I can not express how upset this business made me. I got into 2 accidents within a month, neither one was my fault. My car had cosmetic issues that I got fixed at Big Sky Collision. They told me it would be done on Tues, I would call and they would say Monday. Then I would call Monday and they would say Friday and act as if I was in the wrong for expecting my vehicle. It was the only vehicle I had. Being a FT mom, and MSU student that lives in Manhattan, I NEEDED a car. After they had it for a month to fix a bumper, basically, I get it back and there are scratches around the bumper, the clip that holds the gas cap in is gone and the rear lights do not work! I call them to see if they can quickly fix the issues to which I was told they would, but they are busy and they would have to charge me! So they cause the problem and then expect me to pay them. I am TOTALLY appalled and will NEVER use this business again. Nor will I refer them to any of my clients, family, and friends.

I had Big Sky Collision paint my race car and won several awards with it including the Montana Drag Racers Association prestigious Best Appearing Car award. Ross and the crew do amazing work and attention to detail is of the utmost. Thanks Big Sky Collision for a awesome paint job.

My car got rear ended I called big sky and they said come in and they would look at it They took it And fixed it and cleaned it up and got me back on the road. Did a very good job would recommend them..

Great customer service. I got an estimate within 15 minutes of arriving and the guy was really helpful. The work was done well and it looked better than from the factory. Definitely recommend going there if youre in a wreck.

I brought my trailer in to have new cabinet doors installed. There was some fiberglass work and gel coat work that needed to be done in order to make that happen. It took a week to get a quote/bid and was told at that time that it would take 1.5 weeks. A few days after the work was suppose to be finished I made a call to see if it was finished. Nope, hadnt started on it. It would be done Friday, I started calling every week (sometimes multiple times a week) to see if they were done. kept being told that it would be done Friday. After 10 weeks I finally got my trailer back. No fiberglass or gel coat repairs were made. Instead of doing the necessary fiberglass work (and repairs), they installed a panel to cover it up (not what we discussed, however, it would have been a good alternative had in been done well), this panel was poorly constructed/designed, where there were suppose to be straight lines they were wavy and uneven. The cabinet doors that were installed on top of this panel werent installed flush 1/4 gap in some spots with dried glue oozing out... Unprofessional, poor communication, broken promises, poor craftsmanship. Its worth driving somewhere else to get work done, Billings, Salt Lake City, Spokane, Missoula...

Big Sky Collision Center was the only place in town that didnt require an appointment to get an estimate on my truck. I went in 30 minutes after calling and was able to get the estimate before I left their shop. They were very timely and delivered my truck to me once it was finished.

Took my Hummer to Big Sky Collision to have a bunch of stuff done to it. They did an amazing job and were super easy to deal with. I will be traveling back to them from Nebraska in the near future! Thanks to Jake for helping me get everything lined up.

The guys at Big Sky Collision did amazing exterior cosmetic work on my mustang. They were very open and honest, took the time to answer all my questions and ensure I was getting exactly what I wanted, and had my car finished in a timely manner. The best experience I have had with a collision repair company *ever*. My sunroof EXPLODED, turns out there was a recall on it. These guys fought for hours to make sure I was taken care of. Then had the sunroof installed as soon as possible. This will be my recommended company for the rest of my time here in MT. Could not have had a better experience. A deer hit my Tacoma, and messed up the front end pretty badly. My insurance (AAA) recommended Big Sky, so we had it brought there. They did an excellent job fixing everything, and got it done quickly. I even ordered a brush guard (for future deer encounters) and had it shipped to Big Sky. And Big Sky installed it for free.Ill be going to Big Sky for any/all future repair needs, and I recommend everyone else do that too!

These guys are the best! After shopping around for quotes and every shop telling me they were six weeks out, another shop actually recommended them. They matched the best price and told me two weeks. The car was done within two days and the work is excellent. They even detailed my filthy rig! Save your time and money and come here first.

Always so professional and soo soooo fast. Ive had dents removed from my door and my bumper replaced (brand new!) and my entire windshield replaced (they use factory parts!). Excellent work from Blue Sky Collision.These guys worked on repairing some delamination from water damage on our fifth Wheel trailer. We were quite pleased with the quality and cost from Blue Sky Collision in Bozeman. Ross was top notch and delivered a quality repair. His technician Matt did an excellent job completing our repairs. They did run a day or two longer than anticipated, but in the end worked tirelessly on Saturday and Sunday morning to complete the work and get us on our way again.Very pleased with their work.

Big Sky Collision Center was a great experience to work with! I got work done on my 2012 Ford Raptor by Jake Doyle and I couldnt have asked for a better mechanic/ technician. He provided strong welds, great fabrication and quality installation of my suspension parts for my Raptor. He and the company showed care in their work and what a true auto and performance shop they are. They treated me like a family member and always kept me up to date with texts/phonecalls and photos. I wouldnt want anyone else to work on my vehicle. Very trustworthy company!

Backed camper up - of course turning to sharp. Ripped out back window and dented roof and side of new truck my pride and joy. Took to Big Sky They repaired truck- dents and window and now like new. Best Service and Auto Repairs you can get!I have been a customer of Big Sky Collision Center a few times and every time Ross and his team were amazing. The quality of their work is fantastic and the price was always the best I could find.

After looking all over town and not having any luck getting a reasonable timeline for getting my car in, these guys were able to get her in as soon as I could get her there. They were awesome in getting the work done and had the car ready for me to pick up within a few days looking and working smoothly! And to top it all off they had the rig clean and a new T-shirt for me in the front seat. These guys are great!

