He was easy going and knowledgeable. Great customer service. Absolutely zero pressure to buy anything. We will be back when we need additional appliances.

I had an excellent experience at the Boulder Appliance Factory. Michael and Justin did a great job scouring their inventory for a high end dishwasher I could get quickly. The dishwasher that came with my house broke in February and I had reached my breaking point hand washing dishes, so I really appreciated the work they put in finding me something with very good reviews that I could have installed in two weeks. Hopefully I don’t need to replace any more appliances soon, but I’ll definitely go to them if I do. There is no substitute for being able to see things in person before you buy them and talk to people directly about what to consider when making big purchases like this. Very happy with how it all went.

I paid for a brand new GE chest freezer 1 mo. ago ( 5/2021). The deliveryman turned it on, said it would be cold in a few hours. I checked it the next day - warm and $350 meat and fish ruined. I called the store - spoke w/ Justin ( later Curtis). They refused to refund my money or to pick up the freezer. Said theyd get back to me. They never did. I called over 2 days - phone just rang incessantly ( was my number blocked?). They finally accepted my call - said they d send a repair man out - I waited all day and he never showed up. I wrote to the Companys Presidents Line - immed. got a call back from Curtis. He said they had permission to refund my money, and set a date to pick up the freezer. I waited all day - they never showed up. 2 days later the repairman came - replaced a faulty thermostat/ on-off switch. He turned the freezer on. Freezer 100% dead. I called the repairman, and hecame out yesterday. Says the compressor is completely dead. I wrote to Curtis - have heard nothing. so, they have had my $750 for a month, Im out $350 for ruined meat, I have a ( alleged) brand new GE freezer in my garage that has never once worked. I put in a report to the Better Business Bureau. Anyone have any other ideas? I have never once ever experienced anything like this w/ a business in Boulder, CO - how do you deal w/ people like this? The service at this store is beyond amazing! I was in a bind, with a tight time frame, and called the store to help me find an appliance to fit a space with a unique gas hookup. Justin Shreve answered the phone and basically worked with me for days to not only find the right appliance, but went above and beyond to get me the best price and let me know exactly how to get it to my house myself. He is honestly the best customer service agent Ive had contact with in Boulder and Ive lived here for 18 years! Outstanding!!!

I feel like so many reviews are posted when people have a negative experience so I want to take a minute to say we had a GREAT experience at Appliance Factory in Boulder! Although we seriously miss the Video Station that used to be in that building (!) we appreciate how friendly and helpful the employees of the store are. We just bought a scratch & dent fridge for our new apartment for a great price. They werent sleazy or pushy. We chatted with John about his family and he was enthusiastic, open, and positive. Billy has such a fun demeanor and was super knowledgeable about all the things! They asked how wed heard about them and we realized that we have purchased appliances from them for our last two houses! So we are happy repeat customers and I just want to put out a good word for them. We opted to pick up our fridge at the Thornton location since delivery is running 2+ weeks out. The rather dreary back office which had lots of employees answering phones, etc was full of happy chatter and laughing. I commented on it to the young woman getting me lined up for the pickup and she said it is a very cheerful environment and she really loves working there. It was soooo refreshing!!! The men who helped us put the fridge in our truck were kind and helpful. So across the board it was an A+++++ experiences!

Jonathan of the sales team at the Boulder Appliance factory found me the perfect washing machine! while it took a few days of patience, I am very pleased that he found me a $1,500 new LG top load large capacity washer for $1,000! I also bought a 4 year warranty and they will deliver, install AND carry away my old machine from a mountain property for a nominal charge. I received service and am so happy that this is affordable for us and I felt co-vid safe for the whole shopping experience. We bought an open box, high end kitchen aid dishwasher less than 6 months ago and it did not work, we had to call Kitchen Aid now twice and its irreparable, Appliance Factory refuse to help us (three times now), stating that we did not pay an additional $180 for an extended warranty, it was like extortion. After a fruitless discussion three times, the staff hung up on me.So, we are now faced with a $1500 dishwasher that we will have to dispose of and will be filing a credit card dispute. Their staff assumed no responsibility for helping us whatsoever, intends to keep all monies collected, we were suggested by Kitchen Aid to choose a more reputable dealer. We may have to even get our attorney involved, please choose another appliance dealer.

He went the extra mile to find the perfect LG brand washer/dryer and arranged for the delivery which was on time. We have an autistic adult son; and finding a mattress that he liked had been a challenge. Brian was so patient and helpful. He took our son under his wing and worked directly with him, explaining the pros and cons of each model mattress. He treated him with the care and respect that he gives all of his customers. The result is that our son felt empowered by his own decision, and loves his mattress. I highly recommend this store.

What an incompetent, dishonest company. They posted a sale price online and initially refused to honor it because their marketing department posted the wrong price. However, they didn’t cancel the order and instead of honoring what was supposed to be the correct sale price, they charged us full price for the fridge we purchased. We refused to accept delivery until the issue got sorted out. They ultimately promised to honor the price and scheduled a new delivery date. When the new delivery date passed and we hadn’t heard anything, we called for an update. After giving us the runaround for four days, they claimed they “lost” the fridge so they didn’t have to honor the price. If we hadn’t called and called they would have just kept our money and never told us we weren’t getting a fridge.

