Went in looking for a TV without really knowing what I was looking for or what a quality TV would be. Jesus turned an overwhelming experience into an easy decision. He recommended a TV within my price range that was the size I wanted and good picture. He was genuine and it didnt feel like someone was just trying to make a sale. No one working the floor to help, went to the cashier, they had the item I needed there, then another employee said that was not the item I was looking for, they didn’t have it in stock but could order it. No thanks, went out to my truck and found the item on bestbuy.com. Purchased it and chose store pickup, same day. 5 minutes later get notice that order is ready for pickup, go back in, and same guy gets my order, the item they “didn’t have in stock”….
Got a 30 dollar camera tripod for 10 that makes best buy the best place to visit in my book 😀
Had exactly what I needed. Price wasnt to bad either and was in stock when I needed it. Sales help was fast friendly.
Gentleman that helped me with purchasing a new tablet was very helpful. Took the time to answer all my questions and to explain them as well. I didnt feel rushed at all (even though he had several other people needing help). He even helped me save money on an existing plan.
I wanted to drop my laptop off for the geek squad but you need to have an appointment. My bad. I would have to come back in 3 days to drop it off. It would probably cost $200 to fix, but I didnt pay much more than that for it. I forgot about the appointment and never went back.

Out of all the Best Buy’s within 100miles, this one had my back this week. I couldn’t find two IPad Air 4th gens at the same location. Online said limited stock was around but upon arrival of the other Best Buy’s, I had no luck. My last shot was this one. Their inventory online was up to date. Online said they had a few left, and that’s exactly what they had. I was able to get what I needed when I needed it.
Ita a typical Best Buy, but this one had the products we were looking for. (Not a next gen console.)

15 minutes before closing and I had to track down an employee for assistance because they were all at the front waiting to close. The employee in computers told me that he really didnt know much about the Microsoft Surface because he is an Apple fan. Amazon.com has better customer service. I did buy a TV but just used my phone for research because no employees were around .
Imagine a place just as horrible pre-Covid, it’s like this but worse now. Not recommended if you need help or require something that’s actually in stock. Forgot getting anything that locked behind a cage or security device. If desperate use in store pickup. Buyer beware!
Sometimes its difficult to get someone to answer questions or get any kind of help. When you do find someone its a gamble as to whether theyre motivated to help or not.

Been all over Bowling Green looking for a microwave, and we found our whirlpool microwave cheaper at Best Buy than any other place in bg. The guy that helped us was great! Got us in and out quickly, and helped us haul and get it in our vehicle. Super happy with the customer service!
I drove all the way from Nashville to return a speaker box because they were the only location other than Alabama that had what I needed to exchange for. This location wasnt taking phone calls at all, not even automated to provide customers with their updated store hours. I waved an employee down from inside but he refused to talk to me from the second door and kept pointing at his watch. I pried open the first door to apologize and to plea for him to help me out. He refused all of my pleas. They WERE however taking curbside pickups! No one is applying common sense with this whole covid thing! Im tired of businesses using it as a crutch or excuse to not help people out. By the way, narrowing your store hours increases foot traffic in a smaller window of time which increases the likelihood of you coming in contact with the virus. Im done buying from Best Buy after this. Its not surprising that Amazon is putting stores out of business.

For them to be the best electronics store but only keep the newest phone cases is dumb i have a galaxy s10 which is maybe a year old and they dont even have the case for it. But Walmart does.

Never get delivery, ordered a washer to be delivered today after two weeks. Delivery guy called and said he would be here today so I started home from work. Waited all day and after I called three numbers I found out it didnt show and would be three more weeks. Went to the store and got zero help. Basically she said sorry for your luck you can cancel your order. Made no attempt to help. Why call and say your coming off you dont even have it to deliver, and why not have the common decency to call and say your not coming. How about try and do something to make it right instead of saying sorry, we cant turn back the clock... Which she literally said.
Took a while to get any help but when they got to me they where very nice and easy to talk to

Once again Best Buy has proven why they are my go to for my electronic devices. My TV went on the fritz this morning. This we cant have!!! Lol. So I went on the website. Found the screen I wanted and added it to cart. The site informed me there were only 2 in stock,so I went ahead and purchased on- line for store pickup. This was at 9:30am. I arrived at the store ready for opening at 10:00. I approached the sales agent in TVs and informed him of my purchase(typically this can take upwards of an hour to process) . We were able to iniate process and I was able to take home my TV on the spot. Thanks for coming through like you always do!!!! #happpycustomer

Customer service was good, Inventory availability was not. Laptops, printers, and TVs had to be ordered with a one week wait period.
Didnt have what i needed... but the customer service was amazing.
We buy all of our electronics here, and we even got our fridge here as well. The prices are better than most other stores and service is great as well. They offer a best buy card too that is helpful for big purchases, it is interest free on most expensive items for a number of months.

I arranged to have a stereo installed in my new truck. It did not have a GPS. Bought a stereo that had Apple play. That was the only good part. When I dropped it off, they called me in 20 minutes saying I need to have a harness installed and this and that and it would cost me an additional $250. What happened to free installation. Radio only but how can you use it if it’s not hooked up.I pick up my truck but They inform me my back up camera won’t connect and they don’t know why, and I no longer have steering wheel controls unless I pain another installation fee.They were suppose to get back to me after a few days of research to figure out how to get my camera working. No call back. Can you just call the store and find out? Nope!, never again am I buying anything from Best Buy. Rip Off and poor service.

I went in for a voice recorder and they had about 6 to choose from so that was good. While there I browsed around and was approached by several associates who not only acknowledged I was there but asked if they could be of assistance, I appreciated that. I will go back there for future electronic wants and needs.

Ive never had any real issues from here. The customer service is always good. If I was to speak anything negative it would be that prices are sometimes high and that the geek squads answer to every problem is to wipe and buy a new OS.
Short staffed Im sure but at least 5 customers were in the TV section and couldnt get any staff to assist us. Three of us walked out. I made purchase elsewhere.

So I ORDERED it Online cause it Showed 1 in Store...it Showed it was in Process for TODAY PICKUP...But then I got Msg it Wasnt in Store about 30 min later...I would have to WAIT till Next Saturday... Sad! : (

Sales always on the move. Masks in place. Orders placed desk is the best for all your needs! Now calling in is terrible on their end~ 30 min plus wait time for someone to answer whether local or out of state answers your call. I called from parking lot, walked inside. All on phones just not the right one. Greeter did not know how to respond 🤦♀️ to my question about call coming in.
I didnt have my receipt for a return. They looked it up by the date and time that I was there so I still got a cash return.
I loving the customer service but nothing I went in for was in stock.
While the staff was friendly, they were out of everything. Only half the cell phones were on display and there were loose cords hanging over the counters. Most of the racks were empty but they did have plenty of TVs on display and in stock.
Always out of stock and never an employee to assist you.
