrive to say they needed more references. Called the store and asked to speak to manager was asked if I spoke spanish for some reason when I answer yes I also speak spanish was placed on hold and denied to speak to manager. Great way to serve your hispanic customers. Do yourself a favor and deal with a more reputable business you will be glad you did.

Liars! All liars!!! I will never rent from these people again! They took our tv and our ps4! They knew our situation and yet they came to our door and took them both! The ps4 was supposed to be paid off already and yet they made it so we couldnt keep it. They kept harassing us about our payments and then when we confronted the head man there, he said it wasnt supposed to be like that and he would fix the problem. But nope! They would call us 3-5x a day! A DAY!!! Bothered family members after a week or two of being late even if we paid cash every 2 weeks so we repeatedly told them not to contact them because they knew the situation and that we come paying in cash, I would not recommend getting anything from these people. Never again will I associate with these people again!
