Just bought a vehicle from Ressler, had the best sales person that I have ever dealt with. Daniela Zastavinetcaia, was by far the best, made the experience very stress free. Was not pushy with us at all, even when it came to out indecisiveness. She stepped away and let us visit amongst ourselves. More importantly Daniela came in on her day off to help us find the vehicle for us. My only complaint would be the amount of time that we had to wait, before signing papers, after we came to an agreement.Daniela also followed up the next day to make sure that we are happy with our choice.Thank youDaniela

If I could give Ressler zero stars I would. You have to wait 6+ weeks for a service. I had a problem with my a/c. They couldn’t fix it because they couldn’t verify the problem. I tried to schedule to get my a/c fixed when it was 90+ degrees and it’s now 50 so they can’t verify there is an issue. I finally was able to get scheduled for a service. It took 5 hours for an oil change. They didn’t wash my suburban because the car was was “down”. They forgot to tell me this before they turned it in. This dealership is not worth buying a new vehicle from as they have very poor customer service and their service department can’t keep up with the demand.

Great place to buy a vehicle! I worked with Alex Mross. I came in from out of town. He took time before I arrived to find vehicles that met my criteria to make the process easier. He got me a better financing deal than my bank. When I decided to buy a vehicle, most of the process was done while I was with family and he called me when paperwork was ready to sign so I didnt have to sit at the dealership for hours at a time. It was an easy process, everyone was helpful and friendly, and I got an awesome deal.

I worked with Alex Mross and he did a great job. I told him what I wanted and he found one that was being delivered. He made going through the paperwork very easy and explained everything very well. When the vehicle showed up there was one difference in it and Alex went above and beyond to make it right! Definitely recommend!

Bought a new Chevy Tahoe from Roscoe. This was a difficult vehicle to find and he successfully located one for me and communicated frequently to provide status updates while it was in transit. Super friendly and genuinely personable throughout the whole process. The purchase process with Roscoe and Jeremy was seamless and very easy. Great experience!

The parts department from this dealership is AMAZING!!! My truck broke down in Livingston. The parts dept. went out of their way to make sure I WAS OK and the parts needed for the repairs made it to the local garage that was fixing my truck. I can not praise this department enough. If more people lived their lives and operated their businesses like this dealership, we would have a different country. Gentlemen, thank you for all that you do and may you have a blessed week.

Worst buying experience Ive have. Once they couldnt beat the financing we had, they wanted nothing to do with us. Picked up the car, wasnt washed, had less than 1/4 tank of gas, and even had the previous owners insurance and personal paperwork still in the glove box.

They treat you very nice and kindly before you sign that dotted line. After that it is nothing but lies and and undermining. Don’t go for full warranty it’s a complete sham. Told me the truck was in amazing condition with no issues. Come to find out it has numerous issues. I’ve heard this isn’t uncommon for Ressler.

Bought a used truck from Ressler. Hallie was a great saleswoman. Everything was great in the sales process until they get to title paperwork and extended warranties. The first gentlemen we spoke was very pushy in the selling of extended warranties, maintenance plans, etc. I wanted to think about our options before choosing which plan to get. He would not take no for an answer. Come time to pick up the truck I was lucky enough to be able to get Jeremy to help me when I picked up the truck, and he was awesome. Come to having to get title paperwork done, the process was easy JoLeen was very detailed. Now time to get my truck registered with the state 40 days after purchasing, title paperwork has not been sent to the DMV from Ressler. Getting a call back from anyone in their title department is impossible. Ressler really has a great first step in their sales process, but once youve agreed to buy a vehicle be prepared to be left hanging.

Ressler motors is the best place to purchase a vehicle! I worked with sales associate Alan at the Belgrade location. He made my process with a 2010 dodge Cummins be easy and simple. I payed their sticker price which has been incomparable to any other dealership I have looked at. Alan answers my questions and calls in a very timely and clear matter. If I can swing it, I will literally always go to Ressler for my car needs. I have been doing business with them since 2016 and even after moving to Washington I STILL came back to renew my lease through Ressler because they treat me that well. I have always found their sales team to be low pressure. I cannot recommend Stephanie Nellis more. She has helped me get into two leases now and I’ll keep working with her for as long as she stays with Ressler. There is a nationwide inventory shortage and yet, Steph was able to get me into a better car for less. Their team listened to my needs and worked with my budget. You will not regret buying or leasing a vehicle from Ressler.

