I called and ordered two specific tires for my vehicle. They arrived the next day and I received a courtesy call, that they came in, several hours before my scheduled appointment. The Store manager was very polite and helpful, as well as a guy filling in as the other manager, for the location. The gentleman that did the service was very fast and efficient. Great job Midas team.

Have one star because no stars not an option. Was having front alignment done on my 1974 beetle. The tech accidentally broke one of the reservoir plastic nipples on the master cylinder. The tech was very nice and apologized. The manager said I could buy a master cylinder and theyd put it on or hed buy it and charge me labor. He also said anybody would have broken it. After my son told him he used to work at Ford as a tech and he would have had to make it right. Thats when the manager said hes in the business to make money. He complained that he was already giving me a military discount and implied that I should eat the cost of the additional repairs. I will never go there again or recommend them to anybody. I am a disabled Iraqi vet. Thanks for your service.

My wifes car was due for a oil change so I took our vehicle up and was in and out with no trouble. Staff was very helpful.

Weve taken our cars here for oil changes because its convenient and in our neighborhood. Never really had an issue before. But the last time we did a review and got a discount off our oil change since we have synthetic. First off, we drop our car for the first appointment and walk home. It took them over 2 hours to call us and the call We do get from the service manager saying we need this and that, we told him we werent interested right now. Amd he said okay we will let you know when your car is ready. Its just an oil change so Im already not understanding why we are on hour 2. We get there and with the discounted price from the review somehow our total was more than we have ever paid for an oil change. It took a good minute of going back and forth with the people at the front desk so they would go back and look that they were charging us more. I doubt we will be back.

I called and spoke to Brent who advised me to drop my car off for services. I sent my son 15 minutes later to drop car off as told by Brent, he did not address him or acknowledge his presence I guess being minority. Has my son sitting for over a hour when I asked twice to speak with him he stated he had other priorities to attend to. He was very rude and arrogant. I asked for the manager and he said he was the manager and handed me a business card that stated he is the assistant manager and has been for 10 years being cocky. When I addressed this he said Tom the actual manager who won’t be in for 2 weeks and told us he would not service us or my vehicle.. Bad business to say the least, so disappointed as I have dealt with Tom before and this is not the impression I got from Tom, great guy. Will never do business again due to Brent and his unprofessional attitude will tell everyone I know and ever review possible to let others know in the area.

Walked in with an exhaust heat shield rattling, the lobby had a few customers there so I thought there would be a wait. Not the case. The service manager said he would have his next available tech have a look. I was out of the in less than 10 min. The Mgr said no charge as it was a simple fix and took just a few minutes. Wow! Talk about customer service. Every one of their employees is always so friendly and explains in great details any issues with the car and discusses in length the services that are urgent and those that can wait. I really appreciate their honesty and their flexibility in scheduling service! They have helped when I needed oil changes, my brakes replaced, and even been there to save the day when I got a flat tire at the end of the day on a Saturday. Their prices sell their work and their customer service seals the deal! I HIGHLY recommend.

I drove and called all over town the night before Thanksgiving and nobody had the tire i needed in stock. The Tires Plus down the street had one but when i arrived the associate told me it would be Friday before they could mount the tire, even though it takes less than a couple minutes. So as a last ditch i went to the Midas 2 minutes away. They were equally as busy and did not have the tire at the location but the associate had another employee drive across town to get one from the warehouse and was back with the tire in less than an hour at no additional charge!! Midas saved Thanksgiving this year, thanks so much!!

They where absolutely amazing. Figured out the problem with my van got the battery replaced and got my oil changed super fast and same day appointment. Very professional and friendly. I have been there the last couple of times that I have needed something done. They have always been able to do of proficiently and reasonably/competitively priced. I have yet to have any type of complaint.

I took my car to then to inquire about getting some custom exhaust work done, namely a muffler delete. The sales gentlemen were very nice. However when they looked at the work I wanted done they gave me a price of above $300. He proceeded to draw out what they needed to do, which I was already aware of what needed to be done. I declined. My reason for the rating is I took it to the next closest Midas and they knew exactly what I wanted done and got me out the door for $250 plus tax. Why would another Midas be way less for the same exact work?

