Please read all the 1 star (should be zero) reviews as they are all consistent. Unprofessional business practice with committing to install date and not showing up, calling or answering the phone. Three separate days they committed to and three no call/no shows the previous two weeks. Now I am backed up another 3-4 weeks minimum to reschedule with another installer. I have all brand new appliances ready to go so not waiting on any parts. Disappointing is an understatement.
So thankful I got their ad in the mail. Not only local but incredible work and personality from the guys. Got my dryer fixed, tips on maintenance, and educated on the actual problem. So thankful I called them and the help they offered. Will recommend them and use their help in the future!

If I could give them zero stars, I would. My husband contacted the warranty company to get our dishwasher repaired and they contacted Broadway sales. We paid our $75 to the warranty company ahead of time. Broadway sales said they would be here on a certain day within a 2 hour time. I was here the whole time and they never showed up nor called at all. When the warranty company contacted them, THEY LIED AND SAID THEY HAD TRIED TO CONTACT US 3×. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS! WORTHLESS! Now, they wont even answer their phone, return our calls or respond to the warranty company.

No call no show twice! They will lie through their teeth every time. “My truck is acting up, my truck got in an accident, I’m headed back to put you on the schedule I won’t forget about you, we have you scheduled this day.” Nope nope nope. Listen to this and all the other countless 1 star reviews. I can’t fathom how they are still in business. Do yourself a favor and go with ANYONE else. Missed work twice because of these buffoons. Trash company. Those 5 star reviews are bought and paid for. They deserve 0 stars.
Very unprofessional company. I called my home warranty company for a dishwasher door repair and this is the company that they have contracted with to do repairs in my area. The repair tech came out and checked the door and told me the hinge was worn and I needed a new one. This was on Wednesday, May 26. I gave the repair tech a check for my $100 warranty co-pay and he said he would order the hinge and get back to me Friday, May 28. I did not hear from them, I gave them the benefit of the doubt as there was a weekend and a holiday coming up. After not hearing from them I finally called them on Friday, June 6, I was told he would contact the repair tech that was here to see what he had done and get right back to me, never heard from them again.I contacted my home warranty company again on Tuesday, June 8 and an agent from there said she would contact them. After two days she finally was able to speak with Broadway Sales and they told her the hinge would have to be completely broken, not just worn for it to be replaced (they told me they were ordering one).I decided to call the Whirlpool company. I told the representative from there what was going on and asked if this was true, he said no, you could order a new dishwasher one day and decide you wanted to replace the hinge the next day with no problem.I got back to my home warrenty company and told them what the Whirpool rep had said. They told me to go ahead and call someone in my area and have it fixed. I contacted a reputable company in my area and they were here within two days and made the repair, all it needed was an adjustment to the springs on each side of the door.Poor communication skills and lies about repairs and parts. Stay away from Broadway Sales in Bowling Green, Ohio and avoid time wasted when the repair could be done in a timely, dependable and professional way.
Absolutely deplorable service. Was scheduled by home warranty and did FOUR no call no shows over a period of two weeks. Do not call unless desperate and good luck!

They are never on time. They barely pick the phone up and when they do the ACT as if they are scheduling youfor a repair but theyre not. Good luck im still trying to get my repair done. Its 50 50 they may show up and they might not! Again Im still waiting! Very unprofessional!
If this could give zero stars I would!! Called Broadway Sales to set up an appt for a home warranty claim. After playing phone tag for a couple weeks finally was able to speak with someone. They gave me a number to call to set appt time. When I called that number the guy said he would call me right back, had to get to shop to view scheduling book. He never called so I called both numbers the next day. Voice mail was full. I received a text from Broadway Sales stating they were contacting Cinch and would be calling me to make appt...again no one called. I tried to call again the next day. Again, no answer and voice mail box full. I decided to call cinch bc now it had been over a month since I made the claim. As I’m talking to Cinch on the phone and relaying the events, Cinch informs me that Broadway Sales submitted a work order to Cinch stating they had gone out and looked at the appliance and nothing was wrong with it. I was like wait what??? No one had ever been out here. I clarified with Cinch that they stated they actually had traveled to my home and viewed the appliance, She said yes!! I made it very clear to Cinch that I in no way would agree to have someone who would commit insurance fraud into my home, so I insisted on using another company to service my appliance. Cinch sent Sears Home repair and they took care of it. I would challenge anyone from Broadway Sales to describe the inside of my home!!! 😡😡

