I had the most incredible experience at this location. I went in for a little birthday shopping trip and Lauren was very kind and attentive; helping with tips and checking for anything that wasn’t in stock. She had great energy and elevated the experience from normal clothes shopping. I will definitely be back because of her outstanding, generous service!

Love their clothing. I had 1 bad run with a pullover and they replaced it after a year. Who does that??? So, I bought 3 more. Its quality and customer centric service that keep me coming back.

Just want to give a shout-out to the awesome sales staff here. I called asking for slim-fit rain pants, which Patagonia doesn’t make. Their team member directed me to another resource to find exactly what I was looking for. Props to them for helping a potential customer, even if it meant them not making a sale. I know where I’ll be going next time they DO carry what I’m looking for. Thanks, team.

I had a great experience here. I was having such a hard time deciding what to get and Elizabeth was so kind and helpful and stuck with me to help me find what I needed. She was professional, friendly, and a great representative for the company. I will definitely be coming back for my future outdoor apparel needs.

This was by far my best experience in a Patagonia store. I love how connected this shop is to the Boulder community. They even have a small guidebook of things to do and eat around town. We need more stores, especially corporations, to uplift communities they enter and amplify local businesses and organizations.

Always love looking around a Patagonia store. It has a very nice atmosphere and relaxed feel. I was disappointed in some of their selection which I felt didn’t include a great representation of what they offered and was a bit slim overall. To give them the benefit of the doubt, maybe that’s because Boulder has already bought out all the good stuff from the store.

Last night I visited your store in Denver, I was in the store about 30 minutes. Not one single employee asked if I needed help or was looking for something in particular. Not one. There were at least 5 employees in the store chatting, stocking, etc. I finally left and went over to the Burton store which is about a tenth the size of your store....as soon as I entered two young men at the front desk greeted me and asked if I was looking for anything in particular. I said no, just browsing, they said great, let us know if you have something in mind, we can check out our online store and see if its on sale for you. About 3 minutes later one of the young men just started chatting with me what are you up to tonight?, etc. So friendly and cordial, the difference was astonishing. This is not the first time I have been treated this way by Patagonia....I will never return or buy your products again...such an elitist attitude.

Store is super nice and all there stuff is organized and well later out, they even have a little rest area in the center of the store for when the decision fatigue sets in!

Patagonia as a brand has been my fave since the 90s. I buy almost all of my clothing from their Boulder store. I prefer quality to quantity and Patagonia always delivers. If needed, you can bring your gear in for repairs and they also have some unique Worn Wear pieces for sale as well. I also really appreciate being able to try on clothes in-store before purchasing (which is surprisingly quite difficult to do these days).

You should let people know your appointment only before they arrive at your door. Cost you a $900 dollar sale today and i wont be back. Enjoy tanking during covid.

Lauren hooked it up!The store is appointment only, which I realized upon arrival when they were closed for lunch. (around 1 on a Tuesday) I called at 2 when they reopened and Lauren answered letting me know I could come in to make a quick exchange.Im coming in from Steamboat Springs, and rarely make it down to the front range, so this might have been my one time to exchange my R1 pullover that fit too roomy for something else in my size.We arrived at the shop, were greeted at the door, walked through very straight forward covid procedures, then allowed in. I met Lauren moments after being inside and she pointed us to the R1s. I tried on a size that worked great, and opted for the tech face version instead of the pullover I came in with. My new jacket will be great for spring touring, and the price difference wasnt bad at all.All said and done, we were in and out in less than a minute with a jacket that fit me and my needs very well. Lauren made this a quick and easy process when I was worried Id need to make exchange after exchange online till I found the right jacket.

