Getting an itemized receipt to understand pricing was unexpectedly difficult. Their current billing info isnt user friendly. Although the staff were very helpful, long and grueling process to get the right info made it an overall negative experience.

Good customer service and a lot of choices for glasses. Very happy with my new prescription and new frame!

I was able to conveniently schedule a slot for my eye exam on the Pearle Vision website for the next day.As advised, I arrived 10 minutes early to fill-out some paperwork and was seen on time for my eye exam. The different stages were explained to me and did not take longer than 10 minutes.Following that, I was immediately seen by Dr. Klein who explained the results to me in a understandable way and confirmed my prescription. He proceeded to present me with contact lenses options and I was able to try on a pair on the spot. As a bonus he gave me 4 additional pairs to try over the following days.I was not pressured into buying more lenses (or glasses) on the spot and left within about 30 minutes of the start of the scheduled appointment as a happy customer.

This is my second year in a row seeing Dr. Klein and his staff and I am always greeted with smiles and exceptional care. Last year was my first year with contacts and Dr Klein walked me through everything. Next day ability to get scheduled, which I needed for end of year eye insurance benefits. Extremely friendly people in the office and helpful with detailed explanations. Optometrist was super nice and explained things in a simple to understand way. Overall, great visit and I left with some trial lenses to check out. Highly recommend.

Two years ago I went to Pearl Vision, in Boulder of off Pearl and 28th, which was under different ownership than it is now. I recently went win I am happy to report that the service now is just as excellent as the service before. The layout for finding the right fit of glasses is different but the Eye exam itself was state of the art and didnt require any drops to dilate my eyes. I am not sure if this next part will be common for every customer, since my prescription was pretty simple compared to some. I was told my glasses would be available in the next 10 days, 3 or 4 days later ( I cant recall) I got a call that my glasses were ready!!! I chose new frames and style compared to last time and constantly get compliments on my new glasses. I highly recommend This location, I only expect even better things from them as time moves one (not sure how that could be possible but I hope to be surprised).

I had an appointment at 10 in the morning on Friday. I accidentally went to the wrong location, and called to apologize for the delay, and let them know I had made a mistake and was running a few minutes late. I arrived at 10:07. The woman behind reception continued to read something on her computer screen as if I wasnt there for a few minutes before she bothered to hand me a form to fill out. The form took about half a minute, very basic, but she was already long gone and wouldnt be back for more than 20 minutes. I took a lap of the store while I was waiting and realized she was talking with a vendor who had previously been chatting with the other two people on the floor, whom Im assuming were sales clerk since neither of them appeared to think they could help me. One of them told me shed be back in a moment, which was super helpful, and incidentally untrue. She came back at 10:30 all smiles telling me lets get started, at which point I had to leave because I had to get back to the office. I had blocked the time between 10 and 11 for this appointment, and I knew we werent going to be able to be finished by 11, which is when I was going to need to get back to work. If she had stuck around for the form and taking me to see the doctor right away, we would have had 50 minutes of the hour left, plenty of time. With the extra 20 minute delay I was out of luck.I assume, that since the doctor had an appointment at 10 with me, he was probably available at 10:07 to see me, if the assistant could have waited for the 30 seconds it took me to fill out the form so she could take me over to him.Im not impressed. The office was entirely empty except for employees and that one vendor. There were no other patients, and no evident reason to keep me waiting that long. No one even bothered to let me know that there would be a delay, which is what a courteous person does when theyre running late. I had done it myself that very morning, it wasnt hard.I dont know what they think their patients are doing with the rest of their day on a week day, but let me enlighten them: most of us are going to need to get into work, and we made this appointment in the time we had available. If youre going to keep your patients waiting for something as simple as picking up a form and walking them back to the doctors office, you dont have any consideration for their time.

Ive been a Pearl Vision customer for the last 5 years and loved it but today my feelings toward this company have completely changed. I recently got my glasses and contacts prescription renewed at this location and everything was great.I now go to buy glasses online and see they left out a key measurement of my glasses prescription form even though there are blank spaces for them to fill it in. The PD (Pupil Distance) Measurement. I figured they must have simply forgot to put it on my form but it was in there internal system. I called and they said no it was not in their system but to come in no problem, great!I just left the store and was told by the manager they cannot do this measurement for me, though its very simple to do, unless I purchase glasses from them specifically. IF IM GETTING A GLASSES PRESCRIPTION FROM YOU I EXCEPT TO GET A GLASSES PRESCRIPTION IN FULL, NOT A PARTIAL PRESCRIPTION THAT YOULL FINISH WHEN I DECIDE TO PURCHASE GLASSES. Im done with PearlVision and will never be using their services again. Great job Boulder location. You went from 2 thumbs up to 2 thumbs way down.

My husband and I both saw Dr. Elmont this summer for eye exams and she took good care of both of us. My husband has an unusual eye condition that causes his eyes to shake rapidly while he reads or focuses she scheduled him a second exam 3 months later to ensure his initial prescription was exactly what he needed.The front staff are also very friendly and helpful. Marlene and Adam were very helpful in helping me choose frames, work with my insurance to get the best deal, and have also helped when Ive popped in to adjust my frames to make them less snug.Adam was also very sweet today when I took in my prescription sunglasses because every time I were them they give me a headache. I thought it was the new prescription, but there is a dimple or foggy blemish on one lens, so he is fixing my glasses and replacing both lenses for free.I have been very pleased with all aspects of Pearle Vision and I highly recommend!

We have had a horrible experience here. This is the third pair of glasses that have been defective in a little over a year. The first two pairs the frames were defective and now the coating is coming off of the lens on the third pair after less than a year. They will not replace the lenses unless I pay for new ones. Very disappointing and customer service was not helpful.

They werent very nice. They made me fee awkward for not having to an eye doctor in a while. My vision didnt change at all and I felt like the doctor was judging every answer I gave her. Then when I only wanted the amount of contacts my insurance covered I felt judged again. I am a working professional that should be treated as such. I will gladly take my services elsewhere. I am not one to make snap judgement but I wouldnt give them a second chance.
