Bad experience, been there for wedding, nice grounds, but service is terrible, no one of the staff said a word to you or smile, ask for ice, was a really big deal, the accommodation was a room for 12 persons, no door in the room, all moist linen you have to do yourself, smell of dump and was just +6c outside, no heating on, no manager or someone who you can talk to, stuff was sitting in there back room and just come out when they want to do next course or refill,Food wasnt tasty, and very simple for money paidSo if You want to do Your special day, concern all those thingsNot happy at all

The homestead is amazingly beautiful, really great for weddings, the guests really lamented how everything there is beautiful and wonderful for them. But as for everything else, I can’t say the same. We celebrated our wedding here. As someone mentioned in the comment before - no professionalism. The owner wrote everything down in her small workbook, where one wedding / one celebration receives one daily newspaper, no other summaries and notes. As people have said before, no specific answers, it was clear from the email correspondence alone that Ingrida is not catching which of our weddings, because she has the standard and she seems to be driving the same everywhere with confidence and expecting to come. These personal desires can be forgotten because no one writes them down anywhere. We also drove a couple of times because it was impossible to agree on anything by phone and email. And during the celebration, I cried from the morning, because when I had to travel to church, I brought a bouquet of the bride, which did not even look the way I asked several times (I asked for white roses, I received variegated flowers, and the grooms buterier - from fallen flowers. .). From that moment on, I didnt even see Ingrida (only the next morning, when the remaining money had to be paid), because she was probably hiding somewhere in shame. Since we spent the night in the homestead in the evening, we saw it when she started to prepare, we saw in the photos that she was making really beautiful young tables, but when I saw us again I was extremely disappointed - there was a shabby table with stacked bottles . When we returned to the homestead later, there were no snacks yet. True, someone left us stealing a box with the most expensive bottles (cognacs, etc.) when we left. The bartender was completely unhappy all evening, it was scary to ask him for something because he seemed to spit on everything right away and leave. I was brewed from the pantry on the tables by the bride, groom and host.In general - the homestead is great, the decorations of the main hall were also good, but organize everything else yourself.

I will try to objectively and in a structured way describe our experience with this villa in Santa Barbara, we celebrated our wedding.Pros:- Beautiful villa and surroundings. The villa itself is quite spacious, with three separate halls for the celebration. There is also a lake next to the villa where you can take a dip. The villa also provides sauna and hot tub services, of course at an additional cost.- Quality service during the festival itself. The service staff collects used utensils in time, replenishes drinks, etc.- Wide range of services.- Delicious snacks.Cons:- Unprofessionalism of the villa owner. After the first meeting, we booked a homestead and waited for further cooperation. 1-2 weeks after the first meeting. we wrote a letter to the owner with almost 15 questions that needed answers. The owner wrote down quickly, but in the letter we received answers to probably only 5 questions, and the same answers were very abstract and vague. Unhappy with such answers, we went to talk face to face again. When we went to the homestead, everything as agreed, (approximate number of people, meal plan, etc.).- No clear meal plan during the wedding. The owner did not listen to the detailed meal plan as she was guided by some of her own standards from experience.- Meal plan. On the very day of the wedding, the main dishes were scheduled to be served at 7 p.m. On the same day after the photo session, 6:15 p.m. i get a call from the villa that i dont know who to serve any food to because the ale doesnt open the file i sent with the meal plan. A detailed plan was sent on the 3rd. before the feast, it seems like no one even watched it. I had to explain how to open a powerpoint file.- Main dishes. Taste is a non-negotiable thing. Appearance of food - canteen level. It seems to be said to be worse than home made (salmon served in foil, fried potatoes look as if heated in the microwave, salads are meager, etc.). After giving a remark to the owner about the base. dishes, we received the answer: Here is a rural tourism homestead, not a restaurant, so we prepare the food ourselves and do not need to expect something impressive.- Sweet table (desserts, sweets). Surprisingly, the desserts ended at about 10 p.m. in the evening. Nevertheless, they were delicious.- Bedrooms. There were no beds in the bedrooms, not even for the newlyweds. It was 5 in the morning, to look for bedding and to fold myself.- It was asked that the juice be poured into jugs in the evening, but when we arrived at the villa ourselves, we saw that the juice was simply presented in packages and placed on the windowsills, it really did not provide beauty.- Poor groom and brides tables. The photos showed that we would have WOW what we had hoped for, and when we arrived at the introduction, we found practically only our own exclusive bottles with a few refreshments, which we also bought ourselves, almost no special ones were found, no decor was found. exclusive tables.In summary:- I offer to communicate with the owner on a face-to-face basis, not by letters.- To meet your expectations, I suggest you demand it and be sure you get it, rather than trusting the 100% owner of what they say.- Ask for a food tasting before the party, if you dont like it you can try to order from a restaurant.- Find out what and how much it costs, because here, too, is a very confusing thing to negotiate.- Catering and number of people, agree specifically and make sure the Villa follows the same numbers.- Find out how many sweets there will be.- Find out what your groom and brides tables will look like in the end.- Find out how your bedrooms will be prepared.- Indicate very clearly and make sure how your guests will sit so that there are no surprises during the celebration.Overall - the homestead is beautiful and suitable for celebrating your holiday. It just takes detailed planning and hard work to really get what you expect. And the experience of the villa is 20 m. at weddings it really doesn’t say everything yet. :)

I had to stay not in the main building, but built at the bridge. I can say nothing good about him. On the ground floor there are rooms where even things are nowhere to be found. Approximately 13 sq. M. the room has two double beds, a wall hanger with a small mirror and nothing more. Items and clothes should be kept in suitcases. In addition, no one gives the keys to the rooms, the rooms do not lock, the first night sleeping even unlocked the front door because they did not give the keys. The next day, after calling the online contact phone, the woman answered and said she would not give away the keys to the rooms because we could take them out or lose them. Gave only one key from the exit. And one room in total is a real santa barbara, it has two sleeping beds and an exit to the common outdoor terrace.The building is under construction 15 m from the terrace, the builders worked on it until late at night, maybe on Friday it was so tired that the spirit level fell from the top of the building several times and the wall levels were measured further. The builders watched us come at 5pm and snacked on like a reality show. Everything may be nothing, but when leaving the rooms, you had to take more valuable items to the storage-car for a walk somewhere, because there were no keys from the door, you even needed a live doorman to change clothes so that someone would not accidentally enter. In a word, I hope the owners think and look at customers as people who need good service and support.

The fruits of your labor are immature, but it is a pity that more and more people are being burned by your promises. We pay a lot but we get half price for the services. Sometimes you just need the plain word DISCLAIMER, but that is without chance. Not long after that, they call and ask them to stop posting whats broken at the holiday. I hope people will be more careful about homesteads like this one. The employees excuse for the comments made was - This is Lithuania - people are angry and low earners. But this is a poor attitude to your job. Pity !!!
