The manager at this location on Hwy 64 Matt Monglos is excellent ( beyond 5 stars) He has an easy going manner with a No-pressure approach. I didnt feel rushed. He is Trustworthy and listened to me.Working with him was Quick and painless — He made the process easy.Quick and clear communication No games. All the work was complete. It was professionally done, on time as promised. By the way, at a reasonable price.

Tire Choice did an oil changer on my 2011 Honda Insight. They were awesome, doing the oil change including a courtesy inspection & pointing out several things that were due to be done, rotating the tires & also checking my fluid levels. High quality & a great price & value. I would highly recommend them.

Honest and wicked Fair. I purchased tires from them in the summer of 2019 or 2020 and every flat or issue with my tires they fix them for free. If u get an alignment with them they will balance and rotate for free, Forever!! It tends to be better to drop it off for the day, Let them do their thing and return before close. At least that works the best for me. Just an FYI.

Poor time management, lack of attention to detail and unreasonably slow mechanics. I would highly recommend treating your appointment the same as you would TSA; arrive 2 hours early and expect delays.48 hours later: the incompetence showed itself greatly as the under carage was installed wrong, sagged and dragged across I75. It is beyond saving and I will be pursuing compensation.72 hours later: rude management and complete denial of wrong doing. It took me calling the corporate number it get the ball rolling on some kind of resolution to their negligence.Take this story as a warning ⚠️

Awful experience!!!! We trusted them with my daughters car. Upon pick up my daughter saw that the things in her glove box had been put on the passenger seat. Then she realized her wallet and JBL speaker had been taken. We hadn’t paid or left yet so brought this to the staff and manager’s attention and they were very condescending and denied having anything to do with it. They just said someone in the parking lot probably got into the car… they had the key and should have kept the car locked!!!!!!! We asked to see video of the parking area and they said they don’t have cameras!!! Seems very fishy to me and we will NEVER be giving them our business again!!!! And I’ve been making it a point to share this information with ALL of my friends and family!!!!!!

I love these guys. Ive gone here twice already and they were always honest and did not try to rip me off by saying I needed things I didnt really. They were always helpful and communicative and gave me a referral when they couldnt do a specific job themselves. They understood being tight on money and still treated me with respect.

Tire blew on I75 at quarter till 5 on a Sunday afternoon. After calling eight other tire shops Tire Choice was the only one who had the tire we needed and they were willing to stay until we got there to help us these guys went above and beyond anything we could have even asked for and they saved us when we really needed them. And it doesnt seem like a big deal but when you have a blowout on a trailer on 75 on a Sunday evening when youre supposed to be somewhere for the next morning its nice to know you have somebody you can count on. Hoping I never have to see them again but Im glad they helped us.

They were extremely busy and it took very long to get my tires put on, but the manager was honest and took care of my entire installation fee! That was great! Most would not do that

They were very busy today (Saturday). Another two shops couldnt see me today. Ive had good luck with this Tire Choice location, so I drove on down. I had to wait 2 1/2 hours to have my leaking tire patched. They also replaced the failed tire pressure sensor and made sure that the onboard computer and the new sensor were in sync. They spent a lot of time tweaking the sensor and I was concerned that I might be hit with a fat labor charge, but actually, they didnt up the bill. I appreciate that. Theyve always been fair. I actually stopped having my tires serviced at Sams Club for free because of the poor service there. This is the third or fourth time Ive been to this Tire Choice location to have a new set of tires mounted, or to fix a leak.

Needed a new tire and a bulb for my headlight. Its an uncommon size tire and this was the 4th place I went to. They had it in stock and I was in and out very quickly.

I was told by one of the Mechanics that my tire seemed extremely low and has a leak and that it may need to have a patch, So with his recommendation I took my vehicle back there the next day or so to get a tire patch. I called before going asking about the pricing, i was told it would be 45$ ( just for a patch)and i was told to come in at 1pm. Well they closed at 4pm on Sundays and they still had not repair my tire and it was 3:30pm at this point, and the guy still had other vehicles before mine. I asked what was the point of you guys over booking appointments, if you knew you had only one mechanic for that day. Made absolutely no sense and not considering a customer time. In addition to, lying about the pricing of a tire patch way...to expensive.I went to another tire place were they charged 10& for a patch.Tire choice is a rip off!!!!!

