They beat competitor’s pricing, they fabricate as well as design and install so their turn around time is much better than most, and they have been extremely professional and knowledgeable.My vanity counter top was installed today TWO DAYS EARLIER than originally planned. Sales person was very patient, pleasant and helpful. She also recommended the type of kitchen sink to purchase for installation on the counter top. The man who came to our home was very deliberate in taking accurate measurements of the base cabinets that the counter top was to cover. Not an easy job because it is a rather old house and nothing is level!A few days later the counter top was delivered and was beautiful to look at and was installed very well! The installers really took their time and did such a good job. My husband and I are very happy with the whole experience!

Bought granite for kitchen counters. There was some large veining in it and was told they would cut it to put it in a corner so you couldnt see it. When it was installed the vein is in the very front and center of the counter. When I called to question this they said it would be weeks to send someone out and there was nothing they could do anyway. I was also told that if I tried to not pay the balance they would put a lein on my house. Im disgusted with their response and with the fact I was told one thing and when it didnt happen they are unwilling to fix it.

Measuring & installation very good. Color of granite seemed somewhat different than what I chose at the dealer. Perhaps the lighting but I am not so sure the slab I chose is the one I got. Definitely a bit disappointing in the bathroom but works ok in the kitchen. Very good prices compared to other granite dealers. Gina was great to work with.

Ok I just had new granite counter tops put in and to say that we were nervous is absolutely right especially when you are dealing with a company that is new to you and you have to put a large down payment before you see the quality of the work you can only pray than you have picked out the style and all of the up grades than you get the call they are coming to take out the old and put in your new granite top this is where it all comes together we ended up with the most gorgeous breathtaking top i have ever seen I cant say enough about the quality of the workmanship it beyond a doubt the the greatest job have ever seen the staff from start to finish was great Ii thank them so much for all of there effort Doug & CJ

We chose Planet Stone being a local business and didnt price check them initially. Maybe we should have knowing now that we would be premium priced for everything. That being said our kitchen project is stunning. Between the measurement and installation phases the Planet Stone guys are thurough and professional. However, we tried to get some numbers info related to make sense of the total cost and that was never forthcoming. That part of the experience was like buying jewelry... You have to trust that youre buying top quality for the stated price even though you have limited knowledge on what you got.

From start to finish the Planet Stone experience was Fabulous. Gina carefully showed us all of their inventory slab by slab listening to what we were trying to achieve in our beach bungalow. Found a beautiful piece of blue veined marble here. I only needed a bathroom vanity, but they cut it to maximize the veining I wanted and did a perfect job of measuring and installation. I would not hesitate to use them again.

My wife & I had Granite kitchen countertops installed in our condo by Planet Stone and are very pleased with the results. The sink countertop and pass through were complex. The pass through is 9 ft. long and 19 inches wide which is a heavy piece of granite. That pass through is elevated above the sink countertop by a backsplash. Since we used existing cabinets the cut-out for the sink required a lot of care in installation. We appreciated the patience and efforts of the girls behind the counter and especially the efforts of Sherry Palazzo in finding the right piece of granite plus staying within our budget. They met our schedule and were always on time with measurement, delivery and installation. We recommend that you give Planet Stone a chance to please you. We are sure they will.

I paid extra for the removal of my old countertop and the guys came in and were able to do it quickly and without much of a mess. They also connected me with a a cabinet person so I could extend the cabinets in my galley kitchen and put in a 14 countertop. My house is 100 years old so Planet Stone did a phenomenal job from start to finish and am thrilled with it. I have been recommending you to anyone I know who is redoing their countertops.

Great sales staff.Cons: There accounting department additional charges was a surprise. I call them to paid them in-full with the additional square foot and a warranty sealer. I got the amount in which I asked specific. Went down paid the amount what they said. The installers came to install and went real well expect a miss measure. They could cut on site but rather bring back to the shop for the robot to cut, I said sure what ever is best.During the time I paid in full to the time the installers left the site, no mention of additional payment. Now to re-schedule the missing granite pieces to be installed, additional pay is mentioned and due. Feels like a ransom to finish the project. I paid up. Just watch out with the accounting at that place.