Lauren went above and beyond for me! I was able to place an order over the phone with her using some specific/tricky payment methods (i.e. a Boulder-specific gift card) and she made it happen. I have always adored Patagonia--especially their trailblazing efforts in protecting the planet, utilizing fair trade practices, etc.--and my experience with their Boulder store and the *awesome Lauren* makes me love Patagonia even more!! :D

Last year my father got me a Patagonia parka for Christmas, and it quickly became my favorite coat. Then a few months later, there was a door with a jagged-edged window frame at work that I ripped the sleeve on - twice! Not big rips, but enough to annoy me. I finally sent it in to be repaired, somewhat warily, as fall was coming on and I wasnt sure how long it would take or if it would look all right afterward. I dropped it off at the Boulder store on 10/30; they were very professional about it and told me they would be able to fix it free of charge. About a week ago I got an email from them saying it was done and confirming my address, letting me know what time it might be delivered and when. I just got it back - right before a big snowstorm is headed our way - and it looks perfect. My favorite coat is back. Yes, it did take about five weeks to repair, but its so worth it! Im now officially a big fan of Patagonias service, as well as its gear.

I cannot say enough about this outstanding team at this store. I was so impressed with their customer service and also the health protocols in place.

Great, quality store that I go for backpacking & hiking gear and clothes! Rugged gear that I can drag around on trail & itll keep up with me! I love a sale or going through the discount racks. Found a sweet gray tank top for only $17! Score. Be sure to ask what the price is on the sale items because their pricing gun only goes down to half off. You could be surprised that the item your holding from the sales rack could be much lower than whats marked! They have super friendly staff and a sparkling clean store.

Came here on a Sunday. Pearl Street is pretty busy on the weekends in Boulder and the store felt more like a tourist trap rather than a functional Patagonia storefront. Staff were very helpful, patient and friendly. Prefer the location in Denver which generally just felt more low key.

Horrible customer service. snobby and pretentious. very rude. we made an appointment to shop waited past our time someone finally came out and said they didnt have us down. we showed proof that we made the appointment. NO ONE was in the store she showed us that there was no appointments but still would not let us in. SUPER RUDE ABOUT IT!!!

I love this brand, this store in particular has attentive staff, quality management and was very responsive to my concerns about size inclusivity. Will totally be back!

Poor selection and even poorer service. I found that there was very minimal options for a rather large store. Also, none of the employees gave me acknowledgment when I walked in.

Meh. Not a review of the customer service, which is outstanding as always. The clothes have just really gone downhill in recent years. Fitment is inconsistent as ever, which lends itself to a painful shopping experience during covid having to wait in line, go home to try on, rinse and repeat. Ive now gone through 6 shirts without a single one fitting properly, and I cant get a cash refund to go to a brand that does fit properly. As much as I love the awesome service, I cant justify the premium price and inconsistent fitments anymore.

A great selection of a lot of winter gear with good deals, especially during the holiday season. Excellent place to hit up before heading up to the mountains.

Very good experience...the young gentleman was helpful as well as knowledgeable. You cant beat the sale they have winding down now as pickings are slim but I found what I was looking for.I am a happy camper.

The staff here is wonderful! Very friendly, and helpful. The stuff is not the cheapest you could find, but they back it was such a great guarantee. They really stand by the products.

I DONT GET WHY YOU NEED APPOINTMENT TO GO INTO A HUGE STORE? We pass it and there was no one at store at all but we cant go in.This STORE is too rich so they do not want your business........ the employee must be the happiest one on earth!! Only need to see a few people a day!!!!

Great customer service and knowledgeable staff. Spoke to several staff about new items and tried on some items. Then Alex, who I believe is a new assistant manager, helped me and even went the extra mile in service and care. Over the course of a couple days, as I was busy, he helped me resolve a problem with worn out pants and helped me choose a replacement. He even checked the back stock in their basement to find me the all sizes and colors to try! A++ Love this place, company, and its employees!

Horrible customer service.

Make sure you call before heading there to find out they close earlier then said time on Google. It is unfortunate that they don’t have their own parking lot and you have to pay to park on Peal Street. Don’t make the same mistake as I did by driving around for 20 minutes to find a parking spot and pay for it, walked to the store to find out they close at 6 PM instead of seven, all for a pair of defective Patagonia boots that I spent $200.00. Let’s hope that their Warranty department doesn’t suck as bad as their store.