We had a washer dryer go out through are warranty a few years back, these guys came out and rectified problem as fast as they can through a warranty company.Fast forward we now have no warranty company and we had a dishwasher and fridge problem they came out with in a day of waiting for parts we where back up in service. I have been without heat since Tuesday. I have a contract with total home protection. They contacted this comp for service. On 1-7-2021 service told me they would be out first thing in the morning. Here it is Friday evening still no heat. I do not have anything else to sayExcept it is awefully cold in January.
GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!!So my refrigerator had not been keeping cool the fridge or the freezer. One minute things are ice cold the next ice cubes melting, doesnt make ice water dispenser works off and on. Called home warranty company Cinch and this is who they connected me with. First time I called tried to set up an appointment for a Friday at 7:30 AM... never came out called back several times finally someone answers... I asked about the appointment in the back ground the technician says oh I had car troubles and starts telling me about the issues and history of his Jeep?! Ok well when can you come out? He said that afternoon.....never showed up! Call sat, sun, and Monday finally they get back to me I told the same guy who answered that previous Friday about the no show for fixing my fridge. He said he doesnt know what happened he doesnt do the scheduling (but then goes and schedules another appointment with me which wasnt until the following week). That day technician shows up 2hrs late asks whats going on, so I tell him. He looks under the fridge says dust is messing with the compressor and thats not covered by my warranty. Tries the water dispensor and it is working at the time, he says well crud gets behind it sometimes and it breaks loose Ok its filtered water!!... Then tells me the ice maker just gets frozen at the spout... Which I know that but even when I clean the nozzle it still takes forever to make ice occasionally. . basically he says it happens and he didnt see any other issues and took off! All in a 5 minute look at the fridge. He never pulled it out or anything.This company is terrible I payed $100 deductible for an appointment that took weeks and he didnt fix a thing. Terrible service, they werent on time, and no professionalism or organization at that business.DONT GO HERE!!!!
Would give zero stars if I could. Called to have them repair our Dacor fridge since they were listed on the Dacor site as the only place in the area that would work on them. Spoke with them on 9/2 and they said they would be out 9/4 between 10-2, but we were leaving for vacation, but decided we could wait till after 2 to leave. The repairman showed up at 6pm that night, briefly looked at the fridge and told us it needed freon, but he didnt bring that with him. We wanted one other part to fix our water dispenser so he told us he would check on the part and let us know a total and how long it would take for the part. Paid him $60. On 9/8, they called back to say they would need to order the part and it would take 1 week or they could just refill the Freon and 9/9 to do that. I said I would ask my husband and call right back, which I did and i reached a recording. I left a detailed message and said forget the part, make my fridge work and tomorrow is fine to come. Never heard another word and assumed, since I had just spoken to them 10 minutes prior, they got the message and understood. Fast forward to 9/9 at 5pm and still no repair man. I called again 9/10 at almost 2pm to see what the hell was going on and was told he needed to check, didnt know anything about my message and told me he wasnt surprised nobody answered the phone or followed up with me. Awesome...so did anyone order the part? NO! So I said when can you come...he tells me we will be there Friday or Saturday 9/11 or 9/12...never showed up. In the meantime we hired someone else who came, fixed the problem, which WAS NOT FREON (that was completely full) our freezer coils were completed frozen up and we needed several parts to fix it. on 9/16 I get a call from Broadway saying they will be here on 9/18 to put that freon in....yup...nope...got it. Id really like my $60 back since you didnt even diagnose the problem properly and 100% intended to fix it with something that wouldnt even work. Terrible customer service and follow thru, and I am pretty sure the service guy doesnt have a clue how to trouble shoot a fridge. Never again.

Ron came out within 48 hours of us calling and fixed our leaking washer on the spot. Seemed very honest. Waited for an entire cycle to run to ensure leak was fixed and fixed a few small things that we hadnt planned on having him fix while the cycle was running. Will definitely call again if the need arises. Thanks for the prompt, professional, respectful, and courteous service.
*Refusal to service customer and relaying false information to customer.Starting from the end of May until July 15th, I attempted to get my microwave serviced by Broadway Sales. The company called to schedule an appointment to visit my home for service four times. The first three times they called and canceled. The fourth time they never called to cancel they just didnt show up. I tried to reach them and no one returned my call until I reported it to 2-10 Warranty company. I finally spoke to someone from Broadway Sales and they promised that they would come out because I explained to them how desperate I was. I needed to get my microwave fixed due to an inspection occurring with potential buyers for my house. The day before the inspection Broadway Sales called me and said that it was canceled. Im not sure if they convinced the warranty company to cancel it or what happened. I called the warranty company back and explained to them that I needed to have this done and then I finally got a firm commitment from Broadway Sales to service my microwave and they said that they would reinstate the service call. The day of the inspection, Broadway sales calls me and says theyre not coming because its better for me to just get a new microwave. And I said absolutely unacceptable. They told me that this was approved by my warranty company. I stated that I had not given such approval. When I called 2-10 warranty company to confirm, they stated that this was not true and that Broadway Sales did not get approval to order me a new microwave. So, I asked 2-10 warranty company to call Broadway Sales personally and leave me out of it to make sure that this service call actually happens. The 2-10 warranty company assured me that they had spoken to Broadway Sales and that they would be at my house prior to the inspection. However, Broadway Sales never showed up, did not cancel and never contacted me again. Im very disappointed that they did not follow through with the service call and that they relayed untruthful information to me regarding the service call and ordering a new microwave. Im not sure of the reason to refuse service.As a person of color, this is very disturbing. I live in a well-kept, safe, diverse, surbuban area. The person who I spoke to on the multiple phone calls was very respectful and so was I. No voices were raised and no harsh words were exchanged. The company just flat out lied to me and refused to service me. I would like an in-person apology (masks & 6 ft apart) to explain why they give me false information and why they refuse to service me. With the in-person apology and promise not to do this to any other customers, I will remove this review.