On vacation on Anna Maria island, we found ourselves needing to replaces two tires and get an oil change. We called multiple places. But when we got Tom, he made it a point that he wanted to earn my business. Was able to see us quickly, was extremely attentive, courteous, professional, and accommodating. While they do a pretty good job, I’ve never once been here where I have not been significantly over charged for things. Over 500 dollars for just a diagnosis is INSANE. They might be nice, but they are STEALING your money!

After a wonderful week on Anna Maria Island my wife and I were returning home to Western North Carolina when we noticed the low air pressure warning on the tire sensor of our rental Suburban. After adding air the warning persisted and we called the North Bradenton Midas. The manager worked us in immediately and found there was a sensor malfunction due to a recent tire rotation. Every employee from the manager to the bay workers could not have been nicer or more pleasant. After that excellent service there was no charge!. Our experience with Midas both relieved our minds about the long trip ahead of us and about the state of humanity and the fine people at Midas!! Thank you again!

They were very accommodating but I did have to go back to get the ac filter rearranged cause it had a leaf on it..making the ac blower sound like.. just awful

Brandon did quick and accurate inspections, also top notch and professional. Everyone was friendly and the environment was peaceful and clean. Would recommend this as the place to go for a one stop shop for automotive needs.

Oil change advertised at $17.76 includes tire rotation. Not so much. Paid $37.73 for our bottom line. Additional oil quart, oil disposal, OEM filter added to the special deal. Made an appointment for 1 pm the day before and it was not recorded. Had to return at 5 pm and wait for 1:15 minutes. All in all not such a great deal as advertised when the bottom line is more than double.

Had a worn out clutch replaced on a high mileage 01 Jetta. Matt was professional and kept me up to speed through the entire process. The final bill matched the quote. The car was ready the next day. The mechanic brought me back and showed me the old parts and explained the process. He also made me aware of incorrect workmanship of a previous mechanic and made it right. The car drives great. I would definitely return for more work. Thank you.

Great service! This was for my daughters car, so i had previously asked them to call me about any service thar my be needed. I told them she had told me the check engine light was on. They found that it was nothing, and there was no charge. Car service you can trust is a relief!

I had an issue with my heat shield, which was broken at the front end. The technicians showed me the problem and repaired it to my satisfaction. They could have tried to sell me a new heat shield, but did not as the old one, once fastened back worked just fine. I am very impressed with the people that work here as me being on vacation could have been taken advantage of. I will definitely come back here again for any car services. Great people, great service, great price.

All Ive had done so far was an oil change but so far Im impressed... They got me in as soon as they opened, had me done within 45 min- 1 hour (even though they were very busy!) and they were able to tell me all the things that I needed to fix next on my car, as well as tell me how my breaks and battery and all that good stuff were doing.... They also put air in all my tires, which saved me some time. I recommend them thus far. ALSO, they have a loaner vehicle which is a HUGE plus to me.

This is the best place to go when you have any kind of problem with your car! All the guys there are very friendly and helpful. They know exactly what they are doing. I have had multiple problems with my car in the past as it is very old and they always help me and my family as quickly and efficiently as possible!

They dont fix anything that is not broken. They can easily explain the problem and fix it in a timely manner. I highly recommend and will come here every time. I have a issue.

Everything was explained to me in detail right off the bat and they never did anything to my car without me knowing. Went in to replace brake pads but ended up finding out why my car was making a slapping noise (something I knew about but didnt want to bother taking it to the shop about). They informed me that my caliper was hallowed out and the best method to solve it, even explaining in detail how it was incorporated within my entire brake system. They warned me about stuff that didnt need immediate attention but that I should definitely keep in mind! Overall price ended up being cheaper than the estimate!

From my first contact to ask for help, this was the start of probably the best customer service experience Ive ever had. When I parked and pulled the flat out of my trunk, Kevin greeted me right away and assured me they could fix the tire immediately. Forrest then wrote up the order, and even offered to pick me up in the car from shopping across the street after they made the repair. Top notch outfit, and Ill be sure to take all my business there. Got new tires put on at Costco Friday. They recommended having them aligned at Midas. Made the appointment for Wed. My husband took in the car in & added an oil change. 2 hours & 45 minutes later we are still sitting here & my car is still on the lift. In addition they rotated the tires! Said this is standard with an oil change. Since when? Tom was rude when we questioned that, & insisted we should have seen it on the sign. The tires have been on the car for 5 days. My husband was never told an oil change included tire rotation. Very frustrated with this place & will not be doing business with them again.