Morgan helped me fins my chapstick I’d ran all over town searching for. She’s awesome. Patagonia is a great store with awesome stuff and fun community events.

The perfect place to visit if you are a fan of the brand. It allows me to get some hands on time and try on most of their collection, which may not be readily available or stocked at other retailers. They also have custom Patagonia Boulder technical tees that you can purchase which are a great alternative to cheap souvenir shirts!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They opened a new lane for me as I was just buying a pair of socks. Cute store and good location

Well what am I supposed to say I live in Colorado I look at all the different places where I can pick up outdoor gear sometimes I have to work outside sometimes I play outside so I look for a number different things add a number different places the Patagonia is a good start if youre going out to play outside

Great concept! Hope Patagonia keeps with it. Some used gear amd some neat unique pieces, professionally made from remnants of old gear.

There are several reasons to go to Patagonia for high-quality outdoor clothing. The first is that they are a company who has shown consistent regard for the environment. The second is that they will take any item in and fix it for you (sometime free, sometime with nominal charge). Third, the products are of the highest quality and, if you are like me, will last you a long time. And, finally, the people generally are outdoor enthusiasts and very familiar with the products.

Nice store, Patagonia makes some very fine gear, I have a flease and a down coat and they have served me well for years now. This store has a great selection of some of the finest clothing and gear made and worth the price for it. So before you leave town to go up the mountains stop by here first.

Prices are a bit confusing since its hard to read the Worn Wear (WW) level to determine the price, but the staff is friendly and the pre-worn concept is cool. To be clear since its not obvious from the photos and description, this location only sells pre-worn, refurbished Patagonia garments. Not new items. Great if youre looking to avoid waste and get a better deal on something Patagonia.

I really love coming to this store and seeing whats new. They carry so much, and the clothes are well fitting and stylish. The only downside is the ratio of customers to employees, but that honestly speaks to how popular this store has become.

The staff is generally helpful and uses the gear they sell. Zach helped me replace a very well-loved Nano Air hoody and the whole experience was hassle-free. Definitely the best warranty around.

Love this store. Have come in a couple times recently -- and got some great recommendations regarding the nano air light hybrid, and the silent down. Felt like the staff was truly invested in helping me find the right jackets, rather than just the most expensive. Shoutout to, if I remember there names correctly, Zach and Logan(?) .

The selection of clothing and outdoor gear at Boulder’s Patagonia store is outstanding, as is their sales support staff. After telling him my interests, he pointed me at 3 specific places in the store. I tried on things I had seen in the Patagonia catalog, and was able to get the fit and feel of the clothing. The friendly salesman helped me find additional color selections. I walked out with 3 articles that look good and will last a long time. I wish I lived closer to Boulder. I would do all my clothes shopping there.

Excellent clothing that lasts and lasts. It is expensive, but you get what you pay for. The customer service is good at the Peal Street location and it is a natural place that you would want to wander into if you are going for a walk. The store is small with a limited selection, but look online for more options. I just bought a rain jacket and pants for climbing that worked well on a recent climbing trip to the Wind Rivers. I still have stuff that I bought from Patagonia 25 years ago!

Okay I know five stars for a retail shop may seem excessive. But these guys are awesome. They price match a pair of ski pants from the denver REI flagship OVER THE PHONE. Then they held it so I could pick them up at a different day. Awesome staff and cool location. Will return.

This is one of the best Patagonia stores on the planet. Anyone whom says otherwise is obviously a big stupid fat head. Im a fly fisherman and Ive shown no mercy towards the trout of Boulder for many years now. This unrelenting pursuit takes a heavy toll on ones gear. When my gear finally fails, from years of extreme overuse, I pack it up and take it to one of the fine managers at this store. We share a couple anecdotes, laugh, talk about the buffalo jerky, beep-boop-beep on the keyboard and a few days later I have all new gear. This is one of the best companies and their staff is even better.