PLEASE do not use this company. They do not deserve your business.Broadway diagnosed my AC as needing a new blower wheel. The next appointment didn’t get scheduled for two weeks (later found out from 2-10 warranty that Broadway didn’t request order of the part for a full week). When they came to replace the fan they brought a motor instead of the fan. The AC was still broken and they said they now needed to order a new fan and a new blower housing. They didn’t fix what they originally diagnosed!I tried to call Ron the manager for two days. When I couldn’t get through I asked 2-10 warranty to assign me a new, reputable company.Broadway then told 2-10 that I had damaged the blower housing out of retaliation for me dropping them as a contractor. I got a second opinion from a reputable company and they confirmed that the blower housing is not bent and I had the fan replaced.The service techs explained nothing and deflected responsibility onto Ron whom I could not contact.By far the worst experience with a company ever. DO NOT US THEM.

There isnt a way to go lower than 1-star, but this company certainly has figured a way to perform as such! Have been to my house 5 times since May, and HVAC still does not work!! In fact, its worse. One of the techs admitted to not knowing what he was doing. Ive had to miss several days of work, including a 6th that the didnt even show or call! In other businesses, that is called a no-call/no show and gets you fired! This is about the best I can do on that part. $150 (two different $75 home warranty deductibles) down the drain for nothing! I would get ANYONE else!

Thats completely untrue. You said the day that you got the order from the warranty company that you would try to come that day since you had people out this way. Later I called you said you forgot. You scheduled me a week later and didnt make it cause you said you were short handed and wanted to push me out a week later. Warranty co called you and you then said 4 days later instead of a week. Then u failed to show again cause you canceled appointments without notification. Then the warranty co canceled you due to your unprofessionalism
10/10 do not suggest using them. Never timely. Constant reschedule. Left other people’s info on our counter. Called said number and they’ve been waiting on a part for 4 months. Orders wrong parts. Can’t fix an issue after 3 visits. Did I mention they did a no call no show? Worst service I’ve experienced. That is all.

I would not recommend this company! I called them in January for appliances to be repaired per our home warranty it took them until Febuary to come out to even look at our issues, we paid them and it took me to call them back at the end of February because they still had not called or even let us know why they had not been back to fix our issues. They FINALLY answered my call to tell me on of the parts was on back order but would be there that Monday. They made an appointment to come out and fix it and called last minute stating their van broke down someone would have to call me to reschedule I had not heard from them so I called back and they were suppose to be out this week but on the day of the appointment they called again with another excuse of WHY they wouldnt be out! Please be aware of this company because I am not at the end of March and still have not been serviced after they were suppose to have this issue resolved over a month ago! Would never recommend this company!

I dont often give poor reviews, but wanted to inform other consumers about our issues. Im very disappointed. If I could give 0 stars I would. We were assigned to Broadway Sales and Services through our home warranty to fix our ac and furnace. When we contacted this company, they told us to contact one number, who then told us to contact a different gentlemen named Troy. He came to our house, looked it over for 10 minutes, then left. He said he couldnt fix it at that time. It has now been 3 weeks and he is dodging our calls and texts after he cashed our check. This has all been very shady. We have had a challenging time contacting this company too. We finally had to cut our loses and move on. Avoid if you can.

If you want shady, dishonest and unprofessional this is the place to call! They have changed their name to Alkaline Appliance for home warranties. I’m 3 1/2 weeks into a repair and have had to escalate my claim due to dishonesty and an unprofessional experience. Each time they came to my home they told me a diagnosis needed to be submitted to warranty company because they kept finding things wrong; to date no new diagnosis have been rec’d. Warranty company finally cancelled their claim and found a new contractor. I have never been treated and talked to so horribly. The owner Ron even told me he would personally come to my home and discuss this issue, he has yet to show up and my AC unit is still not repaired. but I guess this is why I was called a knowitall and told they were doing me a favor by attempting to fix it and filing claims with my warranty company.

If there was a negative star rating, I would use that. Working with this company was very frustrating; they were totally incompetent and unresponsive. My dishwasher is still broken, after 4 months of dealing w/ Broadway Sales. I have moved on to another company to fix the issue. Very bad experience and waste of my time/money to have had Broadway Sales come to my home.
The worst....be warned. I continually called them for 3 weeks left a message every time waiting for Ron to call me back. Never a return call. The last time I called Steve could not have been any more rude.
