This store is terrible with orders. What should take an hour takes 24 hours. They don’t contact you with delays either. Longmont is a much better store.

I needed to rent a tile cutter for a home project. Dean was really helpful in making sure I had everything I needed, down to taking me around to where those supplies were located. He went above and beyond what I expected. Thanks, Dean for a great experience!

HD cant beat my lumberyard, but its 10 times better than Lowes.

A worker named Alan I believe, was super helpful and I asked for a can of compressed air and within a second he told me extractor where it was clearly, then came and made sure I got it. It wasn’t stocked but there were some in the boxes above so he grabbed a ladder and got the can for me, 10/10 service

By far the worst Home Depot I’ve ever been to. The amount of times I’ve waited for someone to never show up after being called or completely forget that I asked for help is at least 2/3 trips here. The lumber department is especially bad. Go to MckGuckin instead

A big shout out to Ted in Hardware. I had an issue with a Ryobi battery, and he went out of his way to help me address the problem/secure a replacement.He really took the time to make sure everything was resolved.Additionally, i’ve had great experiences with this store in general. Friendly and knowledgable staff!

Good home improvement store with sufficient variety and mostly everything in stock.

Manager on duty, Mher, completely lacked compassion in my brief encounter with him. Just because I had used a $140 cultivator on one occasion, he refused to give me even store credit (which has never happened to me before at an HD, especially one where I’ve spent 10s of thousands of dollars). He rudely told me to get lost and said that his job was to make sure the multi billionaire owner doesn’t end up with a product they can’t resell. What a joke

This old guy with glasses was very unhelpful today in electronics. Literally began backing up as I was asking him a question, mumbling some dismissive no advice about make sure it has enough power or something irrelevant to my inquires. The young man with the hoop ears was 100 times more helpful.

The work truck we rented was filthy and had low tire pressure before we took it of the lot. The employee checking it back in was nowhere to be seen for half an hour at least, and we were charged for the full day rental ($129) even though we had it just shy of 4 total hours. These employees are clearly lacking competence. Tool rental failed us today.

Update-I ordered a threshold delivery of a door. It was not delivered on the date as promised. The store did take responsibility, they did indeed send someone with a truck and my new door, and delivered it where it was promised.

The store was well stocked. Good selections and great prices. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff.

This store has good vibe overall and theres usually a good selection of things and employees around if I need any help.

Laine in Boulder store flooring & appliance department is caring & very knowledgeable. She took extra time, both in person and email, to help us narrow down our search for the right carpet quality, petproof protection, and color at a great price. She even reviewed pictures of samples on our stairs to help us decide, now thats great service!

Great assistance, found everything we needed for the garden project

I bought 3 plants from Home Depot and usually they are great. Planted these guys in my planter watered them and fertilized. Just like I have done in the past with HD plants. For some reason they slowly died. Home Depot you should be able to take them back with the disease that came with them. I get at large why you can’t return certain products, but a small one like this would take you far in customer loyalty.

Only needed a 0.46 cent bolt, but Jared took the time to help me find the specific thing I was after. Huge thank you to him for his help!

I always come here anytime I need to fill a new planter pot I just got, or whenever I need more paint or stain! I’m also grateful they’re one of the few stores that stay open past 8pm (even during covid!) in Boulder! The pictures below are just a couple of the many projects I’ve been able to accomplish due to their awesome paint and stain selection! I painted this desk blue, and with the stool (that I plan to use as a plant stand) I sanded it down (with sandpaper from here as well!) and stained the top and painted the bottom, once again all thanks to Home Depot! Plus their employees are always very helpful 😁

I Dont go to Longmont store anymore. Go to Firestone location. Very bad customer service on many occasions. I used spend at least $10,000 every year in longmont location but consistent and bad customer service drove me away. There were many instances were I was mistreated but to name one was when I brought a new drill I wanted to buy to the register. It would not scan so I tried asking for help. Took a second as usual because they are usually looking at their mirrors or fix their nails so I have to wait. After she came she concluded that she cant read the scan. Well I had it in my phone but she refused to acknowledge it. She would not look it up on the screen and made me go back to pick another box. Frustrated I went but after I came back I was told I had to get back behind a 10 people line. When I finally complained I was just given a bad look as usual. Waited my turn again and box would not scan again even though bar code was good. She wanted me to go to customer service but I had enough asked for a manager. Angela came and she started giving me hard time also and would not look up my item. I was in a wrong because I ask too many questions? Injust wanted to buy a drill and instead of getting help i was made look like I should feel guilty I cant scan it. Left upset. They dont deserve 1 star. People they hire are very spoiled and unprofessional. Custome service is last on the list of their area of expertise. Go to Firestone. Good people there

I showed them my military ID, gave them my Home Depot account phone number and they still would not give me my Military Discount. Never going back.

