Wonderful customer service! I picked out a piece of granite from the warehouse because I needed a smaller piece for my business but it was too small. I had to go back to pick out another piece & they had it cut & installed in 2 days! I know that doesnt happen all the time but this was very convenient for me as I was on a tight schedule due to remodeling. The gentlemen who installed the counter top were very professional, polite & arrived exactly on time.Thanks Juanita & the Advanced Custom team for your patience & great customer service! We will be using them again!Thank you!

There’s not even words to describe the gratitude I have towards this family owned business! I came in there about a month ago and pretty much had no idea what I wanted, but was greeted the second I walked into the door with samples galore and answers to every question I had! Once I picked the stone and color of my liking I told them I was on a time crunch and had family coming in from out of town In about a week for my wedding! I told them I would install it myself to try and make the process a little quicker. When they called me and told me my top was in I was already sooo backed up with work and had my rehearsal dinner the next day and was not going to be able to pick it up till after the wedding and honeymoon. They told me they would call me back to see what they could do and when they did they told me they would squeeze me in before there jobs at 7am Friday morning. The price for the install was pretty much a gift! It may have got them a tank of gas and a breakfast sandwich! My family came into town later that day and said how beautiful the quartz top was! Not only was this place far more affordable than every other place I went to but the staff was such an enjoyment to be around I highly recommended Advanced Custom Countertops for your needs or if you just need a sweet kind hearted family to talk to!! Thanks again!!

Advanced countertops was a pleasure to deal with, considering I had no idea what product would work best with an existing backsplash that was already pretty busy. Juanita and Gigi were very helpful and patient with me through this whole process seeing I changed my mind a few times. Gee Sr. & Gee Jr. did the installation, very professional and personal and caring. End result is that I couldnt be happier with my new kitchen andwould highly recommend this company to any of my Family and Friends.

Horrible to deal with! Put us in a serious time-frame jam and then would not assist. Did not return calls and quoted us a price for someone elses job. Extremely unprofessional.