Great job and friendly staff. The staff explained every step of the repair and gave me options on how to best repair my truck. They pointed out the critical maintenance and less critical maintenance that could be put off till later. I also loved that the shop saved my worn parts so I could see where the point of failure occurred. (Show and Tell). I do work on my own vehicle but I occasionally find my self with no time on my hands. I will definitely chose this Midas store again.

Bad experience / High Pressure / Fear Mongering: Brought in my Ford for oil change -- about 2 hours later I was given a sales pitch that included fear mongering, meaning I was told if I didnt do the repairs It wasnt safe to put on the road Bologna! True, my brake pads were fairly worn (but still had some pad left) The other smaller issue was a ball joint with about 1/2 wear and I had one bad shock on the rear --nothing urgent, but did add up to quite a quote (that he was happy to finance) I used to be a mechanic, so that stuff didnt fly, and when the young service manager type attempted to baffle me and then the high pressure tactics, I called him out on it. . . .following that he typed and typed and typed into notes, kept me waiting quite a while longer on top of the two hours I had already been there --I was pretty sure he was trying to cover himself in case a review like this appeared. And this was the one thing he was correct about. In general it seemed like a friendly place, but not punctual. In my case this young man should be ashamed of himself.

Read.................!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don’t go here!!!!!!!!! I have all documents to prove this place is not a good place.I went to Midas to get an oil change and tire rotation on 11/22/18 . While I was there waiting I was watching the guys in the garage looking at my truck and decided to go outside and see what’s going on. As I approached the guy who was working on my truck he said that he was not going to be able to rotate my tires because I was missing three lug nuts. I was already paying for the service so I decided to call auto zone and get the lug mute delivered to Midas location so that they can do it the right way. ( they didn’t seem to thrilled about having to do it) when I was cashing out I looked at the paperwork to see if there was any issues with my truck and noticed that the tire pressure was all marked off at 35 so I asked the manager if they are sure my tire pressure was at 35, he stated yes . I asked for a tire gauge to check and when I checked my tires were way over that. I was very upset because they just filled out the inspection paperwork without doing the inspection correctly. I approached them about it and the guy who worked on my truck ( Marcus) was very rude. I would not recommend this place to anyone especially when we all work hard for our money and rely on these people for our safety. This is shortcut at its finest. Stay away!!!

He utilized his past experiences to encouraged the importance of proper maintenance and switching to a synthetic oil for high mileage cars. He also informed the importance of fuel management and maintenance. Was very polite and helpful offering great advice and information. I will be back to this location specifially because of his care and expertise.

My blood bank donation free oil change cost me $60 and Took 90 mins for an oil change when i was the only car getting an oil change.Then my wife texts me this: Im not sure where you took my car to get the oil changed but I dont want my car to go back there there is grease all over my passenger seat and grease all over the door frame on the outside of the car.Ill be disputing the charge since i now have to get her car detailed.

These folks were great - very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We had a tough-to-diagnose intermittent ABS/BRAKE/TMPS light issue that they worked on and determined was a dealer shop problem. They recommended the best dealer to go to and didnt charge us, even though I expected the one hour diagnosis charge that was quoted. Forrest and Mike, thank you!!!

I have been very pleased with the service weve received. The whole family uses them - My husbands truck, my car, and our daughters car have all had oil changes there. My daughters car required some additional work. We were given a free quote with no pressure. We compared it to another local place and found it to be more than fair and a better deal. When my husband and I went to pick up her car, we were pleased with the time the manager took to explain to us the work they had done. We left feeling very confident that our daughter was driving a safe car. This peace of mind for parents of a teen driver is priceless.

We took it to Midas on Manatee Ave. where Forest greeted us in a VERY professional manner. He was very personable, arranged an appointment to get the problem fixed and had Jesse give us a ride back to our lodging. They then fixed the problem, keeping us informed of any problems they encountered and then picked us up after the services were completed.
