After visiting a few shops in the local area I discovered Falcon Body Shop and Collision Center. My issue was the rust that had developed in the drivers side wheel well. I tried to fix the issue myself but didn’t have the time to do it the right way. After bringing the truck over for an inspection and discussing the best fix prior to painting it myself - we agreed to have the work done the next day. 3 hours later, my problem is solved! Very affordable rates and willingness to help. I will definitely come here for all of my body shop needs in the future. Recommended for anyone trying to do similar work.Thanks again!

Geez. It is taking entirely too long to get my title. It has been 45 days today since I bought the car. According to DMV, I cannot drive a salvaged car title that was rebuilt on a dealer tag. So i have a car for almost two months that i cant drive!! So frustrating.

My 2012 Dodge avenger was totaled and not covered by insurance due to carrying liability only. Car had extensive damage to passenger gaveside.Falcon gavean estimate far below anyone else. I was hesitant at first but decided to go ahead with it. They stuck with the estimate and now the car looks good, drives well, no issues with steering or braking. The people at Falcon auto are friendly and professional and most importantly, do great work

I am actually in the process of filing a lawsuit against this place and a Better Business Bureau complaint. The owner continually make weird comments about my look and asked me out upwards of 10 times, even though I said I have a boyfriend the 1st time, and I have that recorded from phone calls. I have all his werid comments recorded. I posted my text messages where he said he would fix the vents, the steering wheel, and the air conditioner. Then I post to pictures of what he gave me back. The steering was not touched, the vents are still half way out, The air conditioner was installed but does not work. And he said well you never said it would have to work. He did bodywork that looked great but fell apart six months later.

Got all four of my tires replaced in a timely mannor!! very professional and good quality at a good price!

My family had their van’s transmission/fixed here! I highly recommend this place! Their so nice! They made the process so easy and fast! And it’s a family business, Anytime you have a question their so easy to communicate with! They’ll answer all your questions! They picked up our van from my family’s home. And the day they told us is was going to be ready it was ready to pick up, For sure going to get future car work here!!!

If you want prompt, reasonably priced and quality repairs, this is the place in Bowling Green. I took my Toyota Highlander there after getting estimates from some of the bigger places in town (On Scottsville road and the other places near Kentucky Street). Falcon was at least 50% cheaper than the lowest estimate. I liked the work on my Highlander so much that I took my 2012 Sienna there too after it was rear ended by an uninsured motorist. I am very happy with my Sienna after the repairs, it looks like new. Getting the place on the phone is difficult as the voice mailbox is full, so I recommend just showing up there with your vehicle to get estimates. Overall I highly recommend this body shop.

Falcon Body Shop did an EXCELLENT job repairing our damaged VW cc sport. Someone had rammed into the front of the car, while it was parked, and destroyed the bumper and grill of the car. Falcon worked directly with the Insurance Company and kept me informed along the way. Not only was the repair flawless, I had one of the best Customer Service experiences to date. I cant rave enough about the quality of work, the helpfulness of the staff, the awesome communication and most importantly to me, the customer service from start to finish was unmatched.

From my experience, these professionals will bend over backwards to accommodate their customers no matter what. While my car was in their repair shop, Brandon, one of their mechanics, chafuered me to and from my apartment several times. Additionally, the owner, Sehran, searched high and low to yield quality parts from various companies so I wouldnt be scorched by the dealerships prices. Once they had all the pieces, they were able to complete 95% of the bodywork in two days and delivered the car back to me late at night. If you take away anything from this review, it should be that these guys are trustworthy and dedicated.

They had my car fixed quickly and with my busy schedule worked around it with me. My car looks nice and new after they repaired it. Very helpful with my circumstances and I am pleased with the outcome!

My wife has totaled her 2008 Toyota Camry in an accident. We have decided to put it in this shop based on good reviews they got from people. Soran and his crew have done a great job on her car even though it was badly damaged. He is a guy of his word and he doesnt promise something he cannot deliver. My wifes Camry looks better now than it was before the accident. We highly recommend this shop to everyone who wants to give a new life to his car for a reasonable price.

