I was bullied, literally, by the manager Josh. I apologize I have a wild baby with me. But ask politely if you’d like us not to walk all over the store touching things. I left no mess behind and he was really out of place how he approached me. I left feeling awful and bullied. He could have asked in a professional manner. Unreal!!

I waited for 30 minutes and no one even approached me and asked me to wait will be right with you, nothing. I had an appointment and I ended up waiting 30 minutes. Finally someone came up and spoke to me and put me in a queue. About 10 minutes later the lady finally helped me and she was very thorough and quick helping me. This store needs to improve on how they welcome people.

Way better going here than the one that is not a corporate store. Tbey are willing to help with invoice and billing problems. Thanks Nita.

Don’t know what they’re talking about, don’t even try to be helpful in the slightest bit when it comes to actual technology and setting products up. all but pushed us out the door saying that it’s best to transfer content in the “privacy of our own home” because they didn’t want to help with it.provided little to no help with actually explaining the differences between phones and pretty much just seemed like they didn’t actually give a damn about customer service

Had to make an appointment to get new phones. Well worth it to get individual attention and an associate (Jared) who was knowledgeable and took the time to upgrade and transfer data to the new phones. Felt like a valued customer.

Workers are nice and helpful but we had to wait two hours just to talk with one. Verizon needs to fix the wait period or make the website more user friendly.

If I could give a zero star I would. We had to go to the Bradenton store three times before they finally got a simple change correct -from Consumer Cellular to Verizon. All three time the male sales people were rude and arrogant. They told us a different story every time and when we returned even through we spent much time putting in all our information they never had a record of us being there. Very incompetent and frustrating. I compare it to going to buy a car when it is a constant Battle! We will never go back to that store front.

Went in to add a Apple Watch to my account, Quinton was very helpful and made that happen, I was in and out within 20 minutes. Very happy customer here.

We had an appointment. Checked in through the app but never got a message to enter. We entered anyway. After 10 minutes, the manager came around checking people in. We were bumped up in the line. Gerry helped us and was great. Said it wasnt his regular store but he didnt try to upsell. He was a no nonsense kind of guy and we appreciated that. He took care of us and we got what we needed. Another customer got very rowdy because he didnt have his ID and they wouldnt open his account but all of the staff handled it very well and we were escorted out safely afterwards. Thanks to Verizon for valuing us as customers.

At first it was a struggle to find what I needed but then Quinten and Asia helped us out and it was all good :) theyre kinda understaffed so the wait is a bit longer than usual but if youre patient theyre super nice.

On 3/23/2021 my apps kept closing when I tried to open. The Manager, sorry forgot his name, explained the problem was when Google updated something. He took my phone went into settings and in about 10 minutes later I was on my way with everything working properly. I found out later Google posted a fix I could have done myself. The Manager could have said theres a fix online but he took the time and gave me great customer service. Im glad Ive been a customer for 20 years.Verizon treated me well again.

Went in on Sunday 3/7/21 to do an early upgrade and after having an issue with getting it done for both phones, the agent (i believe it was Mario) tried what he could to help and was able to get at least my phone upgraded. Wish both phones could have been upgraded since we had to pay off the remaining balance before hand.3/8/21 I went back to Verizon after work to purchase a screen protector and case for my new phone Samsung Note20 5g and they were CLOSED. it wasnt even 7p and their hours say 10a-8p. I was a bit disappointed

I love Verizon but dont remember shopping with them, was I drunk? No because I rarely drink anymore, but great cellphone service and company!

Seem friendly just too busy and not enough staff to support. Friend told me he was passed up twice before being seen to upgrade phone. I gave them a chance I saw it was busy and was told it would be a 45 minute wait and a notification would come through if I was up. I left took care of a errand. Came back and still busy as the line was down. Total time went up to 1 hour 15 minutes. You need to be there early to get help I suppose.This happened in the evening hours of 6 pm to 7:15 pm.

John in the business department has been such a huge help. From getting me and my employees set up with new phones to being always in touch and helping with any questions I have! Definitely recommend him for any business wireless needs.

