Got the nail out of my tire and plugged up quickly. Friendly and professional staff.They also offer a vehicle inspection for only $10. Great for Florida drivers as we dont have mandatory state inspection.

I needed some new tires for my Jeep. One had a complete blow out and found the other had Nails in it so I had to jack it up in my driveway and take the rims down here to get replacement tires. A gentleman at the counter found some tires that would fit my Jeep and told me it would be a couple of hours. I called back 4 hours later and he said they were almost getting to them and he would speed them up. After 5 hours I drove back to the shop sure that they would be finished. I was informed the guy that was doing them went to lunch and I was out of luck. I have one day off this week and now Ive spent it or wasted it all on this. I understand if you are busy and if they would have told me this to start with I would have gone elsewhere. Dont make the same mistake as I did and waste your day off with these idiots.

My family was stranded with a flat tire and they told my husband that they would take care of it today. I arrived ahead of my husband with my kids and they clerk told me that he never told my husband that he could take care of it today. I told him that we are from out of town and we are stranded. He basically said it was not his problem. My son was crying and just wanted to go home. How could anyone be so heartless. I dont usually write reviews, but I could not be quiet about this. They are dishonest and heartless, do not go to this establishment!

Manager is extremely rude. Didnt remember anything about our appointment and was outright contentious about everything. We indicated we would be going elsewhere to thumbs-up from other customers.

I would give them a zero if I could. My family was stranded with a flat tire so I called Tires Plus and they told me if I brought the car in before 6pm it could be serviced. My wife and kids had to take Lyft ahead of me and when they arrived the clerk said he never told me that my car could be serviced today. Even with the knowledge that my family was stranded from out of town he did not even blink and eye to help.Awful service and dishonest.

Ive been using this location of Tires Plus for over 2 years. They have always done a great job and the staff is always helpful and nice.The reason for my 3 star rating is because for some reason they no longer offer WiFi for customers like me who chose to wait on their vehicle. This was a terrible decision by ownership and will unfortunately force me to take my business elsewhere.

I dealt with David the “Store Manager” here who turned a very easy tire repair into a condescending confrontation. Customer service skills this poor don’t come naturally. Not only will I never be giving this company my business again but I recommend that no one else waste their time or money here either.

I visited this store to get a slow leaking tire fixed. I was told they couldn’t fix it and they could order me a tire but they couldn’t get it to match the other tires on my truck. I take the truck to the dealership to get a matching tire and imagine my surprise when they fixed the tire no problem. Fix is holding good after 3 months.If a tire store can’t fix a tire but the dealership can it’s not a tire place I’ll ever be visiting again

Wish I would have read the reviews first. Went to the Manatee ave. location with an online appointment setup, and was told they hate the online process and I should have just called. After I told Dave what I needed done he refused my business and asked me to leave. I only needed two tires replaced and an oil change. I will never step foot in Tires Plus again. This store is in need of new management.

I went to the Manatee Avenue location to have a service done. Upon arriving, the salesman working the desk and I had a conversation about me wanting to get a few items checked on my vehicle before they did the service work. He mentioned that it would cost $9.99 plus tax for the vehicle inspection. I told him to do the inspection. But call me after the inspection, but before you begin working on the car. My reasoning, which wasnt his concern was I wanted to see what else could be fixed so I could decide if I wanted to trade the car in or get the items fixed. About 3 or so hours later, he calls me and gives me the information about what was wrong with the vehicle. However, they also had decided to begin working on the service without me signing any paperwork and most importantly without letting me know what was what. I had them to take the new stuff off. I came and got my car, paid for the vehicle inspection and now will NEVER set foot in any other Tires Plus. Its the principal of the matter, you should always let someone know what the costs are and have them sign off on any repair services before work begins. He even tried to lower the cost of the repair from $870 down to $700! Please, I took my car somewhere else. And I DO NOT want to e-mail anyone about my experience, it sucked, thats it!

They were able to get tires on my car the same day that I arrived without an appointment. Very customer service oriented. I recommend this establishment for your car care needs.

Slow leak repaired but they (Chris) would not road force balance my tire as I requested. They said they did not have time, even tho I had scheduled an appointment. They wanted to schedule another appointment next week just to do balancing.

Spoke to Dave H. this morning about our complaint. He listened carefully and not defensively. He apologized for the delay in service last Friday. TP got backed up and the dominoes kept falling. By 9:30 several complications a delay in our service. That problem was addressed professionally and directly. Our confidence in Tires Plus has been restored largely due to Dave Hs clear headed management style. When we return in December TP is the only place we will go for new front and rear brakes.

