I cannot say enough good things about Billion. My car engine blew up. They worked with integrity and honesty despite setbacks caused by covid. It is clear they care about the customer and want to give the best service possible. The contact person Tara was wonderful and compassionate and professional. I really appreciate a business that maintains such a high level of integrity during such a trying time. They are to be commended. Thank u Billion auto .

At the Express...Great people, great service and Lewis is easy to work with and a very nice guy. Only bummer was my screws on my oil filter were stripped so they couldn’t replace it. so they had to refer me to the main service for that. I just wished they could’ve found a way to work with the stopped screws because now I’m having to go to another mechanic.

Had an appointment for 4 weeks. My truck didn’t make it on to the lift the day I dropped it off. I called for an update, was told that another truck needed a part and could not be moved. So I’m out of luck?? No call to tell of logistics problems. I suggested to Kelly that a service technician could drive it around and here what I heard and maybe know what he was getting into tomorrow. The team took my suggestion. Ball joint was problem. Happy with everyone, but I feel the guy that owns the hardwood flooring company should not be the proactive one. Thank you.

Your website said you opened at 7 and you actually opened at 730 which was frustrating. It appears the website has now been updated. Unfortunately the line was long and I had to wait in the lobby for over 4 1/2 hours to get my car’s oil changed. Shouldn’t express be faster then that? Thank goodness I brought my work computer so I could still work. Maybe it’s because the other express oil change you also have across the street is closed?? I will say your staff was friendly and kind.

Two stars only because the gentleman at the quick lube counter was friendly. I specifically called well in advance to schedule the service I needed done which was a new windshield, new brakes, and an oil change service. I dropped my truck off first thing in the morning when they opened and didn’t hear a peep from them until I called to check on things at 4PM when they informed me that my truck still hadn’t been finished. One hour later I got a call that my truck was ready to pick up and when I arrived they had the audacity to tell me that everything was complete but “its time to replace your brakes”. After checking into the appointment the notes on my file definitely showed the brake replacement request and I was told that it was my fault for not independently coordinating all three services with three separate departments. So, the take away is if you have the ability to pay high prices, go without a vehicle for a day, AND babysit someone to get the work you need done, this is the place for you!

We had been struggling to find someone to diagnose and fix our truck for some time. We finally called the Billion Auto Service Center, and are so thankful that we did! After our diagnostic appointment, we were provided with a complete breakdown of the issues found. They provided us with a plan to repair everything in a cost effective and timely manner. They were even able to fix a few pressing problems on the spot. We feel like the technicians went above and beyond to help us. We were also very pleased with the scheduling and office staff. They were very courteous and helpful, which is unfortunately hard to come by. Thank you Billion Auto Service Department for your wonderful service! Great service and very nice people. I scheduled to get the window replaced and called when it was there asking if they could change the oil and they were happy to do that. They even called me during the service stating it needed a tire rotation. Very proactive.

I really like the folks at the Billion Service Department. The staff is very friendly, thorough, and quick to respond to all of my needs. I’ve been driving Jeep Wranglers for nearly 25 years. Run!! As fast and as far away from this place as you can! I’m not sure how these guys even have decent reviews! I bought a vehicle from them a little over a year ago and have issue after issue with it. I get it, some things just happen with normal wear and tear but having to put over 7000 into a vehicle that I’ve had for a year is not normal! It started with a faulty key fob, faulty backup camera. My rear defrost doesn’t work which I didn’t figure out till winter. I’ve had to have brakes replaced…twice. After they were replaced by billion the first time they still squeaked so I took it to another shop who told me they weren’t properly replaced and now less than 6 months after replacing them are at 25% life! My blower went out in the middle of -20° weather so I had no heat/ defrost with children in my car. (They fixed it and 6 months later had the exact same issue) Oh and now my exhaust is leaking into the cab and not covered under the warranty?! It’s so rusted out that my turbo needs replaced on it and My mechanic is referring me to another shop to complete the work! How was that not caught on any sort of inspection? I do not trust Billion to replace or fix anything on this vehicle and apparently nothing is covered under warranty so what’s the point of buying it. If you want a vehicle that needs to be fixed after buying it then I 100% recommend buying from here

The service department was extremely helpful when I brought in my truck while on vacation in Bozeman, Montana.The truck had Code 858 come on which identified Low Pressure Line with a severity of 3 out of 3. I was very concerned since we were only in town for 6 days.Tara took all my Information and was very cognizant that I was on a tight travel schedule. She immediately brought my truck in the service garage.It turned out to be software updates and were able to get my truck back to me in a matter of hours.I highly recommend Billion Service Department and want to thank them for the quick service provided.

