It’s quite a step down from the BB&B of years gone by. It’s clean and spacious. But the verity’s of merchandise to choose from is down. I purchased a cook book and a shower curtain liner. Both at a good price. The cashier was fast friendly and professional. She even gave me a $20 coupon for my next visit. The coupon expires 10/03/2021. That’s today. I went to BB&B today.

I have not been out shopping for quite some time as Ive been shopping online. I was pleasantly surprised at how uncluttered the store looked. It was clean, neat & efficient. I love the prices & the coupons & the variety of items they stock. The employees were helpful & pleasant.

Lots of merchandise appears to be on sale. More room in the aisles. *An individual commented outside while walking in, that people were not wearing mask. So she stayed outside. NOTE: Everyone I saw were wearing masks to include all staff. So, it appears the store was in compliance if anyone was concerned.Overall, I was satisfied with the store and the merchandise. This is a nice updated store with lots of inventory to choose from. The store was very clean, which is always a pleasure, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They carry some nice products and will be returning to the store. Prices are a bit high however, but they do carry something for every price budget. Just remember, you get what you pay for.

Fewer associates than used to be available but still was able to locate assistance. Advised they are phasing out coupons & they will be sent via e-mail only in near future...nothing I can do about it. Just hate to be inundated w/so many as on e-mail that I have to delete from every business that requires my e-mail...dozens every week is just a nuisance.

Came in looking for an item that they apparently did not have in stock. The store manager, Donna, actually located the item while helping another customer and ran outside to get me! I really needed the merchandise and she went above and beyond for customer service. Great people, great store!

I was going to give it 4 stars but its become quite bare over the last few months. Staff is still the regular BB&B, knowledgeable and friendly, but it feels like theres an air of uncertainty, like its ready to go under at any time. I hope they get it together, soon.

I havent been to a Bed, Bath, and Beyond store in awhile, but I went today and was very disappointed. The selection at this location is limited and one side of the store had more of a Dollar General feel than what I remember Bed, Bath, and Beyond to be. I was hoping to find shower curtains and matching bath sets, but they didnt have any.

Super friendly staff here! Always happy to look something up to see if in stock and let me know how I can get it. We just moved, too, so we needed a ton of things and had an expensive bill. While the original salesperson didnt tell me about their yearly $29 membership that saves you 20% each time, I came in a few days later and another salesperson told me which saved me almost $70 for that day! They went a step further and were kind enough to honor my old receipt for the 20% as well! What a blessing! Highly recommend the yearly membership if you think youll spend more than a few hundred a year. Their selection is great and was so happy to find really great buys on well priced rugs, too! 😊

This was my first time to use the curbside pick up and and it was fantastic! I did not have to wait very long and the gentleman that brought my order out was extremely pleasant, timely, and friendly. I will gladly use this service again.

This place is close to Brandon Mall which is a plus and it’s a 5 min drive for me I love that they have a beauty section I found a certain product that I’ve been waiting to try and I found it half off hereCustomer Service could be a little better but all in all we’re humans with feelings and off days

Getting emails item in store when I get to store you dont have. Yes Im at right store. So gave up. Going else where. Been there 3 times in 3 days to get item, emailed me twice this week.

Bought a google fire alarm and when i had problems to setup, after talking to google and gave serial number, the unit was 3 years old, these are dated on start and end date, did not know, 2 years replacement warranty was already expired and took it back to the store, they need to check their inventory that these items are old and send them back to google. The store manager did not know this, bb&b purchasing group needs to pay attention on what they buy from google, specifically the google smoke alarm

Its always a nice atmosphere when I visit this place, however a few people were really intent on buying curtains that they invaded my personal space, however the store is clean and easy to navigate and find what you are looking for. I would give it five stars if they would do a better job of having more people at the register.

Did a store pickup and there was only one clerk to handle the register and the pickup line. Havent been there since the virus but this is not a good thing.

There were a couple of things they didnt have. The store looked a little empty but clean.

Store needs to restock. High prices. Couldnt really find nothing good.

The were open and super helpful. I did not want to shop online for this purchase as I wanted to select my specific items. I had 2 coupons and wanted to use them both but most places say one coupon per visit. However they let me use both coupons on my 2 items.

I thought moving down south items would be cheaper, hard to find assistance do we figured it out mostly for ourselves, decent selection of most house hold needs.

This location seemed quite a bit larger that most of their stores. It was the only Bed Bath & Beyond that I have visited which had a huge section of toiletries and cosmetics as well. They offer a huge selection of everything you can think of for decorating and supplying of your home. They also have various brands of each item to choose from.

They have everything here! Just saw Christopher Walken and Adam Sandler using the CLICK remote.. lol fun fact of BB&B it is two stories talk with a service elevator and stairway. Leads to management and security.

New design is great. I really enjoyed shopping there. They had a home decor section that was beautiful. I liked it because it right there you could coordinate living room, dining room & so on. Its not as overwhelming when you enter the store.

Ive been shopping at BBB for years. However, Im just not on board with this latest store redesign. The previous layout felt more upscale and the product offering/quality now seems more low-end than it did previously, especially for linens. Im not sure why they have converted so much of the store over to selling toiletries / personal goods. That seems to undermine their previous upscale bridal registry ambiance.

Love this store, but can be a little pricey. Customer Service is excellent and the store was clean and had plenty of merchandise on shelves.

Bed Bath & Beyond is one of my favorite stores to spend an afternoon in browsing through everything that I never knew that I needed. I always find useful and fun things to buy. I plan ahead and bring my coupon. Coupons make things much more affordable there. I like to be on their mailing list because I get an advertisement about once a week with a coupon in it.

Friendly staff. Good selection of products. Neat displays. Active number of customers. Prices reasonable and easy to see.

Didnt have much time there this time but was able to get exactly what I was looking for.

Love the store staff was extremely friendly had to do a return and exchange on a solar-powered umbrella. couldnt find my receipt manager help me find the receipt and also ordered delivery straight to my home so I didnt have come to come to back to the store. I was very impressed by the customer service.

My last visit there was fantastic I met a young man that work there who is very friendly and was very willing to help me find what I needed its clean and organized and I will be returning.

I was so impressed with the newly remodeled store at Brandon Towne Center. Unfortunately when I went to check out the line was very long and they only had two people at the registers. I left my items and went to Target. A beautiful store without customer service .

The Brandon location is a waste of time waited twenty minutes to return a item taking so long and finally at the end the employee says theyre experiencing problems with theyre registers so they were unable todo returns or purchases with long lines of people. Also, they post all around the store about doing social distancing and lots of people dont follow it they dont enforce it so why even say it. The employees and customers cutting through people in line when clearly theres another way out of the store. Closing the store early creates a big headache with people rushing in all at once before the store closes and long lines makes things very difficult. Dont recommend this location they should clean up theyre act not managing the store properly need todo a better job.
