I had the worst customer service experience with their rep. Daniela on June 20, 2020. The following Monday, Johanna who scheduled the appointment told me in email that their COO Charline would contact me shortly. However, as of today, I still haven’t heard a word from this company.I don’t know what’s wrong with their rep. Daniela. She started giving horrible attitude since my arrival. My husband and I got there on time. Instead of receiving a warm welcome, we were immediately yelled to wear masks. There is no problem to wear masks. We returned to car to get masks without argument. But why couldnt she just nicely remind me on the phone? I returned phone calls regarding the appointment twice and she answered both times.The experience got even worse after walking into the showroom. No greeting. No seat. No smile. We were standing there over an hour while looking at her sour face until we left. She was extremely impatient to answer every single question. I showed her my drawing. Its a starting point of what I want. But she even didnt bother to look and try to understand my needs. Her attitude showed that she didn’t care my business at all. She had no interest to show any products in the showroom unless I asked. She rudely told me that she wont do any drawing. When it comes to any specific remodel question, she just asked me to consult with either plumber or general contractor...So, what’s the point to have the appointment? It was completely a waste of my time! It is also a shame for the company to have such lousy employee...

Great store. Love that they open at 7am. Many selections for grout colors.

My first time! I started a new job working with an Interior Designer. She had in her possession, items to be returned and asked me to do so. As I arrived a young man came out of the garage are and asked if I needed assistance. I said, I do! He quickly went to my hatch area and started taking the items inside for me.As we came inside a kind woman looked at the items, knew exactly which ones were theirs and assisted with taking them. She was very professional and courteous.Friendly group! I can see why Designs By Amy Lou does business with them.#designsbyamylou

Been in business for over 40 years with a great selection of tile and a wonderful and friendly staff. Forget Home Depot for your large projects. They help you load your product and will deliver if you need it. Great place for female shoppers.

My experience with Gulf Tile & Cabinetry was Surprising! It is rare indeed to come across a company that still reflects good customer service. They were pleasant to speak with, quick, efficient and their pricing was competitive. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

My wife and I met with Leah and Johanna at the Bradenton store and our experience was outstanding! We had our retirement home built on the Manatee River in Parrish we had the builder put carpet in the dining and den. Just before closing we met the ladies and picked out beautiful wood tile for the two rooms we were provided a list of installers that we could hire. We love the floor so much that we asked for suggestions for the kitchen backsplash. Two days after closing the guys arrived to install the floors and start the backsplash. WE LOVE the finished product. We could not have done it without the help of Leah and Johanna they completely understood the look we were after and their recommendations were spot on! The builder stopped by after the work was completed and he was completely impressed by the quality of the tiles and the instillation. We look forward with working with the team in the future when we get ready to install our outdoor kitchen!