I brought a rim and tire on a day an ordered tire was supposed to be waiting. They said come back next day. They couldnt find it. Went back next morning, said well call you when the tires ready. They called end of day, so I came back a third time the following morning.They quoted the tire to be 56. They charged me just shy of 90. For a trailer tire on a rim. 90 minus 56. That was the install and tax and other God forsaken fees! All they had to do was change a tire on a rim. No driving a car into a bay. No mounting. No taking a wheel off. No putting a wheel back on. Little trailer tire. So you know I was shocked when I was quoted only 56, only to be paying 90. Actually, to be honest.. The quote was only 50.I would not recommend them. Ive been to many tire centers. Many. Ive never been quoted a price, only to walk away paying so much more. Ive always been quoted out the door price immediately.I would have never gone here if I would have known their change fee. Way too high.I just checked... They seriously taxed a tax on my bill!Oh my gosh! Just took the tire out of my trunk.... NOT even the right tire!Are you kidding me!!!!Edit:I made a fourth trip to get the right tire. The tire they originally were supposed to change out was the 50 tire. (Different type of tire) The front didnt even acknowledge me. A bay worker picked it up from the side of the building where I set it to go inside, and came back out after it was done. Didnt even refund the tire cost difference. Sent me on my way. No change order receipt.I called the customer service number they gave me below.They refunded the service fee.Please read the other one star reviews.

Terrible morning, but the guys at Tire Choice were incredibly helpful! Had low tire pressure in all tires and one tire was over 60psi (dont ask). I found Tire Choice by chance driving by this morning. They took care of car and didnt charge me, I even asked if they were sure there wasnt a charge. They just said have a nice day, appreciate you coming in. THIS IS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Service was great. I had an appt and they got me right in. Only issue I had was there were several people that came into the building and they werent wear masks, as indicated by the sign, and the employee didnt say anything to them about it

Hard working, honest crew and reasonably priced. Had both our vehicles needing unplanned repairs over the Labor day weekend so we could head back to work on Tuesday. Thank God these guys were open all weekend and the holiday to get us taken care of. Won’t go anywhere else.

Both tires that i paid these guys to mount and balance were way out of balance. Extremely noticeable cruising down the road and to the naked eye up on jackstands. Confirmed when i brought the truck to another shop and had them balance them.

Said two tires would be in at 10am the next day.Brought truck in at 10:30am. Told them that I wantedTires had not arrived.Left truck at shop. Called at 2:30pm. Tires not finished yet. Asked when I needed truck...Got call at 5:10pm. Tires finished.Went to pick up truck. Tires not rotated. Replacing two tires took 7+ hours.On top of that. When checking out they tried to charge $80.00 more than price they had quoted the day before. When I corrected him. He stated that he had read the wrong invoice.

Battery light came on this morning. Took it to an auto parts store to have the battery checked and, of course, it wasnt a simple battery replacement issue - was told it was likely the alternator. Of course, this is happening on a Sunday, when most auto repair shops are closed. How am I going to get to work tomorrow? Can I find a rental car shop open on a Sunday? After a quick Google search, I brought my vehicle in to The Tire Choice on 64, which was the closest and open shop.Im so glad I came here. Michael Hoffman, who I would later realize was the manager, helped us and was fantastic from start to finish. Thank God, they had the part in stock and despite having some other cars ahead of us, they were able to complete the repair in record time. We walked in to the shop at 1pm and was called at 2:20pm to let us know my car was ready to pick up! Not only that, but on his own accord, Michael also applied a $20 coupon to the bill to help bring down the cost. My car is running great and no need to run around town to get a rental last minute to make it to work tomorrow. Michael and his team really helped to not only fix my car, but turn a stressful day into a blessed one.I HIGHLY recommend this location. Hopefully I wont need any car repairs again any time soon, but if I do, I will come back to this location. They have another very satisfied, loyal customer!

Had a sudden issue with one of my tires 50 miles from home. Had to pull off to get a new tire and Tires Choice went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of quickly and affordably. Nick, the store manager, was helpful in coming up with a solution when the original plan didn’t work out. Glad this is where I happened to end up, even if I didn’t want to be dealing with a tire issue today!

We just moved to this area and I needed a tire swapped out on a rim. i picked Tire Choice because it was closest and wasnt really expecting to get in so fast on a Saturday. i found the customer service to be exceptional as they not only swapped out the tire but mounted it on my truck as well. they were knowledgeable, helpful fast and courteous. We will go back to them from now on. So glad to see such a great place and crew are so close to the house. I would highly recommend them even if youre not close. the level of service is worth it

Thought was happy with service on 2 new tires on Friday. Waited over an hour to he put on that was ok. Took my car to dealer today was informed I needed new tires on back. Told them just got new ones on Friday. He showed me I didnt. Called tire choice and their answer was sorry we forgot to put them on. HOW DO YOU FORGET? As these were special order tires? They sure didnt forget to charge me $400. Had to drive over an hour to go today and get them out on.Beware of a senior they feel they can rip you off. This is so wrong

Very sincere service! Honest! I stopped in there today to get coolant in my Jaguar. They explained coolant necessary for my car, topped it off and no more “coolant level low”! Great FAST FRIENDLY HELPFUL road hazard service. Our entire family was loaded in our van for the trip home to Ohio when we discovered a very low tire on our van. The guys literally got us right in, found the piece of metal in our tire, patched it and got us on the road. Thank you.