Recently I had my Dodge truck repaired at Bullion Auro Body. It had front end damage after a collision with another vehicle that made a left turn in front of me and failed to yield the right of way. My truck, although older, was in very good condition. I did not think it would every be the same after the accident. I was pleasantly surprised that upon seeing my repaired truck, what a remarkable job the body mechanics had done. The fit and finish was above first rate. I also want to thank Ginny Orton for her diligence in finding all the parts needed for my truck, not an easy task for an older truck! Thanks to all that worked on my truck, remarkable job, very much appreciated!

Recently took a 2500 in for damage repair.Billion auto body. A deer had been hit. We were quoted $ 6900.00 to fix it. And told 2 weeks. They got it fixed approximately 4 weeks later, for $ 8400.00 with no heads up about extra cost, and 1 of the new headlights did not work at all. Had to take it back to get it fixed, they did get it fixed. Unknown if fan was damaged in same accident, but now 5 days later, fan clutch is out, and there are hunks of the fan missing. My guess is this was overlooked. Every radiator, cooler, including radiator support was replaced, so Id think that they would have seen it. But possibly it wasnt damaged. Thatswhy I give them 3 stars versus 0.

Its nice to take my Ram to a dealership I trust and that does good work the first time. Being short staffed, as most places are, extended the repair time which is understandable. I arrived just shortly after 7:30 am and there was one car ahead of me already inside the garage. I had to wait almost 2 and a half hours and then was charged $70 for the oil change on my ford escape. At my dealership in my hometown it is about $54 and much faster. I wont be going back to Billion...only had to go there as I was in town visiting relatives and low oil. But on the plus side, the girl behind the desk was friendly and helpful and I appreciate that they put plastic on the steering wheel and seat to keep it clean.

My son dropped off my Durango for a basic service for me while I was out of town. Turns out, the alignment was way off causing an uneven wear on the tires. Problem with touch screen/navigation. Originally replaced under warranty (2018 Grand Cherokee). Few months later and now out of warranty 2nd unit failed. Chris (service manager) said that wasnt right and he would get it covered. 3rd unit was installed and that one failed before it made it out of the shop. Now on number 4 and all is well. This is the 5th vehicle purchased from Billion. Fair prices and great after sale service.

I understand that this business is currently short staffed, had the staff offered a realistic wait time (as opposed to saying “as soon as possible”) I would have made a different choice. We’re rolling down the freeway when “THUMP”, we feel a very ominous thud from the engine, followed by the dreaded “bong” and the check engine light comes on. With our dealer decidedly out of state, we hit the web.Our search turned up Billion Auto Group, with some pretty hefty reviews in the 4-5 ⭐️ range.They didn’t disappoint. I pulled up, first thing in the morning, without an appointment, with a RAM 2500 from an out of state dealership and it mattered NOT. They took me in, slipped me right into the cue and treated me like one of their own.Tara, the Assistant Service Manager was fantastic. Once she knew the issue, she laid out our options and helped us come to the best decision for our situation. It’s also important to note that the service center itself is impressive. Clean, well organized from what I could see, and sensitive to each persons level of COVID awareness.In my situation, I’m required to wear a mask at all times in public and the whole team was respectful of that and would mask up properly whenever it was appropriate to do so. I really appreciated that as well.If you’re in the area, I’ve every reason to believe your experience will be the same!

I had my alternator replaced at this dealership and had a terrible experience. Not only did the replacement take 10 days without communication from the service department, but the car came back with items missing from inside and a dent on the front fender. When I reached out to the manager for reparations, he indicated they were not responsible for damage while the car was in their possession. Apparently there’s fine print on the service order that you sign stating that they are not responsible for damage and it’s up to your own insurance. Not the way I would’ve done business.

