Super responsive and attention to detail!

Great experience working with this shop. I had some significant body damage, Billion repaired this completely with no remaining damage. Employees were pleasant to work with.

By far the best experience Ive ever had dealing with various automotive issues; really cant recommend them enough.Theyve done various work for me the past few years, and were always very accommodating: never felt uncomfortable asking questions - a huge gold star in my book - and they were always very upfront with me.I was recently in an accident in which the vehicle was deemed a total loss after a few days of assessment in the shop, at which point all my vehicle was really doing was getting in their way. Despite them no longer having any financial incentive to accommodate me, they continued to be as helpful and accommodating as possible.P.S. Everyone Ive dealt with there has been great, but its Brandon I have dealt with specifically each and every time

The lady at the front desk was very helpful and nice. The man walked with us to the lot to show us where the car was parked. We decided not to have it repaired due to the age of the car and amount of damage. There was an area that was rubbing on the tire. The man offered to help pound this area out so the car was driveable without worry of puncturing the tire. He used a pull hammer for several tries, then provided us with a crow bar to push out the dent, he then hammered the metal trim down into place. In all, he spent at least 20-25 minutes assisting us. We thought this was above and beyond since we were not going to have the car repaired there, he really was under no obligation to help us at all. Thank you, thank you, thank you for such great service!

Lately I’ve noticed how customer service of many companies is getting worse. You rarely feel valued as a customer. Well, billion auto body stands out in a good way. I was blown away today when I came to pick up my car. Not only does the cars’ body look amazing but the inside is immaculate too. They actually detailed the interior!!! To me it’s a huge bonus! I felt very well treated as a customer. Thank you! And definitely recommend!

I selected Billion in Bozeman to repair my Civic because of the relatively good reviews and they told me they were all caught up and cold start work immediately. It was a significant amount of work - $7500 - new bumper, hood, front door, rear door skin and painting – mainly outer skin damage caused by a F150 backing into the side of our car. Took longer than expected to repair but I could live with the delay if the work was completed correctly.The short story is when I arrived to pick up the car, the front hood was not quite aligned. My options were to leave it to be fixed or drive back to PA where I lived and have the repairs completed in PA. I was vacationing in MT. I chose to have it repaired in PA as I had already stayed an extra week in MT because of the accident. The second company fixed the alignment of the hood, bumper, and both passenger side doors and other issues for an additional $2200+. The front end had to be disassembled - apparently, there was a bent connecting part underneath that was not straightened as it should have been - which effected the alignment of the bumper/fender/hood/door. A hood hinge and passenger side door hinge were also bent and should have been replaced – both further effecting alignments. There are a few other items they corrected, but you get the point. Both Billion and the second company are State Farms Premier Auto Body Centers –so thankfully the repairs on the repairs were 100% covered by insurance.

They did a great job on my truck. Branden deserves an award for great service, advice, and follow up. He was always more than happy to discuss all to do with the process.

I hit a deer and damaged the front end of my car. When I called Billion Auto Body the first thing Brandon asked me was Are you okay? I was very impressed by that. They were able to fit my car in and get it back to me in a timely manner. I would recommend Billion Auto Body to anyone that needs work done on their car.

From my brief experience the customer service and honesty of Billion Auto Body is second to none. I came in to have a technician look at repairing the damage on the tailgate of my truck and after looking at the location and severity of the damage I was told that purchasing a whole new tailgate would be much cheaper and probably the better option. They did not get my business that day because I will be pursuing the cheaper option; however, through their honesty they gained a customer and if I have any future body damage they will be my first call.

Billion auto had my car for a month. I took it in on the 1st- was suppose to get it back on the 17th but they gave me the run around for another two weeks after that. They don’t know what parts to order nor do they check those parts upon arrival. They did not even do a full inspection on my car because the last time I was suppose to pick it up, they found other issues relating the accident and I was handed keys to a rental (the only good thing but again- didn’t find out until I was at the shop. I never would have taken a rental if I wasn’t already in Bozeman) after having a car for almost a month at that point- wouldn’t you think you they would know what was wrong with the car? I honestly am taking my car to another shop to make sure it’s safe to drive. After getting the run around for two weeks- I do not trust the mechanics and the company. Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else.
