Folks! I do not have enough good things to say about this place, the product, or the people who work there! Fantastic all the way around. Joshua is amazing. I walked in curious about the clothes and always seeking well fitting womens wear. I planned on maybe leaving with a pair of pants but the product instantly caught my attention. They make a pair of mountain bike pants that were awesome, fit well and could easily transition to hiking, backpaacking, and climbing. Joshua got me so stoked on the brand and the items in a very genuine way. I ended up walking out with 4 pairs of pants and some accessories NOT because of sales-ploys but because Joshua was so chill and the items were so rad. He pulled a pair of more casual pants I would have never seen otherwise and I have worn them at least once a week since. I could gush more but you get the idea, thanks all and hats of to Josh!

Excellent gear for those serious about the outdoors. I have always trusted the brand Norrøna, and their new releases keep me coming back. I primarily use their trail running and ski gear and it is second to none.

One of the best retail experiences I have had. We were able to talk to Patrick, the manager, for about 2 hours and he answered every question we had on products, the brand, sizing, fit, and about Boulder in general. He gave us great recommendations on outerwear and deals. A wealth of information and retail guru.Norrona is new to the States but from what I know is popular in Europe. Their product sizing is very “European” where it is slim along the body with long sleeves and athletic fit. Patrick did everything possible to educate us on the brand, their ethos, and finding the right sizes and colors for what we were looking for.We loved our experience at Norrona so much we came back the next day where we met Collin. Collin was awesome and helped us locate sizes as well as explained technologies and features of their amazing ski shell pants. Along with being a great conversationalist, Collin also helped us locate a specific product we were interested in and followed up with us to ship it to our home since they did not have it in store.TL;DRThe manager Patrick is amazing and is an excellent ambassador of the brand. The brand itself is top notch with great fit and colors. Collin and the other associates were extremely knowledgeable especially considering that Norrona has only been state-side for a few years. Will definitely come back.

Well, this is the best outdoor gear experience in Boulder. I frequently pop in to see whats new and every time the staff has been great. They say hi and let me do my looking, but when I ask questions, theyre more than willing to work with me. The products are great too. The engineering and fit of Norrona gear is the best that Ive ever had in the US. That is, their gear is built for a someone whos 63 and 180lbs, fitted in the body and long enough in the arms. I highly recommend their Boulder store and their gear.

As a life long skier who has skied basically all over the world I have owned / tried every ski outerwear kit there is. The second I put together my Norrøna ski kit I knew it would be the best and it is! I have put Norrøna ski through every condition imaginable and even on multi week trips across Japan. It is hands down the best ski gear I have ever used ! The store in Boulder is incredible and the staff knows what the are doing! Do yourself a favor and invest in Norrøna gear it is tip top!

Tons of high-quality, very versatile gear. Have used my shell on backcountry country tours and warm, rainy days. Bought a pair of pants which have been great for hiking and grabbing a beer with friends. Will be coming back soon!

Have not made it in person, but have ordered two jackets and have loved both! I was able to ask staff questions before ordering to make sure I got the right gear. I ordered a down jacket and a rain jacket. I only want to order Norrona gear now!

The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable about all the products. They are helpful in finding you the right gear for whatever activity you have lined up. The all the products are amazing quality!

First went to the shop about a month or so ago, customer service and selection could not be beat, Patrick and his team were amazing. Fast forward a few months and I was in need of a gift for a friend and thought I would try my luck at calling and seeing if Norrona could help me out over the phone. They were simply amazing, helping me decide on what I needed based on activity and we figured out sizing via pictures. I have 10 retail stores in TN and always use Chick Fil A’s customer service as a example when training. I will now use my experience with Norrona and Patrick when I’m training my team on customer service!!

Fantastic customer service! I came here b/c the Norrona HQ in Europe wasnt helpful with my problem, and the crew at this store in Boulder went out of their way to make it right.

Great store, they have most of the Equipment in store. They did not have the one piece suit I wanted for sale but offered to let me try their parter sales model.Wish we had one of the stores closer to home :)
