At the noon of 5/29/2021, I have met the rudest staff in their reception. I just asked him if I can pay for repair the cut on a jacket not bought from that shop. I can accept the answer to be no, but he rolled his eyes 5 times just during the few seconds!!! TBH, this is so insulting and I never expect Burton will hire such an ungracious guy!! Be careful of the vulgar staff in this shop!

Ethan, the Assistant Manager helped me out a ton! I had a little shipping issue with something I ordered off of the website. Ethan managed to help me find the missing parts of my order and had another store overnight my things. This ensured we would get them before our trip to Tahoe. Above and beyond customer service! Seriously great service! I just left the Burton store in Boulder and these guys were so awesome - they helped me out with my board to get some replacement high-backs with great knowledge and awesome customer service! I’ll be back again for sure!

Great experience with this store. I love all Burton products but it has been difficult finding certain items this year due to Covid. I was in need of a MFI accessory. Its a small piece of plastic with magnets that fits in the Anon face mask. It comes in an XL version for the M4 goggles. I couldnt find any online or any local store so I started calling the Burton flagship stores. Out of luck I called this store and they had it in stock. Super friendly and helpful staff got them shipped off to me right away for my trip to Utah next week. Thank you so much!

I feel I got excellent service here; the staff members were knowledgeable and friendly. (I was researching and buying snowboard boots and bindings, and they had tons of information about, and direct experience with, the options.)

Ethan the Assistant Manager was super helpful in swapping out my damaged board for a brand new one. I had a surface crack, Ethan confirmed it was under warranty and I got hooked up with a new board same day so I could ride the next day. In and out of the store in 15 minutes! They definitely help out their customers and this is why Burton is the best

Yesterday I hit a jump wrong on the mountain and cracked my dear 2018 Talent Scout board 💔 I brought it into the Burton store in Boulder, showed them my proof of purchase and they swapped it out for a brand new Talent Scout board off the rack. The manager also helped me purchase some new bindings and set everything up for me. What could have been a very expensive and stressful day was quickly turned around with their help. Thanks for taking care of your customers! I’ll rep Burton for life.

River, Jackson, and Lex broke down the different models and really helped me make the right decision for my unique needs as a snowboarding photographer.Its clear the whole crew here gets their days on the hill and knows the product inside out. 10/10 recommend starting here if youre on the hunt for new gear.

Where do I even begin? The manager HOOKED IT UP. The entire experience... the most excellent shopping experience I’ve ever had from start to finish. I’m not one who’s super knowledgeable in snowboarding being only a couple years in. He sat with me while I tried on ten different pairs of boots until I found the one that fit just right. We went over boards until I found the perfect one. Goggles, helmets, coats, pants, you name it, he helped with it. When I say this man spent hours with me TWICE in the store and also helped with all follow up questions/concerns even afterwards (seriously, two phone calls in the last 24 hours) since it’s my first time with a burton board, he followed through 110%. Highly recommended shopping at this location, especially if the manager is the one taking care of you!

The entire staff made me feel so welcomed and patiently answered every question I had as it pertained to warmth, jacket features, waterproofing, and sizing. The jacket I wanted hadn’t been shipped yet but they found one in inventory that had been returned so I could look at the features. They offered to ship the jacket to the store or immediately to my house, explaining all options in detail. Great customer service. I have been buying Burton gear for many years and it lasts forever, I’m mainly updating my Snowboarding gear for styling reasons!

Incredible customer service. Snapped my board this weekend under warranty and needed a new one stat for a big trip. Ended up being able to upgrade boards for just $100 and am now ready to get back out. Ethan is the man, give that man a raise!

My wife and I who are visiting from Michigan were excited to visit the Burton flagship store in Boulder, CO today. We entered the store with our face masks on while my wife additionally was wearing gloves due to the cold weather. We were greeted curtly by the staff who demanded we use hand sanitizer before we could shop. My wife replied “I have gloves on”. The young male store clerk barked back “well if you don’t sanitize your hands you can not touch anything in the store”. After such a rude welcome to the store, my wife and I said that we would rather spend our shopping dollars elsewhere. We proceeded down the street to a fabulous new store that I am familiar with called Norrona - from Norway - where we were pleasantly greeted by the staff. We proceeded to purchase several items that are fantastic. You should check out Norrona! I am a life long fan of Burton - but will not be able to shake such rude, condescending behaviors exhibited by the store staff.I hope who ever the store owner is reads this and takes some action. Very poor experience - disappointing...

I’m so glad this store is finally open! Since I’m a short little thang, I need to try on before I buy so online shopping isn’t my favorite. The employees here are friendly, attentive and extremely knowledgeable! Thanks for all your help Katie!!
