I am a long time customer but no more ever again. I went to the Boulder store to look around and had a covered drink in a coffee cup, it was hot cider from fresh apples. I was rudely approached by a black male who told me I could not drink anything in the store and also to pull up my mask. He was insulting and lacked any tact. What would be the reason for taking a sip of a hot liquid? how pathetic. I will never shop here again because of the rude manner of the male attendant. There was no need for him to snub my nose up at me and act like this is such a travesty. I go into Athleta, Peppercorn, Free People and they are nice to me and dont have such unlawful rules. I would not recommend this store on Pearl street.

The website says open10 a.m. get here, and there is a sign on the door that says they open at noon. Really!!! I drove an hour to get here. This is the second time this has happened. You need to update your website. This is ridiculous. Im sure you dont care, but you lost my business.

I’ve been going to this store for years and the staff are always friendly and helpful! One of the employees, Chelsea, is especially great and was super helpful with a challenging return today so I’m really grateful to have such a nice UO staff in Boulder.

Its Urban Outfitters but in a mountain town sort of way.

Drive over an hour to go to this store from Fort Collins and it’s 2 pm and there is a sign taped to the door “Closed for the Day.” UO was one of our favorite stores until today. Update your website UO when you decide to call it a day - because that was more than just an “inconvenience”

I really liked this store. They quite a collection of different clothing styles and some limited homegoods. I would definitely recommend for college students or young professionals.

Ive ordered a lot of things, nearly 400$ order. 4 days after putting my order I got an email with cancellation, because of some information that had to be verified. This information got into spam so that was a reason, but they didnt even call to clarify it. Order was cancelled, but im leaving US in a few days, after 10 days since cancellation still didnt get refund. Called them a few times, always put on hold, it takes 3 to 5 business days, right now Im still waiting for my money. I totally advise against online shopping in urban outfitters, moreover they customer service is really unhelpful and vague.

Love their clothes! But I have never heard of a worker telling a customer that an outfit looked bad on them, especially when the costumer thought it was sooo cute! Bad customer service.

I dont look like a patron of this store and could tell from how the staff looked at and ignored me. After wandering around and not finding what I wanted in a color or size that would work I left with no one ebb acknowledging me. I went down to Billabong and got what I was looking for where I was greeted promptly and shown exactly what I was after. Maybe send your employees down there to see how it is done.

Rude staff. Walked in today and they told me they were closing soon so I walked out, I dont want to be rushed or keep them from closing, and as I turned around to leave they started laughing at me. Not entirely sure why but It was uncomfortable and Ill never go back.

Haven’t felt inclined to leave a bad review until today. I tried to return some $40 sweat shorts that ripped and was denied even a fraction of a refund because “it was well past 30 days.” It’s been 38 days since I bought the shorts. Staff was extremely rude about the request.