Quentin in the Bradenton store was absolutely amazing he did everything I asked him he was polite well spoken extremely helpful and I I would always want to have him when I go in in fact that’s Who I’ll ask for if I ever have to come back in for anything. Most of the representatives are great, the store is inviting and the staff is very welcoming and and they even remember your name. Most of the represtitives are helpful. However, I can not say the same about Jesus he handled my switch and promo. He completely messed up the promotion I was suppose to be on, it took hours on the phone with verizon on 4 seperate occasions to finally fix what he had done. He is also very rude and takes little time to understand the current promotions let alone to listen to the customer. I walked in knowing more about the promotion than he did. I prefer direct help but had I known he was going to mess it up I would have done it all online myself. I would have given 5 stars otherwise. Also masks are required but a few of the employees dont wear them (it had been closed one day on a Monday for covid related issue) And it does get busy but it goes quicker than expected. I have been told 45minutes-1hr wait and got attended 15-20 minutes later.

John Franchek and Quintin**I walked in to switch my consumer account to business. Added a line, got BOGO iPhones, AirPods, and Samsung Pods. John and Quintin got me the best promotions and were extremely pleasant to work with. Very knowledgable about every part of the process. These two guys were helping me while simultaneously and politely greeting every other customer that walked in the door. Multitasking professionals, one of them was with me at all times, and when it came time to help another customer one of them would assist the other customer or find another Verizon teammate to assist. Quintin alone seemed like he handles half of the stores volume by himself. Couldnt be happier with my experience and to work with other professionals that respect my time and needs.

Love the service I received. I was in and out in no time, and Asia was so kind and informative. I told her my budget, and she gave me options in my price range. Overall great experience I could not be more pleased.

I had a major disruption to my digital life because I lost my phone in the river. I had to shop around for a bargain phone but I couldnt get it to work so I went to Verizon store and they were gracious in extremely helpful. When I left my phone was back in order thank you.

The customer service was non existent. I had an appointment scheduled and no one seemed to care. They made me and 2 other people wait outside in the heat without updates. One man waited 45 minutes and left. I didnt not wait that long. If you are understaffed, communicate with your customers dont take it out on them.

I had to new phone and needed a better application for personal and business use. Watson started work one evening and the next day took his time to get the exact product and services I needed. Instead of quick sell and not worry about what plan I was paying for Watson actually took the time to try different variables and discount options so that not only did I end up with a brand new iPhone, I also ended up with the application I needed for my business without my monthly expense going up while increasing the services I’m receiving. Watson literally two and half hours and got on phone with business rep and figured out the perfect fit. Thanks Watson he certainly understand what customer service means!

We went in about an issue with our bill. Wes took great care of us immediately. When the manager Tim came over we explained that we were needing some additional assistance with one of our phones under a warranty situation. We mentioned that we have been loyal customers for over 20 years and would appreciate the help. He then thought it would be funny to say that he was a 20 year customer of Publix and they never gave him a free bag of groceries, he gets gas at Shell and they wont give him any free gas. He realized we werent amused and tried to say he was joking but as everyone knows there is truth in sarcasm. We were very offended, we werent asking for anything for free, just for them to warranty their product. Not a pleasant experience to say the least. He made us feel like our loyalty and long term relationship with Verizon doesnt mean anything!!!

Horrible customer service. I’m New to Bradenton and I came to check on a order and the employees made it seem like I was a bother because it was the release date of the iPhone 13. First and last time at this store.

The staff was friendly, but I was looking for cell phone accessories that they do not carry.

I scheduled an in store appointment for today to upgrade my cell phone. Their only option was from 5-5:30. I was going to pay full price, up front for a $1400 cell. I arrived on time to a sign on the front door stating they closed at 5. Someone came to the door, stating they dont have enough employees to stay open, while 4 employees were standing right there. While I was on the phone trying to find another location, that same employee stood outside for 30 minutes helping another customer that arrived after me. I will never visit this location again and 100% drive out of my way to any other location.