Went there for an oil change/tire rotation, waited a couple hours WITH A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT, and they did not rotate the tires (I marked a tire to be sure).Had to make another appointment and drop the car off this time because they took so long regardless of a scheduled service.Went back another time for new tires and an alignment without issues because I dropped the car off instead of waiting. Then, 2 months later I go to the dealer for a minor warranty issue and they recommend an alignment. Hmmm....Wonder if Tires choice forgot that too.In summary, prepare to wait (appointment or no appointment), hopefully they actually complete the service, and remember they are just as incompetent as the next franchise tire shop so pick your poison lol.

On a Sunday the skeleton crew at Tires Choice was able to replace a broken axle in my car without many of the fancy tools that are traditionally required. The staff was professional and helpful and I felt the manager Ron had my best interest in mind. You can rest easy that Tires Choice on Manatee Avenue is the right choice for your next repair as they are reliable, trustworthy, honest, and fair.

Taking my mom for Chemo Treatment the other day, a man in the parking lot pointed out that the wires in my tire were showing. Called The tire choice and asked If I could make an appointment to have the tire looked at. Jim answered and said that I should not wait for an appointment, just bring the vehicle right in. When we got there, everyone was so nice, they recommended two tires. We got the two tires and an alignment while we waited. Jim even went out of his way to make mom comfortable. He offered coffee or water and asked about the temperature of the waiting area. The personal touches made moms day a little more comfortable.

Why a 5 star? I Blew a tire on a small motor home, I just purchased, on my way to Michigan and was waiting at the door when they opened. Shane and the crew started working on replacing all six tires (that were needed) as soon as they came in, to get me back on the road. while waiting Shane pointed out where i could get a good breakfast and some needed supplies for the new ride. While i was down the street a sudden rain store came up and Shane who knew i was not there was kind enough to close all the open windows in my motor home. Cant thank him to much for that as it was a down poor. Why was it out side? The motor home was to big for there lifts but as i was stranded they were changing the tires outside so they could get me on the road. I own a auto repair shop in Michigan and i could not have been happier with the service. Great crew and shop, clean, go out of there way to help. There is no reason to look further! Lloyd Geroux

I went there today (Sunday) my car had indicated I needed oil. The car requires 0W-30. Not many car service companies stock it. When I called they missundersood and said they had it but when I got there they didnt. The man behind the counter picked up the phone and called one of his auto parts stores, found that they had it and gave me directions. It may not sound like much but the gentleman was so really helpful and kind. Its how it should be especially during this COVID-19 crisis. Thank you!

Was a client of this shop for couple of years when Rob was a manager. I was able to properly get the right stuff done and he was always helpful and knowledgable. After he left to run his own shop, I noticed that there was no longer interest to serve what I need, rather to push what they considered to be just their greed. Comments like Hey, you have a Mercedes, therefore you have to pay up was ultimate turn off for us. I think their motto is to make business now, not to serve customers well. Well see how it works over time.

Absolutely love this place. I Have been bringing my car here for years and always have had a positive experience. Whether its been for a routine oil change, or an emergency when I drive in with smoke coming from under the hood, the people here have always been knowledgeable, accommodating, and very friendly. I would like to highly recommend Tire Choice on St road 64. I was losing air in a tire and took it to Tire Choice. They didnt find a leak, but suggested the cause might be a loose sensor. They tightened all the sensors and didnt charge me. Later, that month, I determined that it was a slow leak. Sure enough, Tommy found a pin hole leak in the tire. He repaired it and didnt charge me! Wow! Two times going into Tire Choice for service and they didnt charge me! It was great working with Shay, Tommy, and Jason.

Had new tires put on at another location but the balance was off. Thought I would try closer to my house and dealt with Michael. He was great! They got me in rebalanced and explained everything they did. Fixed the problem. I will come here again!

Brought wifes van in with a separated front tire we had the money for the new tire but the alignment was very bad, we didnt have the money for the alignment due to me being unemployed, Shaye threw in an alignment and said we could settle up when I got a job

Jason and his crew are awesome. We had a difference in initial price quote after we brought our car in and we realized the first quote was for a different size tire. Jason gave us a discount on the correct tires even though we gave him the wrong tire size for initial quote. We will definitely go back!!!!

Had an amazing experience. Noticed a small leak in one of my tires and brought it in for them to look at it. They removed the screw, plugged the leak, and had me back on the road the same afternoon. I’ve been to this location multiple times and have had nothing less than outstanding costumer service and respect from them. The wait is typical for any tire place that is located on a busy road. (Let’s be real, working with tires and performing quality work takes time!) I don’t mind waiting for quality work and the staff there was constantly checking up on the customers and providing updates on their vehicles. Needless to say, I will be recommending this place to friends and family.
