Their service was outstanding, and the staff was genuine, friendly helpful, and professional!We had been traveling on the road and needed an oil change and they fit us in to their schedule in a prompt manner. They have a pet policy which allows you to bring your pet in with you and they were nothing but kind to all of us! The accommodations in the customer lobby are comfortable and lovely... they offer coffee, popcorn and soft drinks!We felt like we were treated with the utmost respect and kindness and they did a great job!

I woke up on my one morning off to try and get into the express care for an oil change and tire rotation upon the advice of an associate I spoke with earlier in the week. Showed up 10 minutes early and waited until they opened the door I was the first car in line.I was asked if I had an appointment which I did not - I was told that the express care didn’t require an appointment and to just pull up to the express door on the day I was trying to get in. “Oh no sorry we are short staffed and totally booked today”.I was then told to try the “quick lube” which apparently is just around the corner on the Toyota lot. I was never told to go to the quick lube originally. By the time I drove over there after waiting now 15 minutes (It’s now 7:35 am) the quick lube line had 12 trucks waiting.What a total waste of time.

Limited experience here. Rental a vehicle to tour Yellowstone National Park and visit Jackson Hole, Wy.Rental experience was amazing. Very friendly, professional, efficient and knowledgeable staff. Vehicle was in excellent condition and ran like a top. I will definitely rent from this dealership again!

Ressler toyota is a total scam. Not sure how they have a 4+ star average because anyone who has had service done knows they charge twice what any other mechanic around town charges, aside for their subpar service and team. On several occasions with different vehicles they have incorrectly diagnosed issues with my trucks and said i need work to fix issues that did not exist. If your vehicle is running fine before you take it in and they tell you it needs some bigger repair work, get a second opinion somewhere else. The local mechanics do amazing work and wont shaft you with their prices.

Was told let me ask my manager 5+ times ( the classic PASS), then given a shocking low trade in amount. It gets worse....the manager whom I never saw, took off in my vehicle with my belongings in it! I had to literally RUN after him. Was given a different ( lower) price the next day on the same vehicle. Hummm. Also, other salespeople were at their desk speaking rudely (and mean) of other customers loud enough for me to hear. I am really sad this happened as I was fully prepared to make a purchase that day. Oh well. Better luck next time.

My girlfriend and I recently came to Bozeman for a few days and we rented a car through Toyota of Bozeman. I called and made arrangements before our trip for a 2020 Toyota Tacoma. Upon arriving to the dealership, the person I dealt with was polite and quickly got my paperwork ready. The price for the truck was a better deal than renting through Enterprise and the truck was guaranteed to be 4wd. I was in and out in a matter of a few minutes. Returning the truck was equally as easy. Great customer service and great prices on the rental vehicle. I would highly recommend renting from this dealership instead of a car rental company.

We checked out a car, liked it, talked with the salesperson till almost closing time. Called early the next business day, about half hour after they opened, and said well take it and be there in a couple days to pick it up. We live out of town. The next day, as we were preparing to leave, we received a call, the car was sold, sorry. Not sure what happened but it was a waste of time and effort for us and our salesperson.

Was in Bozeman last spring for a trip. Unfortunately, had a car disaster. Upper control arm broke on our 4runner. Towed it to Ressler for repairs as we wanted a Toyota dealership to manage. The control arm was replaced. They went to do the alignment and it would not align. Was told it was as good as it could be.Went through a set of tires. Took it to Kalispell Toyota one year later who told me it required adjustable upper control arms and thats why it wouldnt pass alignment. So had to have it redone. Notified Ressler asking only for them to cover the cost of the new part. They refused. Obviously not pleased.

We generally dread buying a new car and do it as rarely as possible. However, our experience this time with salesman Ryan Ghormley really was a good experience. Ryan has an entire team of support people from accessory techs, to delivery assistants to finance and warranty specialists. They were all friendly and helpful and not at all the car salesman stereotype. We will definitely be back to Ressler Toyota when we need our next vehicle.

They really try to take care of you and are willing to go the extra mile. The rental department took care of me while my fj was having a clutch issue. The service department worked diligently to fix the issue and were upfront about the entire situation and process. They are worth working with.

Preston reached out to me after I submitted information to buy a new Tacoma. Pretty standard online dealership stuff. What I truly appreciated from him however, was that he didnt message me constantly. Some places kept emailing me every day nagging me to come in. For me its a really annoying thing. So I truly appreciated his balance of answering my questions and providing information I asked for, without being pushy or overwhelming.When I came in to test drive the truck, he was super accommodating, and had a new salesman, Roman roll with me to test drive the truck. It was Romans first month there, and as a former car salesman, I know theres a ton of different information you need to learn about all the various cars. In a recent service visit, I found myself sitting in a waiting room surrounded by customers and employees who were not wearing mask despite the state mandate. I spoke to the manager and was told that the owner explicitly told them not to enforce the mask mandate as required by the governors executive order because he did not want to lose any business to play mask police. I guess the implication was that it was better to jeopardize our health then lose a few bucks. Clearly safety is not a concern to this business which begs the question what else they may do to make a few more bucks. After 15 years of being a loyal customer, they will not have my business anymore. Avoid this business, especially if you are in a high risk group.

Friendly atmosphere, so you know the service will be great. Clean place, everyone wearing their face masks like they should be. Smiles everywhere. :-)

Best experience I’ve had at a dealership. I was in a real bind with a used truck with negative equity. Stephanie, the sales rep, was honest and gave me advice on what was best for me getting into a new vehicle. They gave me a fair price for my used truck and got me into a truck that’s worth driving. I highly recommend this Dealership, and Stephanie the sales rep!

Great experience working with Preston Knight. He almost made it too easy! I sent him a text at 1PM. He immediately replied and we worked out a deal on my terms. I showed up to the dealership at 3PM and was home with my new truck by 4PM. There was no pressure from the finance manager, Noah, he clearly explained my options and allowed me to choose the protection products that suited me best. This isnt a normal dealership, in the best of ways!

Beware of deceptive repair practices. I was given a verbal quote for very expensive repair that was later increased in writing and took several more days than quoted. The repairs were 40% more expensive than industry standard. I will never trust them again. Clearly this dealer feels comfortable over charging for repairs.

I started having regular preventative maintenance performed here in 2013 on my 2012 Tundra. They completed a lot of fluid changes through 2016 and a gasket replacement on recall.Every time I would make an appointment, they would forget about my truck being a FlexFuel model and a slight variation in maintenance recommendations. Then each tech would indicate they made a special note in the system so they would see it next time. Well, the same thing would happen again over and over again.Last week I made an appointment due to some electronic issues that I figured the dealership would be best to address. When I went in this morning, having my wife follow me out to that side of town, they could not find my appointment and could not get me in until Wednesday.I’ll be taking my truck elsewhere for the remainder of its life.

Shane Fonoimoana was great to work with, I rate him 5 stars and the dealership 4. We had previously inquired about a Corolla with him and he was super nice and helpful, going the extra mile after hours. So I went right to him when I was buying a Tundra. The thing I cant understand is why almost all dealers hold you around so the financial folks can try to sell you an extended warranty or coatings for both the interior and exterior. I always turn these down although I have some interest in extended warranties when I intend to keep a vehicle long term. What I prefer is the dealer give me the information on the warranties so I can decide later. Sure, I suspect these are high margin items for dealers. But why leave such a bad taste in your customers mouths right at the end of a sale. They have this line that they legally have to do it which is a stretch. The dealership is great, lots of inventory, no haggle pricing, knowledgeable staff. But they just have to give you that one last dig.
