After wearing Rapha gear for years, I was excited to finally visit a Clubhouse. Entering the shop, I was greeted -- not in a pushy way, but made to feel that I was welcome.I browsed for a while & eventually did have a question. Ben helped, answered all my questions, & even made recommendations on good food nearby. I want every retail experience to feel so caring & thoughtful. I cannot recommend this location more & will visit again next time Im in Boulder.

Excellent quality jerseys and other gear! The customer service though is why I am writing the review. I tore one of my jerseys and they were able to work with me in providing a replacement even though they were sold out of what I original bought. I am very pleased with this company and store!

I had a problem with a seat bag I purchased and I cant believe the great customer service I received yesterday when I came in to see if they would take care of the issue. I should have got the gentlemans name that helped me but I didnt..... I feel like he may have been the manager but Im not sure. I always feel very welcome when I shop here and just wanted to say thanks to the staff!

Love, love, LOVE this place. Rapha is my favorite cycling clothing company and I have made it a mission to visit each one in any city I visit. Came here to have a few bikes for hire for my wife and I and we loved them. Also purchased a ton of new kit. (Photo is from the first of three visits/purchases in a week) Clean store (especially matters with a pandemic). Staff is great and friendly. Very helpful with assisting my wife in picking out her first ever kit.

Ive always lived far from a clubhouse, so moving to Denver finally gave me a chance to visit a local hub. The customer service is awesome! I love that they treat you with respect, regardless if youre a pro or a rookie. They even dug through the inventory in the back just to show me some RCC pieces that were not on display. I appreciate that they host group rides too -- its important to make money as a business, but its even better when the business gives back and builds a community for the riders.

If youre looking for a peaceful space to get some work done, have a great espresso and do a little shopping this is the place.Rapha did a great job building out the space. Its warm, well lit and the wifi is reliable. The staff is some of the friendliest among their stores. They know the roads to ride and have a great selection of weekly and weekend group rides.

My favorite cafe in Boulder. Iced maple latte is the best and theres always someone around to chat about bikes with. The baristas get to know everyone who comes in.

The store is nice, the clothes are also nice but the staff is not too friendly. Don’t normally leave reviews but I felt like this was needed. Three stars for good quality products but not so great staff.

Love Rapha Boulder - these people are like a second family. Pete and Steve consistently go above and beyond to make sure Im taken care of! Theres nothing quite Jackson Longs bright shining smile when I walk into the clubhouse. Ashley Zoerner never fails to put an extra pep in my step! Its a real treat whenever Meredith is in, too, shes such a cool lady. Go for the avocado toast, if nothing else! Its worth it!

Great experience! I drove to Boulder from Denver. When I arrived I started off with a nice cup of coffee provided by the friendly crew working the espresso bar and then began to shop. Steve was phenomenal. He was patient with my questions and demonstrated tremendous product knowledge. I left the store recognizing I had a great experience; bolstered even more after going for a ride in my new kit that is, from both a technical and aesthetic perspective, exactly what I was seeking. After wearing Pearl Izumi for over 20 years I am now a Rapha convert. Thank you!

Cool multipurpose space no doubt, and set up for cyclists which is great and unique, streaming the Giro ditalia too.Now as to the staff... Visited a lot of bike shops as well as Rapha pop up store in Bentonville; staff blew me off and worse seemed poorly knowledgeable about the differences in the product line or interested in discussing anything. Attitude was a turn off.

Yet another coffee spot in boulder. But with its own personality, laidback cycling culture and cinnamon sugar and butter toast. For this town, reasonably priced with indoor bike parking.

The staff is incredible, they truly go the extra mile. The café is everything you could possibly want for environment that surrounds it. It can get busy at times with most tables taken but more often than not, you will feel welcomed in and someone will share their table with you.Love the 3 Big TVs playing cycling events throughout the season and the rice bowl is my most sort after item on the menu pre or post workout.

Great baristas serving Boxcar coffee from next door for about a 1/4 of the wait time. If youre not a cyclist, its worth it for that alone. If you are, they have streaming eurosport, awesome cycling goods, and good conversation.

I was trying to walk to Boxcar yesterday morning for a coffee, but the Rapha group ride had taken over the sidewalk for nearly a full block, and was spilling out into the street. It forced pedestrians to walk down the middle of the road. I watched cars reroute to avoid the chaos. Dangerous and inconsiderate.

I have a bike shop & cafe in Graz Austria & was visiting back home in Denver & happened upon the Rapha shop in Boulder. I was lucky enough to catch a sale & bought a couple jackets. when i got home i realized that i am too fat to fit into a medium & needed a large. I called & even though they were completely sold out on the item i wanted they gave me a similar item that was not on sale at the same price as my old item, & f$%k me this is the first time wearing Rapha but the lightweight wind breaker jacket i bought worked like a dream. wicking away moisture & keeping me warm in close to freezing temperatures but never letting me overheat when the weather warmed up at the end of my ride. You guys are amazing & you are doing everything right. keep it up!
