I applied to a supervisor positions here and was told I would need to use my personal truck on the job, but that I would need to remove any and all patriotic symbols to include the American flag so that I did not offend anyone.How could I live in America and be told that I cannot represent my own country as a veteran of the US military?!I obviously no longer wanted to work there after hearing this.....

Sales person gave me a sample board, seemed annoyed to answer questions, so carpet that they sent was not what I expected. Poor quality. Had to go back and obtain refund on my deposit. Very poor customer service and items are overpriced.

Manasota did the tile work for the builder that did our home. Their craftsmanship is sub par at best. What might be even more shocking is the level of craftsmanship they are willing to accept as within “tolerance”. We had a neighbor that has had huge problems with their floor as well with raised edges prominent around their entire home. Basically telling them they would replace a certain number of the worst ones only. They have openly told people there are two levels of their work custom and contractor. They would not accept this work on their custom work but it’s within “tolerance” on their contract work.Buyer be ware!

Dont ever shop with this company!! Worst experience ever. Salesman lied to my husband and I about tile. Installers were hours late said the job would be done in 2 days it took them 3 days working in our house until 10 pm. After it was installed it was completely wrong tile and manager would not give discount or make good on salesman mistake. Horrible customer service from beginning to end. Terrible company. Do not shop here. They are awful! Liars, poor sevice, poor installment. Everything about this company is just wrong!

Worked with Sandy at corporate. They used blueprints or so they claimed to measure. They didnt actually send anybody out to actually measure the space or the building. Then the day of install, they had a list of reasons why couldnt be done including the bathrooms needed to have the toilets removed by a plumber, they also never ordered enough material, the customer service is beyond unprofessional. I most certainly would never recommend this company to anybody looking to have a professional or good job done. They couldnt even order the material or measure the space! We have built two homes in the area. Both homes the flooring was installed by Manasota Flooring.First one it was Brazilian cherry wood. Paid a ton for it. It started puckering after a year. Called them out they said not their problem it was the builder except they are the one that laid it on the concrete that was not ready or whatever their problem was. Did I mention that the wood floor was the entire house. Home builder Rosedale Gulf and County Club.Second home we have a problem with the grout through the house. Told us it was mixed wrong. They will come out in fix it. After months of waiting for a call for the correct grout color and after they told the builder that the issue was closed. We finally had an appointment, took vacation time off work only for them not to show up at the appointment time. No call to say running late. Phoned the warranty dept they are running an hour and half late. Had to to get to work so rescheduled. Have to take more vacation time because the dont do Saturdays. How is that for good customer service!The home builder is Medallion.

First let me say I am not just another disgruntled customer. I have been extremely patient and received no help from Chris.Chris Quatlebaum (the owner) was in charge of my job through my contractor Russell LeGrande (La Maison Homes). The job was started early February. Part of the flooring was installed. Some laminate for my daughters bedroom and part of the hand-scraped acacia wood for the family room. There was still construction going on so it wasnt finished at the time. When it came time for the floor to be finished I still needed transition strips. I called repeatedly. Mr. Quatlebaum never took my phone calls and NEVER FINISHED installing transition strips. I had to order the transition strips through another company. I only received help with financing this $9,900 job through one of his employees Don Benson who was very nice. He told me I would not receive a bill until the job was finished. It is now September 10th and the job still has not been finished and my check for $4000 was cashed and I have received my first bill for an UNFINISHED JOB. This owner doesnt care about his customers as far as I can tell. I was left with probably $400 worth of extra flooring which I was told would not be re-funded. I would never deal with this company again.

I had two appointments for them to come out to give an estimate for laminate flooring in our business. No show twice!!!!