I love this place David is so helpful and very patient with all that come in and also on the phone. Very curious, and always in a great mood. I will bring all my car problems here always.

Beware, lairs, charged me for work they did not do, lied about it, was yelling at me, when I call them out. Did not want see my prof, Just a bad ran store, not honest, did not even ask to make it right, A big waste of time, very bad experience and stress, I will take them to court

Service was completed as requested. However, a couple hours to patch a tire turned into a 5 hour wait. I understand that there were customers before me, but after the 3 hour mark, I had to be the one to request an update. Customer service lacked.

Mgr. David Hough & tech, Caleb were gracious & professional in determining the reason for my tire indicator coming on: spare tire sensor in my 2012 Highlander. Despite the effort to access that tire & assess the problem, they were more than gracious with no charge fee to me. They earned my awe & gratitude.

Customers BEWARE - I had my last oil change done here in March, 2019. I just went to another shop to get my regular oil change done and they said they could not do it because there was only 2 quarts of oil in the car and the dip stick was dry. Now my car does not burn oil nor does it leak oil so it comes down to this: the service tech failed to properly fill the oil in my car. Good thing the engine didnt seize or this would be more than a poor review for this store.

Went for a oil change special! Got right in, guys were GREAT! Really nice young guys not trying to rip you off! Its really unusual to find the excellent quality of people working in this type of business! Ive never left a recommendation for any business before. These guys were impressive! The owner should be very proud!

Buyer beware. I went there for a tire patch, and after they pull the vehicle in, theyre under the hood. When I notice the hood up, I tell the manager I only want the tire leak fixed, nothing else, and please close the hood up. (Btw, I have out of state plates on the vehicle). They drag their feet closing the hood, then work on the tire, and come back to me and say not only can they not patch the tire, but all 4 Michelin tires are bad (saying theyre all cracked) and they try to sell me 4 new tires. I dont get half a mile down the road when the check engine comes on (its never come on before - its a Honda Pilot with less than 30,000 miles) and one of the engine cylinders is not firing. Not wanting to bring it back to Tires Plus, I take it to the Honda dealer where they diagnose a broken spark plug, which is an extremely rare occurrence. Got it fixed without problem at the Honda dealer.

Went in for a simple tire repair, they wanted to sell me a whole set of new tires. I have heard of companies that prey on naive customers that do not know better and probably would end up leaving with new tires they didn’t need. I knew better.....because I have probably changed more tires than any of the young service techs working there.... customer beware, my advice is go elsewhere

Excellent customer service. I had asked questions about my vehicle possibly needing new belts, hoses etc. They checked over everything and informed me that everything looked good and there was no need to spend money unnecessarily. Honest and friendly. Thumbs up!

Had an appointment for4 new tires I was told 2 hours it would be completed Took 3 hours, will not return here!!! Did an inspection for an additional $8.00 which added even more slow time and tried to push products and additional services.That’s an afternoon of my life I’ll never get back!!!Too slow!!! Had plenty of time to watch the techs, no one was moving very quickly at all!

Only bad thing that had me scratching my head was being told my battery had a low reading. Battery not even a year old. They said they could replace the battery. I declined and had it checked later charge was fine. Alternator was charging it didnt show that it was draining. Maybe they got a false reading. I would have felt better if they had checked the alternator bf offering to sell me a battery.

I called on Tuesday, told them my car has a pinhole leak in a tire. I was told just bring it in Sunday, dont worry about an appointment. I call up this morning and am told we cant see you were too booked. Wow!I called up and asked to speak to the manager. Nick says she (Anna) is not in, was rude again to me. Ill never go to a tires plus again.

Horrendous. I went there twice trying to get a simple tire rotation and patch. The second time I had an appointment and I dropped the car and went to lunch. An hour+ later I come back and the car is still sitting where I parked it. The dude at the counter (David) acted like I was crazy when I said to just give me the keys. When I asked why I had come in at 12:45 if the car wasnt going to be worked in until well after 2pm and he said thats how it works. A couple standing next to me said they had dropped their car off 5 hours ago for an oil change and it still wasnt ready. Good Lord people - thats not how it works

Shoppers buyers beware customer service at this location Manatee Avenue in Bradenton fl.... very bad customer service try to get an oil change and they said they’ll call me right back on the parts with a price it’s been two hours gone somewhere else and who knows I probably paid a more reasonable price with their attitude who knows good luck!!’