Went here per my insurance recommendation for an estimate following an accident that happened 12/4/2020, wasnt able to see me until 1/18/2021 and I requested a full evaluation for the appointment(its on my paperwork). Its now April and am being told a full evaluation wasnt done(confirmed via phone recording with Mike) and the ball joints and boots I had replaced on 3/9/2020 are damaged and torn running me almost 2k. When I get there I have to walk in, which is weird for a quick lube place to begin with and then I stand at the counter and am ignored for almost 5 minutes while there are 2 employees behind the desk. Finally, they take my info and tell me they will get my oil changed but no one ever asked me what kind of car, what kind of oil, nothing!! After over an hour of waiting, my car is done and I ask what kind of oil did you use? Uhm....my car has over 200k miles on it and should have synthetic oil!! They just used regular oil and didnt offer a discount or anything to make any difference. Sure, its around closing time on a friday, that doesnt mean things get done any differently! And it was almost $100! If I hadnt been in a crunch and desperate to get my oil changed I never would have gone there in the first place! Now, I wont go there even for a free oil change! Thanks but no thanks! Customer service is everything and could have changed the way I felt but there was a lack of any customer service or desire to make me happy whatsoever! Beware!

Not impressed at the Service Department. I asked them to evaluate squealing in my brakes and their service department told me I needed to pay $434.93 to replace my front brakes and $460.73 to replace my rear brakes because they were worn through. Ressler also charged me $29.95 to inspect the brake pads (which I wasnt told Id be charged to just look at them.) I declined and took the vehicle to Belgrade Garage. I didnt tell Belgrade Garage Id been to Ressler, I just asked them to evaluate my brakes and I got a call later that same day from the folks over at Belgrade Garage informing me the brakes were only 30% worn! Likely a rock or something stuck in the brake pads or possibly a defective brake pad causing the squealing, in which case for Belgrade Garage to replace the brake pads would be $300 per end worst case scenario, not $434-$460 as Ressler quoted. I also asked Ressler to evaluate my sun roof as to why it wouldnt open. I wasnt told Id be charged $67.50 for them to look at the sun roof (in addition to the $29.95 they charged me to give me the bogus brake pad diagnosis). Ressler recommended a $3,005.76 repair to the sun roof - no thanks. All in all I was expecting to pay about $350 to Ressler and paid instead $525.49, some of which went to pay for inspections which resulted in bogus recommendations. Needless to say well be seeking service elsewhere in the future. Friendly staff is about all I can say about the Service Department. On a side note we did buy a vehicle from them recently and had a reasonably good experience, good salesperson. But future service there, no way.

I would highly recommend Sam K. and the Toyota of Bozeman team! Sam was very low-pressure and helped me make an informed decision. I really appreciate the attention to detail by the whole team, all the way down to a tutorial on how to use all of the features on my vehicle. With their Toyota Care program, my next 2 years of routine maintenance are covered, and I dont even have to think about it, they call to get me on the schedule.

Beware of Chevrolet service department. Way overpriced on quotes. Quoted my daughter $3200 for complete brake job on Equinox including ten hours of labor! Im not a certified mechanic but in repaired car in under four hours for $700. Second time Ive had issues with that department. Ill never use again.

Traveling from Yellowstone and my buddies truck wasn’t doing so well. We got it in for an inspection very quick and all of their staff was incredibly friendly. I was just along for the trip, not the customer and I was decently shocked with how friendly everyone was and how quickly things were done. Unfortunately, the truck wasn’t put in for the full repairs(owners decision). However after seeing the shop, I’d have no doubts that the work would be done quickly and properly.

After Keenan got me into my first new truck that everything I wanted, Heather Franck was there to show me all the new features of the new truck, was able to answer any questions I had about the truck and let me know she was available for any questions or help I might need down the road. Accessories Manager Shawn Larsen was also there to handle any questions I had about the truck and work with me on all the options and accessories I wanted to add to my new truck. For some of the upgrades I got he was able to get me right into the shop intimidate and get those added on! This once was a great dealership. It has fallen in recent years, awards only on sales, certainly not on attitude. The owners need to spend their days on the sales and service areas to see what has happened. No one cares, they cannot keep good employees and quality simply is not there. The cars are great, the overall experience is not. Ressler, fix your phone system, return phone calls people, train employees to take care of customers properly. You used to do that.