Went in for an oil change at 7:30am, tech told me it would take about 45 minutes. The car ended up being done at 11am. Which would have been fine if they wouldve been upfront. Also, told me that I needed an engine and cabin air filter, when I asked how much, the tech told me somewhere around $100-$125, but couldnt give me an exact number. Way way cheaper and easier to do it myself, the parts cost $40 at the most. I wanted to love Billion Auto, its so close and came highly recommended from a friend. But, my experience was just about as bad as it gets.

My wife and I were on vacation in Idaho and had just crossed the 113 mile Magruder Corridor Road into Montana. Finally driving on paved roads and slowly making our way back to Ohio, the engine light came on and an error popped up that said limp mode will activate in 150 miles and then the maximum speed will be 65mph. I called Billion Auto Group in Bozeman, MT and explained the problem to Heather Innis who stated that they were really booked up but I could drive in and she would see what she could do. I drove straight to Billion Auto Group and she hooked up the scanner. Heather diagnosed the problem with the help of a tech who she pulled over and they had us on the road in less than half an hour! It’s great that they take the time to squeeze in customers who are traveling and in a bind like that. I actually called another Chevrolet dealer in Bozeman first and in short, they told me they didn’t have time to even look at our vehicle. I just wanted to give a big thanks to Heather Innis, the unnamed tech and the Billion Auto Group for helping our vacation be a great one!

Dropped my 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 off for some suspension work to replace worn out parts (but still drove fine). Couple days after picking up, the CV shaft that was installed came loose and left me stranded. Also the truck had a steering shake at highway speeds, pulled to the right, and the steering wheel was offcenter. After several more visits, time without my truck, and over several weeks, they finally got it mostly sorted. Picked it up with a coolant leak, not taking it back as it only seems to get worse with each visit. Terrible tech work, its as if they never test drove it to check their work and just handed the truck back without checking for safety, correct installation or proper completed work.

An oil change took 3 hours. The estimate was 2 hours. They let me sit in the waiting room another half hour after the vehicle was finished instead of coming to get me. They did say they called and left a message, but my phone was in my hand the entire time. But, that could be a Verizon issue. The service manager was curt and short with me I hope to some day have a positive experience with Billion.

Its always a nice time going to Billion Auto Group weather for an oil change or for purchasing a new car. All of the staff are very friendly and accommodating in any way they can. They truly make it their goal to build lasting relationships with their customers! I was told when I drove up that due to labor shortage the wait time would be longer than normal, so I was prepared and educated by staff that I could come back a different time for more expedient service or wait a bit more currently. They were done in the time quoted and had performed as good as always. I have been elsewhere before, and waited three hours without a single communication, so I see their great customer service and even though I could have left and taken business elsewhere they were honest and up front with me. This sets them apart from other places and why I keep going back.

Billion is a very nice facility and staffed with very responsive and professional staff. However, I have had my new Jeep Gladiator in for warranty work on the same issue four times. The dealership had my vehicle for nearly 3 weeks working with the manufacturer to resolve the issue when I turned it in on the 4th occasion. The dealership provided me a rental car upon request. Although the dealership and the manufacturer assured me that the issue had been resolved, it stopped working again a couple days ago. I will be contacting Billion to make another service appointment or to find out what the manufacturer intends to do to correct the warranty issue permanently. The unresolved warranty issue pertains to the auto stop / start function. Again, I do not fault the dealership and had they resolved the issue with the manufacturer I would have rated five stars.

Had a small issue involving a third party lowjack, while having billions replace a recall part on my truck. Even though it wasnt their ( faulty) equipment, they diagnosed the problem accurately, got it removed for me, and sent me on my way. All in about an hour. On a Friday. At lunchtime. I typically do all my own mechanicing, and I had huuuge reservations. Thanks to this experience; I know where Ill buy my next truck, and I know who I can trust to get the job done right. Been going here for years to service my assorted Dodge vehicles. The service has been generally good, but the oil change service has been getting longer and longer and longer. Lately its been an hour and a half on average. This time around I watched as my car sat with the hood up for almost 45 minutes in the garage before they finished. 45 minutes...for an oil change ?!!? Ill contrast this when I take my Chevy into Resslers for an oil change. 20 minutes total...from the time I bring the vehicle in to the time Im done. Same exact service, same exact price. Not sure why? They seem to be just as busy as your company. Why the big difference???

