This place is frustrating!! They absolutely will not honor their own Promos for me!!! Even when I had a screenshot of it!!! They changed their tune when I produced it, however they never would follow up!! This company is a real fraud. Be ware. Here is the actual screenshot from the my account page!!! Ive been a customer for over 4 yrs and this was an outstanding visit! The gentleman was not only customer oriented but, after he did all the setup for me, he made sure I understood everything about my phone! Simply wonderful experience!

I went to this site to pay my daughters cell phone bill, she lives in Illinois. She gave me the information to login. When I logged in it was very confusing to find payment options. I found them and selected the plan she gets and filled in the payment information. Then I was connected to an agent online and had to re-enter the same information one piece at a time. I have no idea why its done this way and there was no information listed that would let you know what to expect. Frustrating. The payment processed and I logged off. I called my daughter and she said that the site was very confusing and poorly laid out and that she would be switching to another carrier. Hope you have a better experience.

I had a great experience here. I came in wanting to upgrade from my cheap ATT prepaid phone, and Sukho, the lady at the counter, was very helpful. She explained their current promotions, looked up the coverage map for where I live and where I travel for work, and set me up with a new phone and an affordable plan. If anyone is looking for a new phone/carrier, I highly recommend visiting this location.