I went in late Oct to purchase a new truck. The buying experience was fine and went smoothly. The salesman was nice and helpful during the process.However, nearly 2 months after purchasing I had scheduled an appointment with the DMV. I showed up and they searched for paperwork for 20 mins and tried to call Ressler twice, with no answer. So I left with nothing. Ressler called an hour later letting me know that they still dont have the title from the previous owners bank. I had them transfer me to the finance department because I was curious why. He assured me that it was coming in 2 weeks and tried to put blame on the DMV. I let him know that they were the only help in this process which sounds incredible to say.I was sold a truck that they never had the title for, nor did they have any idea when they would. This was never brought up once during the buying process. It has now been almost 7 weeks since the call with the Chevy Finance Manager. There has been zero communication from them. I have tried reaching out several times and have gotten a full voicemail box every-time.After walking out of the dealership, they dont care what happens. The communication from Ressler has been an absolute joke. I would suggest to look elsewhere when purchasing a vehicle.

Worst dealership ever dealt with. Much rather go to Dave Smiths in Idaho. Went and purchased a truck from resslers paid full in cash back in November. Came back to Nv paid all the fees and got my truck registered. 5 months later I called asked my dmv about the title I was told call my dealership for they never received anything in regards to my truck. I called ressler and somehow the paperwork ended up back with ressler just today claiming I didnt pay a fee and I didnt sign the correct paperwork when registering the truck. Resslers is the biggest joke no wonder Dave Smith pulls their customers.

Overall very disappointed with my experience with this dealership. I am a out of town business owner and currently searching for a new company truck. I contacted the dealership and the salesman I dealt with was Brandon. I was particular with what I was looking for and they had a brand new Chevy available that met the criteria. Originally I was looking for a used 1/2 ton but made the decision to buy new. I placed a $1k deposit down to secure my purchase till I could drive 3hrs to Bozeman later to pick it up. Later that evening the salesperson called me saying they sold the truck....even with my deposit down. Salesman didn’t seem interested to find me a replacement. I suggest taking your business elsewhere since that’s the way they treat their customers and do business.

Purchased a used Toyota Tacoma from Ressler, and prior to pickup they swapped the leaf springs for a factory recall. Since then I’ve put a little over 4000miles on the truck, and to my surprise, I found the main bolts holding the leaf spring on the right rear were never torqued and were about ready to fall out!!! I for sure will never be doing business with them again, and I strongly advise anyone who’s thinking about doing business with Ressler to think again!

Ive called multiple times and talked with someone about getting my car in their shop, they said they would give me a call back. Last attempt was 3 weeks ago... still nothing. So I went in and talked with them in person and they said they would order the parts and i would probably get in in about a week. Still nothing... awful communication and customer service. Great experience working with Preston Knight at the Toyota store. He almost makes it too easy! This is the second vehicle I have purchased from him. I sent him a text at 1PM. He immediately replied and we worked out a deal on my terms. I showed up to the dealership at 3PM and was home with my new truck by 4PM. There was no pressure from the finance manager, Noah, he clearly explained my options and allowed me to choose the protection products that suited me best. This isnt a normal dealership, in the best of ways!

Just purchased a vehicle at Ressler Belgrade last week. Look/test drove said vehicle 4 weeks ago, upon getting into car we heard a loud creaking when steering wheel was turned. We were also notified by salesmen that airbag sensor in driver seat wasn’t working because the when the service team detailed the car, they soaked the sensor. So we made a deal that the sensor be replaced, and that the sound get figured out and taken care of before purchasing. Due to Covid, this process took 3 weeks exactly. Sensor was replaced, and the noise was “quickly fixed” by lubbing the bushings. When paying, dealer told me to text him if anything goes wrong within next few days. So two days later the car starts making the same terrible creaking noise- I texted him against my better judgement. Monday rolls around, noise is worse and now there’s a leak in car from AC into the passenger floorboard. Dealer texts back and informs me that he has spoken to his manager, and they are willing to look at the AC leak because it sounds like an “easy fix” but they won’t do anything about the suspension because they blew their “budget” on the sensor. And that they lost money by doing so. The suspension was not fixed like agreed, just lubbed up and turned head away. It was not and is not our fault that they ruined the sensor in the vehicle by drenching the seat. So that should’ve been fixed regardless of who purchased it. But they knew I was looking for a safe reliable car for my new child and I. Not cool. They wouldn’t even tell me what the noise was. Just did the quick fix so it wouldn’t make a noise for a new days and let me go on my way.UPDATE:: RUSS called and is helping us schedule an appointment to get it looked at and AC issue fixed. Manager is extremely professional and handles issues in a timely matter

