I like Dr Akella.. but his office staff is another story. I was assured my records would be forwarded to another doctor...it took three phone calls to get them transferred. Needed records transferred before l could make an appointment eith other doctor. People dont do their jobs anymore.

Did not have a good experience with the office or Doctor for that matter. Day one the office put a heart monitor on me, never once did they disclose that there may be an out of pocket expense for the monitor, nor did they take the time to check with my insurance to see if it was covered, and two months later, was sent a bill for $200, and we have wonderful health insurance. Was not impressed by Dr Akella. He put me through an extremely long procedure for a condition he wasn’t even sure I had after only my second visit. He didn’t even have the decency to talk with myself or my husband before or after the procedure to give us the results, instead, we were told to call his office on Monday for the results. I’m not one for giving reviews but I felt this practice rushed through every appointment, and was only interested in quantity of patients over quality. Thank goodness I have found an amazing new cardiologist!

My husband and I both go to Dr. Akella. We have received excellent care. If you want a doctor who will explain your care he is the one. He and his staff are lovely people who care about your health. I don’t think I could have a more caring Cardiologist.

For two years I have been suffering with shortness of breath..Extreme fatigue and not being able to accomplish even small daily tasks. I have seen 3!! Cardiologist over the past two years and not one of them could figure out what the issues were causing my symptoms. Prior to this..I worked 40-55 hours a week..on top of that trained horse and was active non-stop. I was starting to get depressed..giving up all hope..beginning to wonder if I was simply going crazy..Then I found Dr. Akella..my 4th cardiologist in 2 years. My first visit..he was Compassionate..listened to my story..and gave me Hope again. Two tests were scheduled right away and follow up scheduled just a couple days after. My Second appointment..Dr Akella knew Exactly what the issue is AND a plan to fix it!! I was so overjoyed that I actually got all teary eyed during the appointment. Every single person at this clinic gas been Empathetic..kind..and super efficient. How 3 other cardiologists completely dropped the ball is beyond belief. I am so Blessed to have found Dr. Akella and so hopeful that his treatment will get me back to my old spunky self!!

The world worse doctor. Skip this one and you be better off.

Dr Akella is a wonderful doctor and a very kind man with a sense of humor that helps puts me at ease during appointments. I am thankful that he improved my quality of life with a Medtronics Linq implant and a successful cardiac ablation. I believe he really cares about his patients and he is a highly skilled surgeon. I do not believe the bad review below. Dr Akella is a cardiac surgeon and was probably responding to an emergency. Emergencies come before regular patient appointments. I would think that most people would understand this concept rather than to feel entitled to be seen immediately. Good things come to those who wait patiently. Dr Akella is worth waiting for!!!!

I believe Dr Jagan Akella and his staff to be of the highest quality of taking care of their patients. Dr Akella is a TOP NOTCH Cardiologist and Electrophysiologist. From the first day I walked in I was immediately taken care of, this place is the best. I find Dr Akella to be very competent, friendly, caring and easy to talk to. The offices are comfortable, beautiful......estate of art. Thanks for fixing my AFIB!

Do akella is the best doctor I have ever seen, he has been my doctor since 2010, his staff is amazing, he has basically saved my life more then once. Will never go to another heart doctor if I dont have to,

Worst dr. I asked to see him for the first time they told me that Im going yo see hi and when I was there he didnt even go into my room to check up on me and I heard the nurse asked him if he can come check on me and he said that he didnt have time to see me. Im never going to return back again. I DO NOT recommend this doctors office