My wife and I had an excellent experience with their seller Brian. The kind of salesperson we needed, since we dont know much about washer/dryers... He was knowledgeable, listened well, and was patient with all our basic questions. Not to mention, a friendly guy all around. Two thumbs up!

I didnt know about the pandemic-induced shortage of major appliances until I had to shop for a microwave/convection oven. Most places offered delivery and installation by April 8th, five weeks away. The staff at Boulders AF store had a unit, and it was installed four days later. They are my go-to appliance solution from now on.

Twice theyve helped me track down non-standard sized appliances to fit the curious dimensions of my apartment. A process which, before finding them, had me pulling my hair out.Richard, the store manager, began his career as a repairman with them and has been there ever since. His product knowledge is impeccable! He immediately knew what I was looking for and was able to find a Whirlpool refrigerator which wasnt even listed in their inventory - it had been part of a bulk order for an apartment complex which was never completed.Ive also used them to order parts and repair services. Everyone Ive dealt with from phone rep., to servicing, to delivery/installation has been amazing. Over the years Ive seen plenty of careless movers - not these guys!Not to mention, they also offer killer deals on damaged new appliances. 5 years ago, they knocked several hundred dollars off the Washer/Dryer I was looking for because it had a small dent (in the side, which isnt even visible!). Brian and Richard, much more than super-salesmen, are customer helpers and solution finders. When our long serving washer blew up, they searched and found a replacement at affordable price and without having to throw out the still working drier. We did not have to spend time looking at lots of models of washers/dryers that were not appropriate for us. Jose, our deliver/installation person was fast, clean, and informative. I will certainly buy the rest of my appliances from Appliance Factory Outlet and am sorry I did not know they sold mattresses before I bought mine.

My wife and I went to Appliance Factory to look at replacing a gas range in our kitchen. Andrew and Russ were fantastic. Weve worked with this company three times (for a fridge, dishwasher, and garbage disposal). The salesmen are always great, and the first two installations went really smoothly... but as a heads-up, be sure to triple check with both the salesman and the installation scheduler about your address and phone number, because the computer system doesnt always transfer it over to the installer like it should! That ended up causing us some grief the third time we worked with them, but they were very apologetic and worked hard to make it right, which was very appreciated!

AWFUL!!!!! Promised and delivery/install date of a dishwasher and was told that I would get a call the evening before. The call never came. I went to the store and cancelled my purchase. It took a week before my credit card account was credited. Exception--the clerks at the store were professional.

Salesperson was friendly and helpful, wish I could say the same about delivery. Our window was missed with no phone calls, and after calling several numbers several times I was told the car broke down and they would call me with an update, unable to give me a time frame. Mattress shows up 2 hours after window, and we had to cancel plans to receive. Delivery men rude to us because their lift was broken.

Well so far things are great, the salesman Andy Shepard sold my wife and I a great package washer and dryer for our limited space we were looking for a vent less system but then Andy pointed out the dryer took over 3 hours to dry. He then directed us to something else which we are very happy with so far. Then the delivery guys showed up right on time (within my two hour window) and installed the stacking unit perfectly, my team was Jose L. and Martin S. they were truly terrific, we have purchased from every big box you can name and the installers were horrible every time. I am so pleased with this process that we are now only going to shop this store for all our appliance needs.Great Job!!

Bought new GE oven and refrigerator from this business. Oven shorted out the minute it was plugged in. Refrigerator has been plugged in, lights working fine, for two days. Fridge still not cool and freezer still not cold. Called this business and was given an 800 number to call for service—nothing to do with them. So we paid for brand new appliances and immediately have to wait for them to be repaired. Buy another brand from another store. Surely you can find someone who will at least stand behind their products.

They should get no stars. Absolutely horrible experience. I bought all 4 appliances from them and ended up with a very expensive Range that was badly damaged when they installed it and they did nothing about it despite I called at least a dozen times about it. They didnt deliver 2 of the appliances until a week later so went with no fridge or oven and had to eat out for a week. I went through 3 different refrigerators, the first didnt work and I threw out 300$ worth of food (was not compensated for this), the second was terribly damaged, and last one did not fit. They refused to get me a new fridge that woulr fit correctly without a 25% restocking fee and never replaced the damaged range.

Despite having purchased multiple appliances for several homes, the manager and sales personnel refused to deal with a problem in my most recent purchase. After both my husband and I called and spoke to manager of Boulder store, Dave, and salesman, Andy, notifying them that the technicians who installed the w/d pedestals purchased had disconnected my washing machine, neither dealt with the issue though each promised they would get back to us. We waited 3 days and then hired someone else to come out and fix. We have spent well in excess of $10K with this store--but they have received last of our money. We have also had previous problems with installation and one defective part in a SS side-by-side refrigerator. They are friendly and courteous before they take your money and treat you like pests once they have it in hand.

We were hoping for a 5 burner gas stove and oven at a good price, and they had exactly that. We brought it home ourselves, and the grand total was about half of what were were about to at the home depot in Denver for a similar stove. Thanks guys!

The only complaint I have is on getting call backs when I left messages.
