Dr. Cline and her assistant, Rebecca, were wonderful! Both ladies were extremely knowledgeable and professional; and they took the time to answer all of my questions. Overall, a very pleasant visit!

For my first ever visit great experience from start to finish. Dr. Cline was very professional and friendly. They made sure I understood everything that was being done and answered any questions I had. 10 out of 10 would recommend to my friends and family.

I had such a pleasant experience here! I tried on so many glasses and the entire staff was extremely helpful considering how indecisive I am. Liz is such an amazing doctor and made me feel really comfortable- it was actually a relaxing experience for an eye exam. And lots of fun for glasses shopping!

I have been coming here a long time, and have historically had positive experiences with Dr. Erley, Brian, and Anthony (and the rest of the staff). I’m happy that they’ve managed to start heading towards retirement, but the business is now being run by a corporate management company and it’s lost its boutique feel, and the brands they are carrying are now trending towards lower-quality Luxottica-owned (read: extremely overpriced) brands. The service is still good but the shop is feeling more and more like any other shop and the products are no longer hand-picked.

My family have been patients at Wink since they opened for business.I bought some very expensive frames (~$800) last year, both screws fell out which required repair. Now the plastic is turning white and the surface is flaking off. Apparently I’m not the only one who had this problem with these exact frames, which is why they no longer carry this frame, I imagine.“MyEyeDr.” won’t take them in for repair or replace these, or do anything to help. These frames were very expensive and everyone who worked with my family is no longer there. I’m never going back, they lost my family’s business, which is sad.

Just received my gorgeous frames from Wink Optical and absolutely LOVE them. My entire experience there was above expectations and I’m demanding. Anthony was a sweetheart with a great eye on what frames would work with my face measuring me to fit the frames perfectly.Dr. Liz is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about ocular health and worked hard to get my Rx perfect. Fantastic service! I went to Wink on the recommendation of two friends to get a pair of progressive eyeglasses. Anthony was terrific in helping me choose frames that would work with my face and my prescription. The lenses are astonishingly thin and the optics are amazing. The placement of the progression from distance to mid-range to reading is perfect. For the first time in my life, I enjoy wearing glasses - maybe even more than my contact lenses. Very happy!

Seeing better, looking better (my wifes words not mine) and super pleased with every aspect of my Wink experience. From the moment you are greeted by Anthony as you walk into the cool, comfortable setting you know you are in the right place for cool glasses. I CAN SEE!!!! wow, Ive been wearing bifocals for over 25 years, but I dont think I ever got the right prescription. Dr. Liz spent a ton of time with me and we found the right prescription, and my eyes feel great. She was never rushed, very knowledgeable, and obviously very passionate about what she does.I then picked out new glasses up front, and Anthony and Sarah deftly guided me through the process. They encouraged me to look just a bit outside my (boring!) comfort zone, and I landed on a great pair of glasses, unlike anything Id worn in the past, and people compliment them all the time.I can see great, and I look great! I highly recommend the team at Wink Optical!

Ive been going here for over 10 years seeing Dr. Erley and I will never go anywhere else. They really do go above and beyond here. They are so professional and accommodating, and are always willing to help me out even when I need a last minute pair of contacts. They are so friendly and personable and the office is always clean and immaculate. They have very stylish pairs of glasses and the quality is unbeatable. I love my eye doctor!

I found Wink Optical online and thought I would share my experience. I was greeted with a smile when I walked in the door which I did not find shopping for eyeglasses at other shops in Boulder. Sarah was really patient listening to what style I liked and helpful in educating me regarding what fit my face well and what frames would work best with my high prescription. Wink has some dynamite frames that I have not seen at any of the other shops I visited. I ordered my eyeglasses and found they were ready in just a few days. When I saw the lenses Sarah chose for me I just about fell off my chair! They were the thinnest lenses that I have ever had and I could not believe how clearly I could see. I am so happy with my new eyeglasses. I have been getting stopped all of the time by complete strangers telling me how great my eyeglasses look and how cool the style is. I am so appreciative and will tell everyone I meet about Wink Optical in Boulder.