During the last big snow storm Bozeman had I dinted the bumper and damaged one of the tail lights on my Toyota Hylander with an ATV. I was gonna try and fix it myself and the insurance company had already cut me a check. I bought a tail light and a couple weeks went by when I realized the damage was beyond my skill level.My mother had sustained some damage to her vehicle a month prior and ended up stopping by Big Sky Collision and not only did they fix the damage right then, she wasn’t charged for it (just the plastic undercarriage). She couldn’t stop talking about how nice the technician was that helped her and she insisted I give them a shot.My experience was very similar. Ross was the technician that took excellent care of repair work. He reassured me there was no issue using the replacement light I had purchased. Even though I had received payment from the insurance company’s initial estimate, he was able to work with them so the amount I was responsible for was correct and fair. The biggest surprise for me was the incredible cleaning job Big Sky did. The best car wash that vehicle has ever seen and the inside was just as incredible. I would recommend these guys to anyone and plan to do so in the future. Both my Mom and I received incredible service. It’s businesses like this that make “keeping it local” worth every penny. Thanks Big Sky Collision Center and thanks Ross. The only thing I wasn’t paying close attention to is there is a 3% percent surcharge on credit card payments over $500, so bring cash or a checkbook. It’s not them it’s credit card companies that charge business.

BSCC did an excellent job repairing my Yukon. They were timely, friendly, and professional. Highly recommended.

Fraud, Forgery and lies! If I could give a lower rating I would. Save yourself the anguish and frustration. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. When calling to get updates on your repair you will get vague answers or leave messages with no call back. They lie about when it will be done and even lie and said its complete when its nowhere near done. They committed fraud in our case and come to find out its not the first time. Their work is shoddy at best. Nothing but a headache.

My car was recently in the shop due to my neighbor backing into it. and Russ and Austin took really good care of me Russ even made sure to personally call me and reschedule a paint job on my bumper due to their being a little stuff near the scene they have a really high commitment to Excellence! and even offered to get me a rental. The staff is really friendly and well go above and beyond to make sure that you are happy when you leave their shop. I highly recommend if you have any auto body needs to take it here!

They did okay work. They have done a couple of jobs for us which turned out okay so I had them detail my truck. When I got it and washed it there were swirls in the paint. Took it back and showed them. They detailed it again at no cost, but there are still swirls in my paint. Switched to Bozeman Auto Body.

They did a great job! It was painless, no appt needed to get an estimate and my car was repaired within 2 days!

While the work on the vehicle was adequate, the staff is unclear and ineffective in communication. I was told by a staff person that I would be called by 3:00 p.m. if the car was not going to be done by that time. I wasnt called, piled the whole family into the rental to go pick up the car, and found out theyd ordered an incorrect part and the car wouldnt be done until the next day.

Great results time and time again! Easy on the eyes doesnt hurt either..hawwwt!

Ross and his team took care of everything. They removed the stress and any worries I had. I highly recommend using them to anyone.

Probably the worst experience Ive ever had. My vehicle was with them for 5 weeks to have repairs done that were estimated to take a little over a week. I called them numerous times only to get the run around on why it was taking so long. I never once received a call from them, I always had to be the one checking in. I spoke with the owner Russ after 3 weeks, although he was kind on the phone he was only telling me what I wanted to hear.. My vehicle was there for over a week after that conversation. I was irate when I went to pick it up and the work was sub par.. Paint on the fender had obvious blemishes, panels werent lined up, runs in the paint, parts that werent replaced... Russ personally told me he would have the parts over nighted and repaint the fender, that was over a month ago.. Ive again been the only one calling, never received a call. Hes told me twice that he would call me back the same day, never received a call.. Maybe this review will garner the first call, probably not..Go elsewhere

Absolutely the worst experience. Dropped my truck off and was given info that it should be done in 2-3 weeks. After 2 weeks I called to just check up and an employee said they had yet to start on my vehicle so itd be awhile. I called the owner a week later and he was extremely rude and refused to give me any information on my own vehicle. Started calling several times a week and nobody would give me any information on if they had started on it, meanwhile I am borrowing someone elses vehicle and need to give it back. Finally just went and picked the truck up after 6 weeks and they hadnt done anything to it and refused to speak to me. Will never use this company again and would advise others not to as well. Horrible, horrible customer service.

WORST EVER!Ross was a horrible, lying person to have to work with, and treated me disrespectfully, rudely and never fixed his mistake.The truck wasnt done when they said it would be- even though the afternoon before I had gotten a confirm call that everything was on track and the truck would be ready.They painted it the wrong color- the rocker panel color did not match the rest of the truck, 4/5 shades different.They REFUSED to fix their problem. Continued to lie, even where the point to Ross promised to fix it, I dropped my truck off, they let it sit there a week, didnt call me, I showed back up, and Ross told me oops we didnt have timeHORRIBLEHORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!

If I could give this place a lower rating I would! The customer service is terrible, more likely than not you will have to be the one calling to get any information on your vehicle and the information you receive will be very vague. They told me my truck would be done one day, then it moved to the next day and so on, please don’t give them your business!

Big Sky Collision is one of the best body shops/collision centers in the valley or state in fact. I have had several cars worked on there ranging from a WRX and WRX STI. Both times I was rear ended and the entire trunk,tail lights, rear quarter panels were smashed in looked pretty bad. The first car the WRX, it was after that massive hail storm they even helped me out by taking out some dents from the hail, awesome. The STI, I was parked and got rear ended by large van. The right rear and trunk was smashed very bad. Now you look at and you couldnt even tell. The craftsmanship it takes do that kind of HIGH QUALITY work is hard to find, that is why I will only take my cars there and recommend it to any one that wants the best work that you can get. On top of the high quality work produced, the staff and people that work there are great. They fight FOR you and work with adjusters and the insurance companies. I drop off my car and not worry about.Highly Recommend
