I am hard to please. That might be an understatement. But, as a home owner and investment property owner, Frank Sales is invaluable. Customer service is beyond expectations. I never have to worry about Andrea giving me good advice ...... she really enjoys spending my money though!! Forget big box stores and 23 year old kids trying to sell you a refrigerator. Talk to someone who knows the appliances inside and out and get good advice regarding quality machines. I have no qualms saying great things about this Bowling Green Business. Excellent customer service at the store by the sales staff, who helped me compare dryers and were courteous and didnt pressure me. When I purchased the dryer this Friday, they arranged for delivery today on Monday. DJ and Chris, the delivery men, were wonderful. They had to remove the door and hand railing to the basement, which they did quickly and efficiently. They took care to place the dryer, hook up the vent, and show me how it use it, and the dryer was in pristine condition when they were finished. They reinstalled the railing and door and even showed me where the door plate needed bigger screws to be safe. I found some and Chris installed them right away. They were pleasant and respectful. Price was competitive with big box stores and delivery and installation was only $35. Highly recommended.

I love these people. I called to ask about water and air filter replacements for our refrigerator. In less than 42 seconds I was told the filters were in stock, would be pulled, and set aside for me to pick them up any time. Boom!

Great service! I wanted to order some cook range parts and found out those were not being produced anymore. So they gave me an alternative that requires some wiring. At first I thought I could never do that myself but they were so nice and guide me thru the process. Real nice people there!

We bought all new appliances, Very happy with everything from the sale through the delivery. I really like the fact they do their own installation & service. Prices were actually better than the big box stores. Very professional, Thank you Dana and crew!!
