This is the best Bed Bath and Beyond location - in Westminster, CO. Its clean and well organized. Everyone was wearing masks over their nose and sanitizer was available. They had everything I needed in stock and the staff went above and beyond to help me with all my coupons! Highly recommend this BBB! Love their Wamswatta bedsheets! Anytime we can support brick and mortar stores its nice to skip Amazon!

I found everything for my new bedroom here! It is beautiful. The employees there are excellent. If they dont have what exactly what you want, they will order it for you and it comes to your home! One of my favorite stores.

The boulder store is very poorly stocked. Heard theyre closing early 2021 so Im not surprised. Very limited staff but you can find a bunch of stiff there. 🤷‍♀️

Came in to pick up an online order. I received confirmation of my order on Monday, but for some reason it was never actually pulled to fulfill my order. No big deal, waiting doesn’t bother me. I chose online to expedite the process, but mistakes do happen.One employee took off her mask to speak with me, and two others (a cashier and the person who actually handed me my order) were wearing their masks below their noses.We have been doing this for almost six months now, so there is absolutely zero excuse to not know proper mask wearing. I felt deeply uncomfortable in that store.Do better, folks like y’all are why this has carried on as long as it has.

Had to go pickup curtains at this store. Could not find my order till manager was asked. Guess I am on a first name basis at this store. I probably spend to much time at Bed Bath and Beyond? No!

Very nice staff and nice store layout - not too crowded. I thought I lost a bag and they were so nice about it and gave me options. I did find it and appreciated their time at this busy season. I have always enjoyed this store and its nice employees.

A good Bed Bath & Beyond. The staff was friendly and helped me locate several items that I could not find. The checkout line was not terribly long and moved quickly. The cashier was efficient and quite nice. All in all a pleasant place to shop.

I love bed bath and beyond but the staff at this location walks right by customers without even say hi do you need anything. Then one time I was looking for someone to help me w small appliances and no one was around, I walked around, I should have went to the front but didnt. I think next time ill just go to another location.

Bathrooms are a mess and out of toilet paper. Sinks were filthy and no hot water in one and no water at all in the other. Pricing on products is inconsistent. Tried to buy a knife sharpener that had a sign right above it that said $49 but it rang up at $99. They said it was for a different model, but the model I was looking at was under the sign that said $49, yet didnt have a price tag on the box. Actually, non of them had price tags on them so how as I supposed to know? Very misleading! Also, many other items I was interested in also had no price tags on them. Hard to shop for stuff when I dont know what the price is! Its no wonder Brick and mortar retail stores are disappearing! Ill do my shopping on Amazon from here on out.

I had a great shopping trip to Bed Bath & Beyond . We were immediately greeted & escorted to the department we needed . 2nd employee greeted us & answered multiple questions. Checked stock availability in the back room . Wheelchair Accessible front entrance .

I love this store! Lots of gadgets for the kitchen and bath, massagers for sure muscles. Ill be back for that patio heater for 59 dollars!

The staff stood out and they had really good clearance selection.

The lady at the front was totally unfriendly and lacked any customer service experience. When we asked to speak with the store manager he was very helpful and agreed with our return. But still the lady started interfering and using a negative tone. Will not go there again.

We just moved to town with our family, were so overwhelmed and the cashier went and mentioned this to the manager, Andria. She immediately came over and told us about the moving program with BBB which provided a coupon at check out worth substantial savings for movers to new areas. When you are moving, everything adds up and every dollar counts. Their thoughtfulness and care was so touching on a bad day it brought tears to my wifes eyes. Very above and beyond indeed 😉

I came, I saw, I bought a vacuum. They told me the vacuum would suck, which is just what I needed. The help staff was prompt and very good to the max, and helped me to find the final vacuum of the model for which I was searching. Complete success!

Quite a large store with plenty of selection. Very few staff members which is not an issue if you know what you are looking for. Prices are not necessarily the lowest but the coupons do help.

Was shopping for a new set of pots and pans, Dan was incredibly helpful. Spent a good amount of time educating us about the differences. Will definitely be shopping here again.

Went looking for glassware. Only five glasses were available in the style and size I wanted. I asked an employee for more. None were available, so he opened a set and sold me seven from the set, making twelve altogether. That was great customer service!

Small and packed to the gills with things both useful and frivolous. Its a chain store where you go to get sheets or a toaster. Lines can be long at the checkout when crowded on weekends or at CU move in. What else can you say about a BBB? They serve a useful function, but you cant get too excited about buying a frying pan.

It has many day-to-day accessories for the kitchen and the bathroom. Although often lacking luxurious brands in many product category, this is a good place to shop for quickly equipping a new apartment.

Did a wedding registry at the Boulder Bed & Beyond today (April 2 2017). Someone named Sara helped me and my fiancee. The store had a lot of nice stuff and was well organized, but I mainly just wanted to note that Sara was *very* helpful, patient, and generally made our experience both productive and a lot of fun. It is unclear to me whether this place actually sells beds and baths or just lots of things that go with beds and baths. I know I didnt see any beyond for sale but there were quite a few things for the kitchen. Come here if you need to get some inexpensive solar lights for you home.

I went to buy a Google play, the only one left was the display, I asked when there might be more in, the cashier said they didnt let them know anything about stock coming in. No help at all

I bought a Breville toaster oven here 3 1/2 years ago, it recently died. I went there to buy a new one and mentioned that the old one broke. They told me to bring it in and they replaced it. I didnt even have the receipt, they looked it up by serial number and verified the purchase. It wasnt even under warranty, but they gave me a new one. Unexpected and very much appreciated.

Unsafe credit card practices. They were writing down peoples full credit card numbers, security code, and billing addresses on carbon paper because their machines were down. They had piles of peoples credit card numbers right in front of me. As soon as I saw this extremely unsafe practice, I left as soon as possible.The service here is already so slow and annoying, add unsafe credit card practices on top of that and I will not be returning!

I purchased an espresso machine at Bed, Bath & Beyond online thanks to a 20% off coupon, so got about $40 off plus free shipping. Didnt turn out to be the best decision as their customer service and free shipping policy are both terrible. They have 7 days to get it to you and seriously waited until the very last second to ensure that it arrived on day 7. If they had shipped it the day after I ordered it, it would have arrived in 3-4 days.

I always find what I need, and then a whole lot more practical things that I didnt realize I needed as well.