When my eyes began changing, I was super disenchanted with the notion of being dependent on glasses for the rest of my life. But now I have a great pair of frames and I love wearing them every day, thanks to the team at Wink. They sure know how to fit a person with the right style and size, and I am grateful! Not great customer service from the doctor -- will not be back and will not recommend. She was pushy about having the appointment even though I didnt really like any of the frames and made a point to say we made time for your appointment -- so did I.. and I was hoping to get the frames too. Doctor could have prioritized my time and been friendlier.

For the first time in my life he measured and correctly fit me for a much better size than any other store had taken the time to do.And when an issue came up that caused them some major inconveinence they went above and beyond to accommodate me.They are artists at what they do, they care about thier clients and they have a beautiful selection of frames.

I have been seeing Dr.Erley for almost 10 years. She always get me seeing my best, gets me into the most comfortable contacts, and gets me the best glasses. She makes sure that the contacts fit perfectly without any discomfort, and the fit and style of the glasses are amazing! The staff is great and is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure I get what I need.

The guy around the front desk was very courteous & helpful to me this evening. I was driving nearby & all of a sudden my left lense to my eye glasses just fell out. The tiny screw that holds them together had fallen out. Im blind as a bat without my glasses. Luckily i had my prescription sunglasses in the car with me. I googled the closest eye care location & Wink Optical was very close nearby to The Cork & 24 Hour Fitness.The gentleman there seemed happy to help me out & he put a new tiny screw in for me & cleaned my glasses up also. I thanked him kindly & Ill be sure to check back there for my future glasses needs. Looked like they had a great selection of frames to choose from too.

I really tried to go the cheap route with glasses (Costco, then Warby-Parker online), but finally came to my senses and realized that cheap glasses look--well, cheap--and that my multi-focal lenses needed skilled craftsmen.I had looked at hundreds of frames in stores and online for hours and hours. It took the excellent design team at Wink 15 minutes to find me the perfect frames for me that fit my face, match my hair, bring out my eyes, and make me look great.I just picked up the finished glasses today, and they are lightweight, durable, gorgeous, and exactly exactly exactly what I wanted.I cant recommend the Wink team highly enough.

Anthony is really great at putting together specialized glasses for computer work. I got a pair with a very specific lens color and coating. This has reduced my eyestrain greatly at work.

Anthony and the team are by far the best in Colorado. This is a true find. They have top international brands that you cant find anywhere in the state and are perfectionists in their craft. You wont walk away disappointed.

Ive been wearing glasses for over ten years and honestly this is the best, the most professional optical store Ive ever been to. Although I didnt go there for a full glasses but to change my frame cuz mine was ruined by skateboard accident, but Its still an amazing experience. The staff in the store are super friendly. Just go there if you need help with making a new pair of glasses or some other optical problem.

Dr. Erley gives a thorough and thoughtful exam, and takes time to listen and understand you as a patient. Anthony curates an amazing collection of high end, stylish frames. A visit to Wink can get expensive, but if you can afford to pay a little extra, I think you will be pleased with your experience.

Ive been hesitant to post this review because I know everyone raves about this place- but maybe thats all the more reason to post it. The only reason Im giving this place two stars instead of one is because I like Dr Erley.And now for the bad- this was my first time getting eyeglasses, and although the actual eye exam itself went well, as soon as it was over I felt pounced on. They were on me IMMEDIATELY to pick out frames. No one offered to let me look around on my own, or even told me I could have a copy of my prescription if I didnt want to purchase frames from them. I felt uncomfortable, and after I saw some of the prices I told them I had to think about it and come back. At this point I was still under the impression that I had to get my frames from Wink, since Id had my exam there.I left and came back a few days later with a picture of some frames I liked (that I was also hoping would be less costly) and when I showed Anthony he laughed and said he would NEVER even CONSIDER ordering those for his collection, that they are too large and would distort the prescription. I appreciated the explanation, but I didnt appreciate being spoken to like Im an idiot, given that I had no prior experience with glasses, and given that I was about to drop $750 on the frames he told me he liked on me so much.All in all I think Dr Erley is worth a visit, but for a frame shopping experience, I prefer laid back friendliness and value over the fancy pants these are made in Paris from the finest materials spiel.Im still bummed about dropping $500 more than I needed to but hey well spent I guess, I will never allow myself to be pressured into a purchase like that again.