Honestly I cannot recommend them highly enough. They were able to fix a cosmetic issue and give my car a much need tune up and it was much less expensive then I expected it to be. Everyone was very friendly. I will definitely be going to them again.

I had a FANTASTIC experience with Falcon. There was a huge hole in the back of my car from sliding off the road. They fixed that side AND found another issue that the insurance company missed AND fixed another body issue that Id been putting off for a long time.The best part of working with them is that they were super approachable, I asked some dumb questions and they gave me great answers. Then, when I picked up my car they walked me through all the work theyd done. It was just a bang up job by great people.

My name is Roger, I had a front end collision . I called around to see who could get the car fixed the fastest . I took my car to Falcon, after a few weeks it was finished .That is until he took it to get the front aligned . He notice a click in the axel, the insurance had already settled but he took the time to do it right .He put a new axle on the front . I was in a hurry but he wanted it done right .I would had never had notice the noise probably but I do notice the quaility to work that was put into my car .

My Toyota Camry got rear-ended and they fixed the back bumper in just a few days! I was so happy with the quality, it was as good as new. They even helped me deal with the frustrating insurance company of the person who hit me in order to be able to get the job faster, and helped me to get a rental car.

This was my first car that I had chosen and bought; my travel partner and late night sleeping buddy. I had everything checked out for my travel up north, only to be involved in an accident that broke my trust in a friend and my will to care for my car any longer. But my experience with Falcon brought back the feelings I lost for my car. My friendship will mend itself but I didnt have the tool or knowledge to fix my car and i needed to have someone who respected my property to look after it. It was so important to me that my car did not bring back memories of its damage. And now I am back to buying seat covers, placing air fresheners inside, and calling her baby.

The main guy there is nice but young guy at the front desk doesnt seem to know anything about what he is doing. There is dog shut in the shop floor if you look in the door.. on the the main facts. Very poor work paint and body wise. The body work isnt that bad but final touch before paint sucks. Starches in the paint and big gaps in the panels. Parts were missing when we went to pick up our car. Thin spots, no clear in spots, runs. You name it was half way done. Just a hack shop. Quickest easy way to fix it what you get here. Plz go somwe here else if you want good work

These guys are the best... They took my beat up 2008 Honda Fit and turned it into a new car... All little nicks and dents taken care of, plus one big one, and I got my car back in 2 days!!! Great Pricing..Highly recommended

Wrecked my truck and went with reviews and professional like website. They took my truck with no hesitation told me bout 2 weeks and itd be done. Over a month later still not done. Insurance quotes job at 14k and they were supposed to use oem parts for replacement. That was not done. Frame was supposed to be replaced. Instead one of the bent crossmember were cut out and re welded. Aftermarket fender was used. The paint was ridiculous. Trash and orange peel. I found scratches in the truck that wasnt there before. I understand if they wasnt qualified to do the job they shouldnt have accepted it. Was my fault for not doing more research on them. If you have a cheap job and dont care bout the quality theyre the ones for the job. I wouldnt advise taking 40k truck there. Hope this helps so someone else doesnt make a huge mistake like I did.You can disagree with what you want. I got pics to prove otherwise. You may be good at a low level but you guys arent good enough be taking on insurance jobs. I could done in my garage what you guys did just saying

I have only one car and slid off the road and messed up my front end and some damage to my ball joint and i dropped off on a Monday and got the car back on Wednesday they knew my situation and promised me they will get it done asap so i wont be without a car for long the estimated time another shop gave me was 1-2 weeks which is ridiculous .. at falcon they were able to do it in three days I am so thrilled about this place and Will do business with them in the future 100% thank you guys so so much you i really do appreciate what you guys did for me

I had a horrible painful experience.They promised me something but they did something else. Such a horrible poor work. I am deeply disappointed because I trusted “the subjective reviews on here”.I don’t recommend this shop to anyone. I paid a lot of money and my car is not done properly. And they denied promising me the high quality of work or anything! I feel quite deceived,scammed and used.All in all,it is a lesson that I was taught as not to trust “Positive feedback without further enquiry” and hopefully no one would be in my shoes in future.please be advised!
