Sold me vehicle than less than 24 hrs later transmission and clutch went out. BG office tried to make me pay for it to be fixed. Thank God for Cave City branch. Sorry BG office tried to say I messed up the transmission I might be a distructive person but I know I could mess up a transmission in less that 24 hrs. I love the cave city office just not BG branch. Need new staff thats for sure.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE bought a car drove down the street and the trans went out on the car I didn’t drive the car 20 miles tried to get money back or a different car and they gave me so much trouble to do it had to spend an additional 400 on another car had to pay to get the car towed and they didn’t even want to work with me the management is terrible rude I would not recommend anyone buy a car from them they lady who sold me the car was decent but the management was horrible if I didn’t need a car and didn’t care to take the loss I would have gave everyone in there a ear full but anyone who values there money DO NOT BUY AT ALL NO STARS HORRIBLE and all the cars was dirty I never been to a car lot where once you left you had to go vacuum and clean your own car

Bought a car at the end of November, we drove it for about a week and had to get a new battery. Then about 4 days after that the car wouldnt start at all. I took it to a shop where they replaced the fuel pump, it started up fine, then the next day it wouldnt start again. My car hasnt ran for almost 2 months, and I havent even been able to register it. I should have listened to my instincts and waited.

I just bought a Genesis and after two days of driving it, I need to replace the engine because a rod is knocking and there’s metal shavings in the oil. They sold me a broken car!!!

Drove over a hour to buy the gold equinox got there it wouldn’t start, the tires were horrible about To blow out, it has a blown head gasket and has over heated under the hood is rusted from water going everywhere, the guy told us before we got there it was in good shape and nothing was wrong with it, that car wouldn’t of made it back home and the gold equinox is still on there inventory for sale. I’m sure glad I didn’t buy from them and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Brought a Trailblazer straight cash from here yesterday and absolutely love it! No problems or dash lights on as of yet! A true blessing to my family thanks Michelle!Update: We went on vacation to Alabama about 6hrs and drove our trailblazer it did great we made it there and back no problems whatsoever overall we are happy with our suv and we would definitely buy another vehicle from Michelle at shellys!

Worst car place. Do no buy your car from there. The cars break down, terrible customer service, and the owner is a jerk. If I️ could give them no stars I️ would. I️ bought a car from there and that same day I️ had to pull over on the side of the road and within 2 weeks my car was completely done. Would not recommend to anyone

The bowling green lot the lady is rude she lies the owner is a jerk. I bought a car from the lot in cave city they are nice my car blew the engine i was told to let them come get it and pay towing free and trade in fee when i got to bowling green i then was told i had to pay another down payment after they got my car and then they threatened to sue me for an engine when i had nothing but problems from car. So needless to say they got my car and $150.00 towing fee and i got screwed dont no one go there they scam peopl

I give this place one star cause theyg look like they dont care what they sell. The cars were really old. I took someone there and they fid get a car for I believe 300 down. I wouldnt purchase from them just 11thghwd way they look in the outside but I did see several people going into the office and one guy picking up his car and the person I took said they were willi g to work with her on a different car cause she had problems with the one she purchased.

They treat you like family. If you buy a vechile and it needs repair as long as youre making your timely payments, just buy the part and they will supply the labor. If anyone buys a vechile from Shelleys and says its junk, then they must remember that most of the vechiles that Shelleys sales comes from the auctions. If you dont want a vechile that Shelleys bought from the auction. Then go to the auction and buy your own. But myself i would rather for Shelleys to do it for me. because they will fix it up for me just by me supplying parts. You cant find a more honest person then that. I have bought my vechiles at Shelleys for many years. Theyre the sweetest people you would care to meet.
