The lady in the store was VERY RUDE!! Her name is Cierra. Her mouth is very disrespectful. I WILL NEVER visit this store again.
Like i made a review on russellville rd location ill make one here their customer service is great the reps that is mainly here are also great. my wife and I love metro partly being how we get treated every time we come into these location they treat everyone like family.
The worker couldnt do her job right n she had a bad attitude I am not going back to that store
My experience at the store in my area was a awesome one. The gentleman was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond my expectations. He was very much informed on the products and helped me chose the phones best suited for my fiancee and myself. When I encountered a issue with my phone the same gentleman who started my account helped me through it and even swapped my still fairly new phone out for a brand new one. Cant say that about any other cell phone providers in this area unless you dont mind waiting a month or wanna pay an outrageous amount of money for next day or 2-3 day business shipping.
Very rude customer service. Do not seem to care or listen to your needs.Half the time no one is even at the store when they are supposed to be during business hours. The actual phone service is great though. 3Smart phones unlimited everything even to Canada for 119 a month after tax and never has changed in over a year. :)
This isnt about to location, its about to company, the store has very friendly customer service, but the cellular SERVICE is AWFUL! I have been having nothing but problems with MetroPCS since I left Cricket, I can send text messages only 65% of the time, my data works only about 35% of the time, I have done so much troubleshooting they no longer have to walk me through the process! Yet, the company has YET to come to a solution as to whats going on, it really is A BIG WASTE OF MONEY!
Wish I could give negative starts for this store. Drove to the location three times in one week. Called multiple times (they don’t like to answer the phones, I’ve also been hung up on) all to get a new phone put with my number. An old phone I already had. In each visit we talked about the issues on why it wasn’t working (phone wasn’t unlocked) two of the times the manager was the one “helping” and they didn’t inform me on charges to ANYTHING until my last visit when things were finally working. So after all of that I called customer service who got EVERYTHING taken care of for FREE. The store also tried to make me buy a new SIM card for the new old phone and customer service informed me I can use my current one.All in all the people here are rude and expect the customers to know everything already. (probably because they know nothing themselves) CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTS BETTER, call them don’t go to this store.

Very poor customer service from Rep K.Activated new service in this store and after leaving store and checking the receipt noticed I had been placed on the wrong plan. Immediately went back into store and asked Rep about plan, she stated that I was on the $30 plan and that the $40 6gb family promo was just another name for the special on the $30 plan. I left the store and contacted customer service via 611, while on the phone with the rep I received a text on my phone stating that a change had been made to the account. Upon checking with the rep on the phone was advised that the plan had just been changed to the $30 plan and that due to me overpaying in the store I now had a $10 credit on my account. I attempted to call the store and the call was not answered.I understand that it was a simple error but the fact that it was handled that way it was is very concerning.I will no longer be going to this location and will be advising anyone I know to avoid them also due to there deceptive practices.
Hours say 9am to 7pm but this guy opens later and close earlier whenever he wants. Got her at 930am and store was still closed. Waited till 1025 when owner shows up. Got here at 23pm on a friday and store was closed. I called to verify business hrs. And he rudely replied, knock on the door and hung up.I will never use this location again.
Good prices and staff is very helpful, I highly recommend MetroPCS.

The best provider in my opinion. They have cheap quality phones(I have the stylo 1 and hopefully upgrading to the stylo 2 plus).
So far not impressed with metro pcs. Tried to connect service last month. Trying to not waste money. We waited for service to be up. Went to transfer service and was told service has to be active to port service. Then had the associate at the Elizabethtown ky store tried to convince me to activate my old phone just to transfer service. I tell her i will comw back next month. Show up Thursday after working all night wait half an hour while she tries to help 2 customers infront of me. One she didnt even know was a separate customer and then could not figure out how to connect his bluetooth. She finally gets to me types in my numbers for a second month ina row and asks if i have both phones. Of course I did not since my husband had his phone at work so i wasted sleep time and gas to again not be able to setup service. Today we decided to go to the bowling green store after 2 bad experiences in etown. Showed up ans started as a better experience. Got phones. Well they neglected to let us know it can be up to 48 hours before service is fully ported. Any other time i have ported a number its been within an hour. Right now we have two sets of partially working phones. We can make but not recieve calls on the new phones. Can send but not recieve texts. We receive calls and sometimes text on our old phones. We go back into the store to find out what is going on the guy starts looking into it then in the middle of helping us takes a personal call in arabic and holds his finger up telling us to wait. So right. Now we only have partially working phones and will hopefully have service with metro tomorrow before our service expires with straight talk tomorrow

Warning stay far away from this store or any store ran by bill sandel. This place opens when they want they never answer calls and even after u buy a phone and it messes up the next day they will not replace it. Stay away. I never missed boost mobile so much in my life....
It took me 3 months to get a replacement phone i had to keep calling store and the 611 number for metro pcs bill sandell is a lier he told me more then once he would order me a new phone he just ordered it 11 day ago but i just got it today after alot of calls to his number the guy at the store number and the 611 if you are having trouble with this office call and complain to costumer service and soon they might get some one in there that can get stuff done
