Louis at Target Optical in Boulder is the best. Always kind, professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. I got a great pair of glasses there and when I dropped them on cement and scratched them, he quickly order my new pair for me, without questions.

Luis was extremely helpful and patient. I had some issues with an insurance release, but he called them and cleared everything up on the spot. Highly recommend Luis and the prices at Target Optical in general.

The level of customer service here is way beyond what I expected at target. Luis is really amazing and made the experience boutique like with superior attention to detail and a natural grace usually reserved for the best hotels. Surprising in a good way.

I have had a wonderful experience every time I visit! I have been a customer of Michelle and Marco for 3+ years. They have never steered me wrong on what products to use. They have always had the glasses I was looking for and are always friendly and available for questions! Never have I met people who work as hard as they do! When you call for hours they say _-_ with no mention of arbitrary closed hours for lunch. If you have to close make it a consistent time and say on your Google or get enough staff to run through your listed hours.

May 4, 2017, while traveling through Colorado, I bent my sunglasses and stopped by the Boulder store on Pearl Street. Michelle in the Optical Department stated she could fix them but they might break in the process. After considering my options I decided to let her fix them. Michelle graciously fixed them back to their original shape for me. Michelle was very professional and knew exactly what she was doing. Thank you, Michelle.

I am without contacts for the day and completely blind which is terrific because of this: (I plan out a schedule accordingly): So I called yesterday at 7:45pm and it went to voicemail (yall dont have anyone picking up the phone even though this is Target that should have 24 hour pickup line). So I was trying to check to see where my contacts were because when I ordered them the guy told me up to 5 days (I Had to call because I didnt have a confirmation email or tracking code of any sort). I told them that it is unprofessional for a package with contacts to take more than 5 days to be shipped to ones house... with amazon things should take up to 5 days no more than that! I got a voicemail message this morning from Marco saying that when I was sold the deal I was told the package would take up to 5-7 days and that they were not unprofessional with their service... I never received this message and he never was told this information. HOW DARE YOU call me with a message like that! 1. The customer is NEVER in the wrong!!!!! BUSINESS ETHICS 101! YOU NEVER send a message saying that the company gave the correct information and that the customer is wrong... you apologize for the inconvenice and help solve the problem. 2. When I was in the store I ordered them to come to my house however now they are being shipped to the store!!! (I didnt order that!!!) so again the guy when putting in the order did something wrong 3. I am NEVER using your service again and this is horrible of you to treat a customer like this, such bad respect towards a new customer. horrible experience would rather go to Walgreens or Walmart.

Horrible ! Told me wrong informations and then said I was in the wrong ! Gotta sleep in my contacts tonight because of the miscommunication! Also ordered it to my house and now going to target... also for your information the customer is NEVER wrong !!! Business 101!!!