The manager of this location (at least the one on duty on 9/26 at 11am) doesnt understand or honor Home Depots return policy. I tried to return my ELECTRIC mower 3 different times. He said it didnt qualify for their 180 day return policy. He said that only qualified for their 30 day return policy. I literally showed him their list of items for which that is true. That does apply to GAS powered equipment and some other unrelated items. He still refused to refund. I had no issues returning it at another location. They need a person in that position who isnt ignorant of their policies.

Would not accept my return for unclear reasons and then assistant store manager was rude to me about it when I tried to understand why.

The Boulder home Depot is a madhouse. Boulder doesnt allow too many box stores so theres no Lowes to compete with. The result is the one home Depot in town. Theres nowhere to park and even when there is the spaces are tiny for the giant trucks we have to drive. the people are friendly but like all the home depots they have 43 registers and only two of them are open. The aisles are tight and crowded with homeowners looking for various things.

Great place for just about any tool, tile, light fixture, sino, faucets, paint, gardening tools, flooring, trees, plants you name it they have it and comparably low cost to other places. The staff is knowledgeable to just about any question and if they are stumped one of the customers would be happy to answer it for you.

While everything else is fine, it is a huge pain to wait in line for the cashiers, there is no structure even with staff leading the lines. People tend to walk right in front of you regardless of how long youve been waiting and the cashiers or staff watching the lines just let it happen. They yell at you to move forward past the self check out only to be called to use the self check moments later. Theres needs to be some real structure to lines. Rope off an area to the right so people dont block the entire isle, and have an actual start point to the line. Its really not that hard but it seems like the staff here has never dealt with a line before, every single dayThe company i work for spends upwards of a million dollars per year at home depot locally. I go into this store about 5 to 10 times every day, when I make a purchase it is very important that I put a PO number on every thing I buy so the office can track it. The staff at check out seems to think its not very important to have a PO or have the correct PO when I check out. They constantly ignore that they need to enter one and 75% of the time they misspell or put the wrong PO number in. They dont bother checking to make sure the right number goes in and when I call them out on they have already entered and tell me they cant change it. This needs to be addressed and fixed. Personally im going to start taking my business somewhere else.

Looked online for mattress covers. Was directed here but when I arrived there were no covers .... frustrating.On the other hand helped a client purchase blinds for their home and the lady was very helpful!

They are always friendly and the store is always organized and clean. But Josh in lumber has the best customer service skills. He is more than happy to help and is knowledgeable about his store and stock. Thank you for all you do!!

AWFUL SERVICE!! I had a return from a damaged online order. The line was long, but I had the patience for it. Then when I got to the register, the employee told me I had to go get my own exchange item. That was poor. Then when I got back, I lost my place in line and had to basically start over. I finally got done and just wanted to leave, but got hassled on the way out about the item not being on the receipt. POOR SERVICE.

Great selection. Given the covid situation the line kinda sucks. But thats not their fault. I appreciate that they are taking the necessary steps to keep customers safe!

I bought an interior French door. It took a month and a half to arrive. Once it arrived I got an email saying it was damaged and someone would call me within 24 hours. 8 hours later I got an email saying my order was canceled. The door I ordered was no longer available so my order was automatically canceled and was informed I would have to order a new door and wait another month and a half for it to arrive. They did give me $70 off the new door but it hardly seems worth my time. Lowes just got a new customer....

A little better than the Thornton store..? But thats not saying much.. Always picked over / low or no inventory and always busy. This time however, they have 500 cabinet handles of the type I am using on cabinets that I am building and all the stores in North end of Denver and Broomfield are sold out of.. Wouldnt you guess.. Staff is always helpful and they tend to public safety concerns properly and efficiently.