I recently bought 2015 Chevy Silverado 2500HD Duramax from Ressler motors. The service I received from the team at Ressler motors was absolutely amazing! I wasn’t able to view the truck in person, being that I lived 10 hours away. But my salesman Ryan Ghormley was amazing. We had multiple FaceTimes with him showing me all aspect of the truck. He was also available via texts or phone calls to answer any question I had. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP; they will not honor their promises, and sell your info to scam companies!!!This dealership basically sold me a truck over the internet/email/phone. I live ~4 hours away, and was told that the truck needed a few things fixed/repaired, but if I came down there to buy it, I wouldnt need to return because they would deliver it to me, and take my trade-in. After I get to the dealership, they tell me their margins arent enough to deliver the truck to me, and Ill have to come back. Im told itll be a week, but it ended up being two weeks.A few days after I finished the paperwork, the scams (snail mail) start pouring in. This dealership sells (or trades) your information to third-parties, and its DISGUSTING!The YOUR FACTORY WARRANTY HAS EXPIRED! postcards flowing in... After spending hours on the phone, two of the aftermarket warranty scam companies confirmed that they have deals with dealerships to acquire their mailing lists. The dealership tried to tell me that the DMV/MVD is the one that provides that info to these companies when vehicles are registered; I called the MVD, and they confirmed that they do not provide said information to third-parties for any reason.I never asked them to enroll me in any subscription services; in fact I explicitly told them you that I had no desire to get a bunch of mail as a result of doing business there. I now see that Ive been enrolled in some Sirius contract, and theyre sending me marketing material that took far more effort than needed to stop. As a result of my purchase at Ressler Motors, my name and address has now been provided to an unknown number of companies that are now going to bombard my mailbox with scam attempts, hoping to prey on the uninformed.They told me (verbally) that the truck would be detailed, and most of the scratches would be gone. They also told me that the remaining scratches wouldnt look perfect, but they would use touch-up paint, and even warned me that the finish wouldnt be smooth... After driving ~4 hours to go pick up my truck, I see that NONE of the detailing was done. The truck looked like they ran it through an automatic carwash, and then some underpaid high-school kid went over it with a wash/wax product, and put wax all over the badges and plastic. Not to mention the excessive use of Armor All (or whatever cheap variant they use there) took me over an hour to remove from the interior. As I look at the truck more, I keep seeing other issues that only annoy me more. I was as upfront as I could be about our trade, and even provided photos that showed the current condition (including tread on all four tires). They tried to gouge me for $2,400 for an upper-ball-joint and $800 worth of tires, which was nothing short of a slap in the face. Then after talking me into driving the 500 mile round-trip (by telling me that Id only be making the trip once), they tell me that I have to make the trip again; honestly, I should have left at that point.I had expectations that most certainly werent met, and thats extremely disappointing. I now have to spend my time/money fixing what I was told would be fixed before I picked up the truck. The parts/accessories guy either lied to me, or simply doesnt know the product he sells; which means I wouldnt buy parts from this dealership, even if I lived closer. Luckily there are many other Toyota Dealerships I can deal with; many of which are closer to me.Do yourself a favor, and find a different/better dealership to spend you money with; these guys dont care about you, and just want to take your money, and sell your info!

Bought my Rav4 here a year ago, the sale was a good experience and so has my service since. They answered all of my questions, went out of their way to get new tires put on the car (even though the tires were borderline for certified pre-owned and they could have been cheap about it.) The service department has always been friendly and polite and their accessories department was great for really getting me the perfect extras for my lifestyle. Not the cheapest in town, but you get a quality experience and product. Im willing to pay more if Im getting more.

I worked with TC Antonsen and the sales manager Russ at the Belgrade used car shop. Worked through helping my son buy and finance his first truck. TC and Russ were the most pleasurable call salesman Ive ever worked with. Patient throught the finance approval process as we used our own. They did not hard sale or push us through their financing and were honest and up front about the financing we had. The closing process was smooth and pleasurable as well. I was in an accident and needed to get into a vehicle quickly and found something I fell in love with! My father is a mechanic and asked if they would put it on the lift at the other location so he could thoroughly inspect the car himself and they allowed us to drive it to the other location and do so. Alan was friendly and fully met all my fathers and my expectations.