I had not had an eye exam in over ten years and decided on Dr Erley and Wink because of their state of the art equipment for an exam. Dr Erley took her time with my exam and it was the most thorough exam Ive ever had. Their selection of frames was full of unique options and I chose a pair, with their help, that are so cool I get compliments all the time. It was a great experience in every way.

I have never had such an extensive and thorough eye exam as I had from Dr. Liz Erley @ Wink Optical. She is extremely skilled at what she does, and is very attentive to her clients. The glasses that her team helped pick out for me are so beautiful - I get many comments on them from friends and colleagues. Dr. Erley truly customized my experience and I am forever grateful. I highly recommend Wink! Also: as a bonus,my lenses had a one-year warranty - they became slightly scratched. Wink had them fixed and repaired in less than an hour. Great service! 5 Stars!

This is the crem de la crem of optical stores. I dont see how it could get any better. The folks that work there are total glasses nerds / enthusiasts (I didnt know that was a thing until I came here). They might be a little bit crazy. However, if you want something special then come here. The frames they carry are super cool with a strong Euro-style / influence. This is not just your basic eye-wear store in the mall or at Costco - big difference in service, quality, expertise, style, and PRICE.

Dr. Erley rescued me from a situation when I was over-prescribed with my current contact prescription. I had a headache for 3 weeks and knew something wasnt right. Dr.Erley did a complete and thorough exam using the most current and state-of-the-art technology. Her findings were that I did not have an eye stigma condition that I was previously told by another Doctor, hence causing my headaches. Dr. Erley is compassionate and listens so that your perfect eye health is achieved. Thank you Dr Erley!!

I wish I had never come here. Dr. Erley put punctal plugs in my eyes and they have been causing me grief ever since. I called the office several times to speak with her about it and she never had the courtesy to call me back. I finally went to another eye doctor and they told me I had a serious eye infection (caused by the plugs). I would strongly recommend going to another eye doctor.

I applied for a job at this establishment and i was trolled on my Facebook by the owner and I felt extremely uncomfortable plus they only have high priced frames yes they have great technology but vary bad values so good luck if you have a money

Ive worn glasses or contacts since age 10, meaning Ive been to many optometrists.In my early 20s I had LASIK performed (unwisely) and my eyes continued to degrade, causing me to need corrective lenses yet again. Wanting to enjoy an active lifestyle and outdoor activities means wearing contacts. Due to my aforementioned LASIK regular disposable contacts would not fit my eye properly. I had seen three separate optometrists over a span of years attempting to find a contact that would work properly, all without success and all without clear diagnosis of what the issue was that caused their offerings to fail.Upon a recommendation I visited Dr. Erley at Wink Optical and relayed my frustration with my repeated failed attempts at finding properly fitting contacts. After a thorough check-up she correctly identified the problem -- a common one for LASIK patients that left me baffled as to why the previous optometrists werent aware of it -- and promptly fit me in custom contacts. Even when trying on the custom contacts, Dr. Erley routinely asked me in to verify their efficacy and fit, and when one contact seemed to lack the proper power at distance, she modified the prescription and had the corrected lens ordered.Without question this is the best experience at an optician Ive ever had. No other optician has ever made such an effort to identify and resolve my visual problems. Cant recommend highly enough.Oh, and Brian thinks he is pretty funny. And he usually is, just dont let him know that.