Do not use the curbside order service (that states most orders are available in a few hours) unless you are willing to wait SEVERAL days... The web page now states there may be delays due to high demand - but they should provide a more realistic timeline so people know what to expect - or they could hire more people so they can fill the orders in a timely manner.

I needed to purchase a tiller attachment and they had it here. It was a further drive but the friendly staff made it worth it 👌

The entry to the store is not marked “correctly” and when I tried to go in the door labeled ENTRY an was aggressively confronted by an employee, and told to go the other way, which was locked and not an entry. I understand customer service is tough and I am fine to take direction but I will not be approached like that as a customer. I will no longer come to this Home Depot.

Was there 2 days in a row and employees Jeff and Jaqueline both have a terrible attitude try to talk down to you and are angry for no reason even tho I was polite the whole time.. will not be visiting this location anymore

If you have a problem with a purchase, they’ll almost always handle it. If they say they can’t, just politely explain how they actually can and they usually will.

Lots of staff. Store is well stocked and organized. Not a lot of checkout stands were open when I was there but the wait wasnt unreasonable. Prices seem pretty good on a variety of different tools. Place is usually bustling.

Terrible service. Our fridge died, so we ordered a replacement that was supposed to arrive Tuesday. Rescheduled by them for Wednesday. Delivery shows up without the requested order for haul-away. Rescheduled for Saturday. Delivery showed up AGAIN without order for haul away. Now rescheduled for next Wednesday. Getting ready to cancel the order and buy somewhere else.

This is the worst store! No customer service. Only self check out lanes available. Out of stock on everthing. I guess since customers arent also restocking shelves for them too...

Well I came in and they gave me the wrong directions not once not twice but 3 times THEN after running around the store for 20 minutes straight after I’d had enough I went to customer service where they offered to do an order for the item which stated in store THEN after all that They tell me the door I am about to go through is locked when I clearly watched someone walk in not 2 seconds earlier they made me walk to the opposite end of the store to leave I don’t know what the hell is wrong with everyone lately but seriously SHAPE UP! OH I mind you they stole $53 from me via debit card on a return even after I give you another shot you waisted my time

The guy in the lighting department was rude and not very willing to help. He acted like I was a waste of his time, even though there was no one else waiting in line in that department.I ended up leaving and buying one from a different company online instead.

I’m giving this Home Depot 3 stars because of the guy who greets you at the door asking what you’re looking for and then giving you the exact isle number. The missing 2 stars are for selling me a toilet at full value that had been used. I’m pretty sure the toilet is working fine, but I was pretty grossed out the whole time.

We always go to this Home Depot. They have good customer service. Kris always helps us, and hes very nice.

I came in looking for answers to a few questions about a range I had looked at in another chain store and had seen the same one on Home Depots web site I wanted to order it but there was no one in the appliance department so I ask a lady in the cabinet department if I could get some help she told me to go talk to a lady in the flooring/blinds so I went to her and she informed me that she was flooring/blinds instead of ordering the range I wanted I asked her 1 question and left to try my hand on line or maybe just go buy it at the other chain store

Ill never be coming back to this store again. Just waited 20 minutes in a line 15 or 20 people deep because they didnt have enough cashiers and only 1/3 of the self-checkout machines were open. Whoever is managing the store needs to get it together because they just lost the customer. Im going to McGuckins from now on.

The customer service at the Boulder location is just ok. Sometimes I get good help and sometimes I struggle to find someone. Its hit or miss.

A very popular store these days! They have the stuff you need except when they dont. An order I placed on-line recently was delayed for two weeks without explanation. And while they have a lot of stuff, it can be hard to locate the item you need; many of the help staff lack sufficient knowledge of the inventory.

The restrooms is very clean and the home depot is very clean and shine i loved that

Would be really nice if they could keep there panel saw operating! Multiple times it has been down and I cannot purchase the materials I need as I can’t cut them to a size that fits my vehicle. The most frustrating part is that it’s not just down for a day or few hours but often over a week! It’s a simple tool😬 and you guys sell tools can’t you be responsible enough to keep your one power tool operating?