In the past Ive usually had very good service in the Verizon stores. I went into the Verizon store at us 41 and Cortez road in Bradenton Florida. I met With Verizon employee Jesus. He was rude and condescending And very difficult to deal with. I would not recommend going to the store.

Went to Verizon to pick up the new Beats Pro and a new phone. Stephanie was the one that helped me and might I say that it was the best customer service I’ve experienced. She is very knowledgeable at what she does, doesn’t try to rush through things and is very good at explaining every little detail that you want to know. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for in a phone. I ended up leaving the store very happy. So for anybody looking for a satisfying and great experience with Verizon visit this store and ask for Stephanie you won’t regret it.

Quintin Helped me on the day I lost my phone at the beach. First he used the app to FIND my phone...still at the beach. But as we talked he told me he could upgrade me to an I Phone SE 2020 and I knew it was time, however the price well this time the price was right. Quintin is a fine professional, positve and polite and respectful. I appreciated his service so much.

I was with a different cell company for many years and experienced dropped calls and terrible cell service everywhere. I walked into this Verizon store just to see what they had to offer and I am pleased to say that with the help of the amazing and knowledgeable staff, I now switched to Verizon. The staff here really knows the ins and outs of the different plans available and what works best for me and my family for a better rate than what I was paying before. I am very happy with my decision to visit this store!

I spent many hours over the past month on the phone and messaging with Verizon trying to resolve an issue that was preventing me from ordering a new phone on one of our lines. It was very frustrating and nobody seemed to be able to help. As a last ditch effort I went into this Verizon store to try to solve the problem. About an hour later I walked out with a new phone. These guys fixed what so many Verizon reps before them could not. Thanks to - I think his name was Dave? - it’s finally resolved. I should have just went here in the first place!

I did some research and decided to buy a Google Pixel 3A XL smart phone. The phone might be smart but I am 80 years old and a bit slow these days. The Verizon store on 14th St. was very busy and I had to speak with several polite salespeople before finding one to devote full attention to my needs. It was worth the wait and Asia was the perfect sales person to explain technical details and walk me through all the options that come with cell phone purchase. She found discounts and came up with a plan that saved me money and and made family members happy as well. Thank you so much Asia.

I went into Verizon on Cortez rd in Bradenton florida. Colin was so helpful and very knowledgeable. This was the first time Ive ever been to Verizon and they didnt basically force me into buying something. Dont get me wrong he offered different things but he didnt make me feel uncomfortable into purchaseing things. He actually helped us save a bunch of money. Thank you so much 💞

Waited 30 mins to get grandfather a phone(which is understandable due to covid). They wouldnt allow me and my grandfather in at the same time, so I went in to choose from the flip phone since thats what he is comfortable with using. I let the 3 option sit for my grandpa to choose from and left the store so he could check them out himself. Apparently, they werent able to transfer any of the contacts or anything to the phone which is strange. So it led to us not getting a phone. This wasted our time and is odd, weve been with Verizon for a long time. We may have to come back another day when they get your stuff together so they can transfer contact like any normal functioning phone store can do.

The single worst verizon store have ever been in. Appointments mean nothing here. Waited 20 min and asked about our apt. Guy says they are busy and if i cant deal with that....shrugs shoulders. 40 min go by we left. Horrible.

I had to get a new phone because my phone had been stolen. The staff were very helpful in regards to choosing a new phone, turning off the stolen phone, and making the whole process less stressful. Because it was a Saturday I went in, there was a long wait as it seemed everyone decided to go into Verizon on this day. But I left a happy customer with a new phone.

GREAT, Ill just take a seat and wait for my name to be called. I said. I told the stores representative what issues I was having with my S-7 and he was very knowledgeable in navigating me around my particular phone. This had to be the worse managed store I have been to. Stopped in to get a car charger. All associates were busy with customers that required a decent amount of time. Although I understand that. That left nobody to check people in since they go in order. Or having that one person to check out people there for a quick purchase. After 45 min. I put the charger back and left.
