Josie was extremely nice and professional, I did like her, What I’m upset about it the time it took to rotate the tires and to do an oil change was insane. 2 hours to be exact. That’s a long time. And to say more, the mechanic, took out my cabin filter, tried to sell me a new one, then dumped the leaves and dirt all over myfloor in my truck, and then gave my truck back to me with no attempt to clean up the mess. So when I got in my truck, I noticed it and took my floor mat out myself and shook it off myself. I’m not a millionaire, but I did buy my 30k truck from Ressler along with other vehicles in the past. I guess I thought they gave more respect to customers than that. And never in my life, with a scheduled appointment, have I seen an oil change take 2 hours. Tire rotate or not. With today’s tools and technology. That’s a very long time.

I went to Ressler Chevrolet for my first ever service- a recall. It was horrible- so I took my car and left without service. Though I had made the earliest appointment available- scheduled weeks ago- they didnt even have my parts in when I arrived. They didnt have a courtesy ride available as promised. They failed to tell me that I needed to bring both FOBs. First I was told I could decline this recall- then I was told otherwise. Theyre recall solution was to cut my key from the FOB and then I could never keep them together! I called to speak with the service manager but he wouldnt answer the phone.

Over the past 4 and a half years we have had the pleasure of working with Brian Klatt and Ressler Chevrolet while purchasing four vehicles. Our first time visiting Ressler was a very cold and snowy day in January - we were just driving through their parking lot to see what inventory they had, as we didnt want to get out in the snow. No sales people were out, either, when we noticed a man running across the parking lot toward us - it was Brian. He came out into the snow, to see if there was anything we were interested in seeing. He was friendly, kind, and welcoming. He also demonstrated that he was willing to go above and beyond for his customers. We told him what we were looking for, and he invited us in to show us the inventory they had on the computer. We went in, he brought us coffee and water, and was willing to take the time to spend with us to ensure we got exactly what we were looking for. We purchased 2 vehicles that day. Since then, Brian has worked with us in our purchase of two more trucks, and we are currently working with him to purchase another truck. Every time, Brian is an incredible asset, and he works to ensure our needs are met - even when we were at one time having a slight issue with the service department, Brian was willing to help us as an advocate with the service department. He is an outstanding person, and a great salesman - his commitment to his customers doesnt stop with the sale, hes always willing to help. Ryan did a great job of taking care of me on a last minute stop in, and getting me effortlessly into a new pickup truck. Never felt pressured or rushed. Fully plan on coming back when in need of another vehicle.

When the appointment for rock chip repairs was made I was not told the glass department had relocated to a separate location which meant I was late for the appointment. Sierra was very understanding and helpful in getting me checked in. The service took about 30 minutes. Both rock chips were spiderwebbing when I took it in. After the repair the spider web effect was still visible, however not as pronounced. I am not sure if that is typical or not. In comparison to another vehicle that had a rock chip repair just the week before by a different repair shop, the other vehicles rock chip is barely visible.

Buying the vehicle was the easy part.Brendan Carlin is awesome.Getting the accessories I bought with the truck installed is an ongoing mess.The protective film (clear bra) is lifting and looks like poo with gunk running everywhere.

They had my vehicle for 2 weeks, when I was told the work that needed to be done would only take 3 days. After waiting 4 weeks for my scheduled appointment.. I never once got an update on what was being done or what was taking so long. I called multiple times trying to get answers and either no one knew or I wouldn’t get a call back. After I finally got my car back they told me it wasn’t finished and I would need to bring it back in 10 days and it would take “15 minutes” to put in the part that needed to be replaced. Once again, they have my car for 5 days!!!! I had called 4 times trying to get my vehicle back!!! I am less then impressed with the service provided. Having two kids, and our only way of transportation.. they need to be updating their customers!! The communication was extremely poor.

Damion and the tech installer did a fantastic job ordering and installing a glass side window for my camper van. The receptionist was also very friendly and helpful. Excellence all around! I highly recommend Ressler Glass.

The team was able to get me in in a timely manner and resolved a slow leak in a tire. My only comment is that its a brand new truck and the technician could have been more careful with the rim as he scratched it. Would be nice if the team took care of customer vehicles as if they were their own. Brand new truck now has a scratched rim.

Terrible customer service not to mention blatant lies about fixing an issue. I drop off my vehicle on appointment day, 9 am. Not only did my service admin not contact me until 5:30 pm that day to let me know they need my vehicle for another day (didnt even look it over) they also didnt fix the issue! I have a service contract too....The issue, vibration in drive train at 50 mph, was addressed by claiming 3 tires were out of balance. WRONG! I pick up my truck and the issue still exists! Not wasting my time with people who dont take their job and customer seriously and I suggest you dont either!

At the same time I had tires put on my 2018 Silverado, not sure what an environmental fee is but whatever. Still had great service and friendly faces. 2021 Silverado 5.3 had lifters go out i am from out of town got to the service department and they treated me excellent from Theron to the shop foreman to the service tech got it diagnosed and actually could get it worked on. By 4:45 PM they called had the truck done they also lined up a rental car. Picked up truck next morning. In most all of my experiences with Ressler, aside from when I’m actually buying something, Ressler fails to deliver on your commitments. In this case, saying a basic body repair (bumper replacement) would be complete by a certain day. It was not completed on that day and I received no call to let me know that it would be different. This is consistent with my experiences with Ressler. You can do better.

I live near Helena Mt. and drive to Bozeman to have my vehicles cared for. they are helpful whenever they can. I trust them and will continue driving 1.25 hours because its worth it as compared to Helena.