I dropped my car off for a simple tire change at 7am I was they’re first customer it’s now 430pm still waiting for my car. So if you can go a day or longer without a car I would recommend them

I brought my car into the shop with very minor problems. My car had been shaking for a while pretty abnormally and stalled just one time. they said they could not find anything and suggested a tune up which costed 800 almost. I left the shop with even more problems!!! It was still shaking when I left but I cant just bring it right back for another day or two cause thats really inconvenient. On my way home from the shop along with the shaking, my air conditioning got warm which never happened before. Then at night I went so smoke in my car and the check engine light was on when I turned my car on which never happened before, then the following day I drove up the street not even 5 minutes away and my car over heated for 2 minutes and felt like I was about to break down it felt bad so at this point I drove it back to give them a second chance to fix what they broke. They charged an extra 500 dollars and said the water pump wasnt even broke the first time but somehow it was the second time when I bring it in. I felt very scammed because if it wasnt broke the first time and I barely drove my car at all in the two days I had it back, and leaving with the same problems, how did it suddenly just break? The timing is just to perfect for it not to be their fault. WHEN YOU GO TO A CAR SHOP AND SPEND 800 YOU EXPECT YOUR CAR TO BE WORKING, NOT RUNNING WORSE AND HAVE TO BE CHARGED AN EXTRA 500 TO FIX IT RIGHT. The manager said they would refund the 500 last night, then turned around this morning and changed his mind and wouldnt refund the money back. I felt that was fair to pay the 800 for the first time, but again having to be back two days after I picked my car up with more problems since the moment I picked it up it wasnt fair to pay the extra 500 dollars to be fixed proper. So do not recommend this place.

My wife and I have been going here for at least a year or more and weve had little concerns here and there aside from just the car getting fixed. We addressed them about the issues when they happened and I think it was handled fairly. Weve almost always been able to drop our car off to get fixed and almost always get it back by the next day. Also for those who want to build there credit and keep there car running should check into the Tires Plus credit card could be a win win to get through tough times.

I came in just to put my front tier on the back a my new one on the front, I ask one of the tech guys if he cloud help me, some how my wrench wasnt working on the lug nuts, the guy was going to help me, but the manager came outside an I ask him if he cloud change the tires he said it was going to take a couple of hours(I was driving back to Atlanta, I was in vacation with my family) then I ask him if he cloud help me unscrew the lug nuts and he said he didnt have any tools!!! tire plus didnt have any tools to change tires😂🤣😂. It was evident that the manager didnt want to do any businesses with me. Horrible customer service dont recomend👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽.

I have a hard time trusting these guys with anything. In the past they really messed up on my car several times. This includes misdiagnosing issues and not fixing things properly. It has been brought to my attention that the staff who caused these issues are no longer there. However, recently I went in with a tire leak and they would not put on my spare tire for me. I wont go to a mechanic shop that cant do a simple request like that. All they wanted was for me to buy a replacement tire so they could make money from me.

I thought my power steering had bit the dust, but they rethreaded a bolt and boom! I can steer again! I was happy to replace the whole thing, but the guys said its not necessary, saving me some money honey. I first stopped here for an emergency tire replacement, went back for an oil change, and now my power steering. I set up an appointment, dropped my car off and a little over an hour later, Im good to go. Thank you to Dylan, Travis and Gee who provided unparalleled customer service.

While on my vacation from MI, I had to replace a tire. When I called this place and explained the situation, they werent real open to fitting me in like most other places. In Sunday o arrived when the doors open they said they will fit it in. Well I have been sitting for an hour watching the guy doing whos knows what so I go ask what the delay is. They tell me someone went to get the tire. No one came to me to provide this information as I sit on the curb in front the doors. I was told the tire was in stock. For this I only gave them three stars for the two stikes.

Great customer service but terrible “car care.” I brought a vehicle in for an alignment but it still pulled to one side after it was serviced. Come to find out that the front tire was down to 22psi. Why wasn’t the tire pressure checked before the alignment? I brought it back and had it realigned...the technicians filled the tire to 55psi and realigned it. The tires are only supposed to be at 29psi per manufacturer recommendation. If this place can’t fill tires to the proper pressure or perform alignments correctly can you expect them to do anything else right? Luckily the service manager on duty refunded the money from the alignment. I will not go back.

These guys were real gentlemen! What fantastic service in our moment of need! My birthday holiday had started off bad enough but on the day of my birthday traveling to our third holiday villa in 24hrs got a massive screw lodged in one of the front tyres, called out the rental roadside assistance who instead of swapping it for the spare plugged it (badly) and five minutes after he left we had a flat again! tried putting more air in only to find that made it worse. So looked up our nearest tyre place and then drove along to find them hoping they would be able to fix it when they were only open for another 20min! They swapped the tyre then and there for the spare. With a two YrOld and the grandparents we were very grateful sorry for making you late you were brilliant. Thanks again you made my birthday!