A couple of weeks ago, my cars battery died and I brought it to Billion Auto Groups Express Lane to have a new one installed. I wanted good service, so I was willing to pay a bit more. It took about an hour to get it installed, which I was fine with. I requested my battery back so I could get a core charge refund. The cashier said the mechanics had already put it in my car, so I went ahead and paid. When I got to my car, I noticed the battery was on my back seat, but I didnt think anything of it. Then I went to return it for my core charge refund and found it leaked all over my backseat and was soaking wet. I called Billion to try and have them clean it, but they said they may not be able to get the stain out. Then, a couple of days later the seat started to deteriorate. I went in and the Service Manager, Craig, came and looked and took down my phone number to call me back within the week. I never received a call back or an apology for the damage.Edit: About 3 months later and Craig and I have finally figured out a solution. They are paying for part of the new seat cover and will be installing it for free (I think). While still not the most pleasant experience, they have tried to resolve the issue.

I was passing through to Ontario and I happened to call for tires and they gave me a great deal on 4 tires. I dealt with express lane to install my tires and they were fast. I was back on the road in no time!Customer service was excellent! Keep it up! Cheers!

Showed up Saturday at 1:00. Their hours say 7:30 - 5:00 but no one there. Back again this week at 7:00. First in line. Finally got around to opening the garage door and getting to me at 7:50 then over an hour for an oil change. Didn’t get out of there until after 9:00.To add insult to injury, I had purchased a 4 pack of oil changes which they said they would no longer accept so I threw away two $200+ diesel oil changes. They even had the nerve to ask if I wanted to buy another package.Unreal. This place sucks.

Took our Dodge Ram in after a check engine light came on . Unfortunately we cleared the codes. They checked it over thoroughly and at the moment could not determine if a sensor was bad . Told us to wait and see if it comes on again. Thankful they didn’t just do a very expensive repair, but opted to wait. I really appreciated their honesty and not just out to make a dollar. That kind of service will encourage us to trust them for future repairs.

From the beginning, this dealership was interested in what I was looking for and trying to help me find it. They didnt push anything, or try to get me to buy the car that was on the lot the longest, they just asked what I wanted, showed me what they had, and let me choose and browse as I saw fit. They offered services they thought I would like, but let me decide if I was interested in them. Excellent customer service from the sales team of Lincoln Smith, Dan Smith,and Bryce Barber to the finance manager Brandon Deagan. Top notch experience, which will now garner my business, even though I live 250 miles away!

I have gone to Billion several times for everything from oil changes to recall service, tires, and windshield replacement. They have always communicated clearly, Kellie provided me with a lot of info when choosing tires making my decision to go with Billion based on customer service an easy one. I was more than grateful for the help and service by Craig (Express Lane)at Billion Dodge. He was very professional, kind and helpful. He was able to have the services that I needed (oil change and switching regular tires to snow tires) all in one day. And, the arrangements were made that he came to pick up the car from my home and return it to me. This was a huge help as I was preparing to travel.I can’t recommend Graig enough. Billion Dodge is blessed and very fortunate to have him as an employee. And, I hope that they realize this.

I had all fantastic things to say about Billion until recently. I was disappointed when I went to pick up my car from Collision when the job wasn’t even finished. They forgot to replace my rims and the damaged ones were still on. They told me to drive to express lube so they could be put on right away. I go to drive and my car is completely dead. They hadn’t even recharged it after it had been there. I get to express lube and it takes two hours for them to replace them. Kind of seemed like they had lack of awareness or really cared about me as a customer. Bummed with my experience because I did enjoy Billion up until this experience.

The oil change went well, but they had no air filter on hand, so I told them to skip it for now. They had checked the air filter and said it should be changed. At the checkout I was told the air intake tube had a small hole in it but it shouldnt be a problem. I checked the small hole and found the accordion part of the tube was shredded. Small hole indeed. Now the engine light is on and I need to replace the intake tube. Im not sure what they did to it when they checked it, but I am not happy!

My past experiences have been good. The past 2 visits, however, have been very slow. Both times they tell me 30-45 minutes and ends up being 1.5-2 hours. Not much “express” in that service. Hopefully it’ll be much quicker next time.
